OH MY ING ASDFGHJKL I DON'T EVEN. SO okay, here's the thing: The laptop had to be rebooted as it detected like 7 viruses. I wasn't notified about this, so I didn't know that they were going to have the laptop rebooted. THE PROBLEM IS: "Saranghae, Noona" Is saved in this laptop, along with a special chapter I made when I bring it back. I tried asking them if they could restore the file but they didn't know too so now I don't know what to do. FML.
