I don't think we should put all the blame on him. I mean, just because SM Ent is based on his name, doesn't mean that he's THE only one responsible for all the mistreat SM Ent did. Lee Soo Man loves his 'children'. He 'found' them, guide them, giving them the chance to be a star. He believed in them. And looking at all those  gifs, it's undeniably that their 'children' love him too. If not, Hyuk, Teuk, Heenim and Shindong wouldn't even dare to make fun of him on variety / radio shows. They feel comfortable with him, that's why  they're not afraid to mimicking his voice / actions.

Lee Soo Man, sir, I respect you and thank you for introducing us to the adorable family of SMTown.

It's cos the ELFs have a misconception... It's not Lee Sooman that is mistreating them, it's the CEO Kim Youngmin.

Actually the first time become ELF, I see a lot of ELF blaming him for anything bad that happened to SJ. So i started blaming him too. But when i did a little research here and there, SJ is actually respect him so much. And so other SM artist. And actually lee soo man is really dotted on heechul. Idk why ppl keep blaming him on very first place

Is true.. Without Lee SooMan.. We won't be able to see Suprr Junior, Girs' Generation, TVXQ and other SM artist in our entire of life..
