Personality:

When anyone first met her, People might see her as a calm and cold person. She doesn't talk too much, and just prefer to analyze her surroundings with her penetrating stare that could read almost anyone like an open book. But that doesn't mean that she's a cold person, she's not. Once anyone can get closer to her, they would find a warm and friendly person inside her. She doesn't trust people easily, that's why it seems hard to get close to her. But once you gained her trust and respect, She would be the most loyal friend that anyone could ever have. She would never abandon anyone she considered close and would always be right beside her closed ones whenever they need her. Be she is not the type to just share her problems to anyone. If she has a problem she would try to solve it by herself and won't bother to tell anyone because he didn't like to be a burden to others. She is quite secretive and independent, also very capable to hide her feelings from others.

She is a passionate person. Once she had set her sights on anything, she would put one hundred and fifty percent of effort and maybe some more to get what she wants. She would put her heart and soul into her works and would never stop until he reach the top. This might be seen as over ambitious, but she's not. She's just passionate. She loves passionately, and hate passionately. There is no in between for her. Once you cross her, she maybe would hold a grudge that would last a lifetime. History:

She was born in Seoul, Twenty one years ago. Her Father is a University Professor, and her Mother is a Librarian. Shee is an only child, didn't have any brothers or sisters. But that doesn't mean that she was spoiled as a kid by her parents. She's not. She always been taught by her parents if she wants something, she has to work hard and earn the thing that she wants. That shaped her to be a passionate, hardworking, and independent individual growing up.

As both of her parents work in the educational field, she grow up in an academic environment. But since she was a kid, Music has always been her passion and dreams. Her dad wanted her to become a doctor or a lawyer, and told her to focus on her education. But she didn't have any interest in that field, so she and her dad often clashed because of this. Finally after finishing high school with great marks, and also with a little help form her mom, She could convince her dad to let her pursue her dream to become an entertainer and auditioned in SM Entertainment, her first company back then.

Best Childhood Memory: She and her friends won a junior high school choir competition.

Worst Childhood Memory: When she was still seven years old, she went to the amusement park with her parents. She was lost and suddenly surrounded by a carnival of clowns. She cried heavily until she was found by her parents.

How Were They? The trainees were quite nice towards her, But the competitions really strong and fierce because SM has really high standards of trainees and if they don't give their 100% effort, they'll be cut
What Chance Was Missed? She was almost debuted in F(x), back in two thousand and nine, but the PD's cut her from the group
Why? She was cut from the group because she wasn't cute enough and can't do aegyo, so it didn't fit the concept of F(x)

How Did You Get Into CUBE?

After she left SM Entertainment, she praticed all by herself for two months until CUBE entertainment held an open audition. She entered the audition and the scouts like her, so they accepted her to the company.

Training Time: Three and a half years

How Were They? The competition were easier and less competitive than in SM. She was treated nicely during her trianee period and gained some friends, but there were also a few trainee who dislikec her because her cold exterior

Stage Name: Juno
Reason: She chose the stage name herself. She found the name after reading a book about Roman mythology and was taken by the name of the great protector of Rome. She thought the name suits her because her fierceness could be channeled by the name.

Rival:

Luna of F(x). When Jihyo was dropped from F(x), Luna was the chosen trainee to replace her at the group. It's the start of their rivalry. After that, Luna always want to prove that Jihyo indeed is below her. So that's why their rivalry intensified.

Mentor:

Nam Jihyun of 4Minute. Jihyun was basically the first person who welcomed her when she first entered CUBE entertainment. It was Jihyun who teach her how to adapt at the company and show her the ropes of being an idol. Although they were just separated by a few months, Jihyo still considered Jihyun as her sunbae and mentor.

Role Model:

Lee Hyori. She really admires Hyori of her strong stage presence and hard working attitude that got her called the goddess of Kpop. She really wanted to follow her steps and have a long career just like Hyori.

Her and Jia is really friendly and caring towards each other. They get along really well and acts like a sister to each other in front of everyone's eyes. They comfortably shows skinship and often engaged in an interesting conversation. Jihyo is comfortable to show her warm side at Jia.

How You Met:

They met when Key introduced Jia to Jihyo at the backstage of a show. The three of them chat comfortably. Jihyo realized that Jia is indeed a very interesting girl. They clicked instantly after that and exchanged phone numbers and has been close to each other until now.
