Before meeting Hyoyeon, Jin-Ho's clothes were all hand-me-downs from his father. After learning this, Hyoyeon took Jin-Ho out shopping and threatened if he "ever mentioned this to anyone, I'll skin you alive!" Hyoyeon bought a huge amount of clothes for him, mostly clothes that gave off a b-boy sort of look. Although Jin-Ho prefered moe classy sort of clothes, he kept his mouth shut and let her by him whatever. And thus, his wardrobe now  consisted of, to put it short, jeans, ripped jeans, skinny jeans, basketball shorts,  t-shirts, graphic t-shirts, hoodies, converse, sneakers, and hats. Lots and lots of hats.

Personality:

♣ During School

Cunning - Jin-Ho is easily described as cunning. This is a trait that stays with him at school and at... other times. He knows how to think like his opponents and successfully win against them with only a little mind-boggling, usually in the form of a well prepared riddle or something to that extent. It comes in handy during student council meetings, as well as after school. 

Well-Mannered - Jin-Ho is so polite during school it makes some of the school's rebel students say it "makes them sick." Wether speaking to a male or female, Jiyoung is always polite and "posh." He makes sure to treat his admirers with extra respect because you never know when you might need a little extra help.

"Perfect" - Jin-Ho has a large amount of not-so-secret admirers who claim that he is the definition of perfect. Of course, Jiyoung will politely decline those comments and say something like "Nobody is perfect" or along those lines. However, he keeps it to himself, but Jiyoung actually believes himself to be perfect.

Intelligent - Jin-Ho has managed to get perfect grades each and every single year at Seoul Secondary. School and learning comes easily to him, as does studying and memorizing things, so it isn't that big of a surprise. As well as being in the student council, he's a tutor for his best friend Hyoyeon.

History:

Jin-Ho grew up in a life filled with danger. His father worked for a gang that killed his mother, and was/is ultimately waiting until Jin-Ho turns 18 to see if he's gang material as well. Constantly throughout the night he'd wake up to gunshots in the living room, or yelling from the bathroom, and even once someone managed to sneak into his room. In fact, when Jin-Ho was only about 4 years old, his father gave him English lessons because he thought he would have to send Jin-Ho away to America to keep him safe.

School was the only escape from all the madness, and Jin-Ho decided he'd do whatever he could to stay in school as long as possible. He signed up for clubs; landed a position working backstage for the school play; joined both the basketball and  baseball teams; left his homework home on purpose so he'd have to redo it after school; and then.. he joined the student council. Treasurer wasn't considered a big position, even lame to a certain extent, but to Jin-Ho it was absolutely perfect. He maintained that position throughout Junior High, along with his many clubs and sports as well. Thanks to that, he graduated top of the school, keeping his grades perfect the entire 3 years. All these achievments were what landed him a spot at Seoul Secondary.

Entering High School was definitely not something Jin-Ho, or most people, wanted to really do. It was a brand new school with brand new people, brand new teachers, brand new everything. And honestly, that scared Jin-Ho. He was never a fan of change, and starting over on the bottom of the food chain really wasn't his ideal. As he slowly got used to everything around him, that's when he noticed something. The student council at Seoul Secondary wasn't a big laugh-fest, unlike at his old school in Junior High. No, in fact... people admired them. And that's exactly what Jin-Ho wanted. To be looked at with loving eyes, get a confession or two or even three every single day, to be... liked.

(i wanted to leave it here but that would be kind of cruel so mOVING ON!)

Entering his Sophmore year, Jin-Ho decided it was about time to join the student council again. He signed up to run for Grade 10's representative, but halfway through the race, suddenly dropped out. There was one girl who had been really hoping for him to win. Her name was Hyoyeon, and she managed to track Jin-Ho down and find out why the hell he dropped out.

"What happened?" she had demanded, standing in front Jin-Ho with a determined look on her face.

"Nothing," Jin-Ho answered, "I just.. didn't want to bother. I wouldn't win, anyways."

Hyoyeon had attended Junior High with Jin-Ho, and found the way he was acting to be pretty odd. Her face fell and she reached out a hand to touch  his shoulder. Jin-Ho had flinched away before she barely even touched him.

