Personality: Your first impression of Jiwon would be that she's a very serious person. She has a shy disposition towards strangers, so she doesn't really joke around with people she doesn't know. This coupled with the fact that she usually wears stern, no-nonsense facial expressions make her come across as strict and serious at first. She's quiet and doesn't have much to say in most situations, partially because she's usually lost in thought. Her friends, family, and other people around her tends to see her as an aloof, unreadable person.

She tends to take an immediate liking or disliking to a person, but she's very indecisive and changes her mind frequently, so she can easily dislike a certain person one day and become friends with them the next. She opens up to people relatively easily despite her shyness, and once she makes a friend, she cares greatly for them. However, despite being a highly empathetic and caring person, she doesn't really show it well. She's the type of person to give bad advice with good intentions, so she's often misunderstood.

Jiwon has a few characteristics she tries to hide from people. One, she is secretly quite narcissistic and can be frankly superficial. Background: Jiwon was born in Busan, South Korea to a bank manager father and gardener mother. She grew up as an only child, which is one of the main factors that shaped her into a serious person. When she was eight-years-old, she began taking ballet lessons and eventually moved onto other genres of dance. At the age of 15, she studied as a foreign exchange student in Texas for one year. While there, she learned conversational English, but still speaks with a thick accent. She didn't begin singing until shortly before auditioning for SME.

How do you act around each other?: Kris and Jiwon actually have somewhat similar personalities. They both seem serious, judgemental, and unreadable at first, but underneath they're empathetic people who care greatly for their friends. The main difference between them is that Kris isn't really shy, and unlike Jiwon, he can easily talk to anyone about anything. He opens up to Jiwon very easily, and in turn, he's the only person Jiwon shows her guarded, secret sides to. Her narcissism is a total contrast to his humbleness, but he finds it kind of amusing. They usually share their worries with each other and cheer each other up. Aside from that, she acts basically the same as with anyone else.
