Lee Ri Ah was born and raised in Seoul. She lived a normal and boring childhood with two parents who she hardly ever saw. Ri Ah also had a brother that was older than her by four years. Ri Ah and her brother, Min Jun, were quite close when they were children. When she was in primary and middle school, Ri Ah would always be bullied by her classmates for being a loner. At that time, Ri Ah used to be a weakling who cried so very easily. Like a real older brother, Min Jun would always confront those who bullied his innocent baby sister. He loved her a lot and always looked after her because their parents didn't care much for them.
The brother and sister didn't live lives of luxury. They weren't necessarily poor either. Their parents were either always at work or gambling. But they didn't completely ignore their children. The two uncaring parents paid for the kids' tuition for school and always made sure that they had food and water to suffice their needs, but they never gave their kids money for luxury items like toys or video games. Min Jun and Ri Ah didn't really care though. They had each other and thats all they ever needed.
Once Ri Ah turned 14, she started rebelling. She grew stronger and more confident, but at the same time, she developed the feeling of indepence and loneliness. Ri Ah became cold and distant, even towards her own brother. She didn't hate him, she just had the feeling that she could no longer be dependent on him. She felt that she needed to start taking care of herself, and that's exactly what she did. She learned how to fight and defend herself. Whenever she was bullied in school, she would fight back and maybe even give her tormentors a black eye or a broken bone. She got suspended from school countless times, but she didn't care. Her mind was only focused on one thing, and that was to get the heck out of this hellhole and start a new life when she was old enough to.
When Ri Ah entered high school, she immediately learned how to drive. No matter how much her and her brother grew apart, Min Jun still taught her how to drive. But all the other driving skills, Rii Ah learned on her own. She loved the feeling of speeding in the car. She felt free; like no one can stop her. By the age of 16, Ri Ah got her license and started to race illegally to earn herself some cash. She would fake her identity to try to get into some races, and she would win most of them.
During her high school years, Ri Ah met her one and only friend, Lee Min Jung, a bubbly and very positive girl. Min Jun was also bullied throughout her life and people always used her because she was too trusting towards others. Ri Ah stood up for her when she was being bullied one day. As a thank you, Min Jung literally dragged Ri Ah to an ice cream parlor. The two girls talked to each other, actually Min Jung did most of the talking, while they were eating their ice cream. After getting to know each other, Ri Ah couldn't help but act friendly and kind towards the girl. Min Jung just had that power to lure Ri Ah into her kindness.
Also in high school, Ri Ah experienced her first love and heartbreak. In her second year of high school, Ri Ah met Choi MInho, a boy who was a year older than her. Minho was actually attracted to Ri Ah first. He loved her dark and cold aura and was just pulled into her alluring charms. Ri Ah was also attracted to him, but she tried to deny it. Minho was the first to approach Ri Ah. He tricked her into going out with him by making a bet he knew he would win; a racing bet. Of course Ri Ah accepted the challenge, but she didn't know that he was an impressive racer so she ended up losing to him. Ri Ah went on a date with him and actually ended up enjoying her time with him. They started to hang out more and after a few months, Minho asked her to be his girlfriend which she happily said yes to. They went out until Ri Ah's last year in high school. Minho was already in college. Ri Ah actually broke up with Minho because she found out that he was cheating on her with one of his college classmates. After that heartbreak, Ri Ah became even colder especially towards boys. She swore to herself never to fall in love so easily again.
When Ri Ah was 17, her parents just disappeared. One day, Ri Ah was at home alone (Min Jun had moved out already), it was late at night and it was the time her parents would usually come home, but they didn't. Ri Ah didn't think much about it and thought that her parents just went on another week long trip as usual. When three weeks passed, her parents still had not shown up. Ri Ah finally came to the decision of thinking that her parents ran away together without her or her brother's knowledge. So as payback for running away, Ri Ah sold all her parents' stuff and their house that she was living in. She used all the money to buy herself a decent apartment in Seoul. Ri Ah still had more money from the all the stuff she sold plus her racing money so she saved that up for her future car and for all her other needs.
Personality:
Ri Ah is an independent and strong-headed girl. It takes a lot of effort to gain her trust. She does not like to be dependent on others at all. She hates it when people do things for her because it means that she is now in debt to them. It's just something that bothers her to no end. If you try to help her, she will simply cuss you out or push you away. Maybe even both. She has been living a life on independence for several years. She wasn't always like this though, but after facing a dark past, she became what she is today.
