Gragh~~ What counts as a topic for journal writing?

Why is it so hard to find a topic that I can relate to, something that I can reflect on?

I need 5 topics to write on before I get killed by the teacher on tuesday~ *cries*

Maybe uhm.ur inspiration,your teacher,friends,a song and even ur pet.hehe thats the first thing that comes in my mind in making a journal composition.