"Didn't you visit your father over the break?" she asked in a whisper.

He nodded. "I left the house the first night, and slept in the park the rest of the break."

And that was it. Hyoyeon grabbed Jin-Ho's hand, dragged him straight to the Guidance Councilor's office and sat him down in there. Ever since the two became extremely close. The next year, Hyoyeon helped Jin-Ho win and become a representative for Grade 11. And now, in his senior year, he was automatically "upgraded" to a representative for grade 12. No election needed, they just bumped him up and said "Good luck."

He didn't even think of how odd that sounded.

Who ever said "Good luck?" Wasn't it always just a simple "Congrats?"

♣ novels - reading a novel gives him something to do, and when he was younger, they helped improve his vocabulary

♣ the dark - it helps keep him hidden, so why wouldn't he like it?

♣ math - his best school subject; he never got lower than a 95% on any of his math tests

♣ hacking - computers, phones, whatever, Jin-Ho will be able to hack it and not leave a single trace behind. it's actually a hobby of his that helps him earn extra money

♣ sunflowers - he just likes how bright they are. his admirers usually give him one every day, which makes him really happy.

♣ getting sick - he's a germaphobic, so getting sick just reminds him of all the germs and.. blegh.

♣ cats - he had a bad experience with one as a young child and ever since, he's actully pretty scared of them.

Personality: "That man" is an extremely isolated father. His work in the local gang has turned him into a hardened criminal who never really takes time for his son. The only time he put a lot of focus on him was he was extremely young and after that, he just sort of tuned him out. He's strict and cruel, always telling his son to work as hard as he can so he'll be able to join the gang he works in later in life.

Personality: Hyoyeon is well known as one of the most popular girls in the school. Not because she has drop-dead gorgeous looks (far from it, actually, and even she says so) or tons of money, but because she is a damn good dancer. She joined the dance team as a freshman, which is totally unheard of itself, and brought the team to victory that year with her amazing dance solo. Ever since, she's been the team leader, and just as popular as any Queenka. Her personality doesn't really match someone popular. She's loud and dorky, and is always joking around. Her jokes are quite excellent, and she hasn't messed one up yet. A lot of the time you'll find her hanging out with guys instead of girls because that's just what she prefers. She isn't some girly-girl always talking about that totally hot new actor or that totally awesome new pair of jeans she bought last week, instead, she's talking about sports or video games or basically whatever she feels like. Except lipgloss. Who the hell wears lipgloss?

How he/she acts around your character: The two are the best of friends, ever since they met in their Sophmore year. At that time Jin-Ho had been having the problems with his father, and he reluctantly told an extremely worried Hyoyeon. Upon hearing what he had to say, she stood up, grabbed his arm and promptly dragged him straight to the Guidance Councilor's office so he could tell her what was going on. That was how their relationship remained afterwards. Hyoyeon would ask how Jin-Ho was doing, Jin-Ho would answer, and if it was something bad, to the councilor they would go. Entering their Senior year, however, things began to get a little more.. complicated. Hyoyeon had begun to develop feelings for him, just like half of the female school population, but she doesn't want to admit it, because she's afraid of seeming shallow.

Reason for rivalry: The two are both representatives for Grade 12. Obviously there's going to be some tension going on between them. There's a constant sort of fight going on with who can come up with better ideas to make life easier and better for all the seniors, and who can solve problems the quickest and best. The rest of the student council finds it to be completely stupid and not needed, but they keep going at it anyways. (lol didn't you say taemin was a representative? if not OOPS and i'll change this.)

Public persona: Although you could easily refer to his personality section ((//shotdead), I'll just sum it all up here! In the eyes of the public, he's as gentleman-ly as one could be. Never one to just ignore a poor damsel in distress when she trips and drops or books, or a poor... dude who can't open a door because he has too much stuff in his hands, he's equally admired by both students and staff. He's seen as a very intelligent person (which he is), and quite good at coming up with ideas (which he does). His looks are one of the most contributing factors to his large amount of admirers, but shockingly (to everyone besides him), he's (politely) turned down each and every single confession.