She has a cold and distant vibe to her. Ri Ah cannot make friends easily; actually, she doesn't really like to befriend to many people. Other people are quite intimidated by her so they are kind of scared to approach her. She just has an unapproachable aura to her. But she has many suitors who want to play with her heart. At first, she may look like a flirty girl with a cold appearance that's just waiting to be broken by some random guy, but she isn't like that at all. Men are just attracted to her y and mysterious beauty, but what they don't know is that they're just wasting their time because there is no way in hell that Ri Ah will fall for some disgusting or flirt.
She is very blunt and straight forward. Although she doesn't talk much, Ri Ah always says what's on her mind. Usually if you ask someone how you look, the person will most likely lie to you and say that you look great when in truth, you really don't. Well, Ri Ah doesn't roll like that. She will just tell you that you look absolutely pathetic and will insult you in any way she can. Her words are much worse if she hates you with a passion though. About a couple years ago, Ri Ah learned how to fight, as in kickboxing, punching, and taekwando. She is a really good fighter so if you get on her bad side, she'll simply punch you in the gut. As said before, her words can be very insulting. She will attack you physically or verbally if she has to. Her words are just as strong as her punches. Seriously, you will be scarred for life with her crude remarks.
Ri Ah also has a lot of confidence, especially in racing. No matter how hard you try, you can never intimidate this girl. She will never back down without a fight no matter how scary her opponent is. She will become stubborn and strong headed if someone tries to beat her at anything. Her passion for winning is very strong. Nothing can stop her once she has her mind set on a goal.
This girl has actually doesn't have too bad of a temper, no matter how rebellious and strong she is. She is actually quite laidback. If she sees you as a weak opponent, she won't waste her time on you and just ignore you. But if you are an opponent worth fighting against, she will lose her temper on you and go all out with her strength in words and actions. Okay.....maybe she does kind of have a bad temper, but that's only if you annoy her to the extent of having her cuss you out or beat you to the pulp.
To wrap things up, Ri Ah is very independent and strong-willed. She won't back down without taking some action in a fight. She is very witty and blunt with her crude statements that can hurt you as much as a punch in the face. Ri Ah can be stubborn and impatient when she wants to be as well. But she also has a good side to her. She is very loyal and protective once she warms up to you. She will never go behind your back when you enter her cold, icy heart. Her weak side is buried deep underneath all that coldness in her. Once the weak side shows, she can never hold in her emotions. She'll become an emotional wreck and it's much worse than her normal self. Ri Ah tries not to show this side of her though. She doesn't like to be belittled or underestimated. Let's just say that her pride will get the better of her and she will not let just anybody help her or enter her life.

How did you meet? They met back in high school. Ri Ah stood up for Min Jung when she was being tormented. At first, it was just an act of kindness and Ri Ah didn't think much about it. After the incident, Min Jung offered Ri Ah to go out for some ice cream as a thank you. After talking with each other, Ri Ah easily opened up to Min Jung because she thought that Min Jung would be a good friend to have around with her postive attitude. And they've been best friends ever since. Now, they are both going to the same university, but they are not classmates because Min Jung is studying to become a teacher while Ri Ah is studying mechanical engineering.
What are you like together? Ri Ah and Min Jung both act like protectors towards one another. If one of them is in a horrible situation, the other one will help her as much as she can. They always have each other's backs. Min Jung is always the positive one who is supportive of Ri Ah. Ri Ah, on the other hand, isn't that cold or distant towards Min Jung like she is to everyone else. She likes to tease Min Jung about being too nice and what not. What are you like together? Lay and Ri Ah act like strangers with each other at first. Since both of them are quite cold and quiet, there was hardly any interaction between them. But Lay couldn't help but feel attracted towards the mysterious racer. Whenever he saw her, he would always observe her from a far away distance. He is amazed by her racing skills, but what catches his eyes the most is her mysterious beauty and aura.
The first time they officially met was when when they bumped into each other at a race. They bowed and said their apologies. Once Ri Ah looked into Lay's blank and obscure gaze, she couldn't help but stare at him. After the little accident between the two, Ri Ah always looked forward into seeing Lay at every race. Even though she was more advanced than him in racing, she couldn't help but feel impressed with his skills.
They kind of have this feeling of far away attraction towards each other. They can't help but be lured towards one another. Sooner or later, the two will finally come to their senses and try to interact with each other. It will be awkward at first because of both of their quiet personalities, but both of them will find out that they actually have a lot in common.

Kiseop will always find ways to make Ri Ah burst and cuss him out, which he will enjoy because he loves seeing her mad.
