Personality:
First and foremost, Chance has got to be one of the most eccentrict people in their company. Not only is she rather loud but she's also obnoxious. She has some hardships keeping secrets thus their president usually hides stuff from her to prevent having the media find out their plans. Chance is also kinda lazy, she's usually lounging around in her dorm on days off and would just watch some movies or go online to read some articles.
Here's the catch, despite Chance's fun, almost party girl attitude, she's a bit of an introvert. She's not usually found hanging out with other idols unless they're really close. Why? Because once Chance's performance is done, she goes straight home and if there is a performance going on, she stays in her waiting room unless she wants to greet or meet someone. In order to make friends with Chance, you might have to chase after her a few times or let her come to you [which isn't so often]. When talking to someone she doesn't know, Chance is very cautious with her words but there are things that will trigger her to open up to you faster such as mutual likes and dislikes. Chance believes in the saying "Birds of the same feather, flock together".
Chance is a good sunbae to her juniors. She always tries to teach them things about being in the public eye. She talks to them about keeping their image while still having fun. Honestly, she really tends to worry about her juniors a lot. She's very protective of them and is always looking out for them. Ever since, her company released two new soloists, she became a lot more careful about what she does in order to be a good role model for the newbies.
But! Despite that, Chance loves pranking the newbies. You know, just like what the elder siblings do to their little brothers or sisters. She loves telling them ghost stories about the company or their dorm [which would usually scare herself too] and telling them fake rules. She doesn't get in trouble most of the time but she does get scolded by the president.
History:
Chance was born and raised in the beautiful sea side town of Incheon where she learned to hate the sea, ironically. Despite having the sea all to herself, Chance never really liked it that much. She reasons out that the water is too salty, the sand gets into her slippers and the wind messes up her hair. Well... Chance seems to actually be the only one who's experiencing this though. Her parents have moved there from Seoul to raise a family peacefully. But, their job calls for them to go to Seoul.
At the age of 9, Chance had started being more interested in music. She started joining clubs and doing performances. In the end, she just started to sing more and more, eventually getting scouted to join contests and evenattracting the attention of many companies which, she, at that time, did not understand so she didn't join it. She spent a year here in Incheon before her family moved to Seoul.
Her life in Seoul was mostly independent. Her parents usually went to work early in the morning and returned late at night or would just suddenly be called over. Most of the time, her parents left her allowance stuck with a magnet on the fridge with some notes. Also, since Chance simply could not handle being hungry, she started learning how to cook for herself. Most of the dishes she cooks are her favorites.
3 years later, Chance had grown bored of her daily routine. So, after getting the consultation of her parents, she had auditioned for a company. Her first stop should've been SMEnt or YG but a flyer caught her eye as she was on her way there. The newly opened company, Lialka Entertainment, was holding auditions for their first batch of trainees. Chance, despite feeling a bit worried about joining a new company, went for it. She had easily aced her auditions and trained there with the other trainees for 3 years and 3 more years by herself to get ready as a soloist, she finally debuted.

These two met at Music Bank just this year. Key had heard of Chance and was looking forward to meeting her. Chance, being the internet stalker she is, knows a lot about SHINee and had been a fan of them ever since she was a trainee. Both of them were searching the halls for each other and had both finally found each other when both were going to get drinks from the vending machine.
Key is the resident umma of SHINee and is known for his naggy way of showing his affection. He's mostly very chic and fashionable as he is known to rock any look he is given. He's very caring and sometimes stubborn but he definitely a person to go to for a talk or so.

Chance and IU had been long compared to each other. Despite people probably trying to get them into a rivalry, these two stay in a good friends relationship. These two met in 2010 in a music program where both of them performed in. Seeing similarities between them, these two instantly clicked as they made their way out the building after the show.
IU is a sweet girl. She's kind of like Chance except less eccentrict and more on the adorable dorky side. She's also a major fan girl and is known for being the resident idol fan girl. She's the one who educates Chance on idols and the in crowd.

HanSoo was one of the founders of Lialka Entertainment and is the right hand woman and sister of the CEO. All the first batch trainees were all personally judged by the CEO and Secretary. The reason why Chance is so close to HanSoo is because she's often called to the office for a lecture. And while she waits for the president, she talks to HanSoo. Also, whenever the president cannot give out the lecture, HanSoo does the honor of scolding Chance of her pranks.
HanSoo is a straight forward and realistic girl. Despite going on her early thirties, she ahs only had 2 boyfriends, both in high school. Ever since her sister started Lialka Ent., she had sworn to work by the CEO's side as both have dreamed of a having a company of their own. She's very hard working and sometimes moody but she's just really stressed out.
