I am currently re-watching all of the first episodes.

Back then, I though Himchan was actually sane

Bang was a little less aggressive

Daehyun was a bit creepy

YoungJae is talkative (still is)

Zelo would be full of aegyo (he is but he doesn't do the aegyo properly)

And JongUp... well he's still the same Bright Child
