Hyo Sun isn't shy or quiet type of person. She isn't afraid to share her opinion and if she doesn't like something she let the others know - usually loudly. She isn't afraid to be critical to others to help them improve themselves. That's why other people may think she is somehow y, arrogant or heartless at first. She hates backstabbing and she thinks it's better to show directly she doesn't like someone than just going around and spreading lies behind their back. She can't forgive anyone easily and even when she does, she still doesn't trust them so much as she did before.
But in real she is very out-going and likes fun, she just isn't the annoying bubbly girl who keeps bugging you 24/7. She would feel weird to act like that because she thinks she is too old to be like that and that's the same reason why she doesn't like to act cute.
