I will precise some stuffs about what i said HERE

So just read it with u want to understand the whole situation :)

1. Why did I laugh? Because we had the profile of each candidates so it was mentioned what was their strenghs and weak points and the weak points of the woman were to be aggrssive lol and to maybe have a diploma in marketing and not going to uni even though she is in the company for more than 10 years, so for me its not a weak one because she began from a low job to arrive where she is and shealways got the best results 5 years in a row. ANd her eng is good and NOT fluent but, u can always improve a language if u have to..and SHe is around 30, is competitive, determined to have the best results, she knows she is hard to live in work but what counts its the results, most of the time... plus if ur chief is someone like that, it will make you work harder... i can go on about why my friend and I wanted to chooser her during hours lol

WHile the other guy is around 50, have a diploma from engineering but he talks and moves slowly, not creative, prefers listening to ideas from others, has barely improved the company's sales by 12% in five years! so his results were the worst amond all the candidates we have. He might be respected but when your chief is someone who prefers not taking risks and just prefer raising the company's profits slowly.. is not something that we will motivate u to work harder...

Some of you might not agree with my opinion but we had a list of what the company searched in someone and all they said : determined, competitive, energectic... was suited for the woman than the man.

2. So yeah when he said 'pregnant', it was like totally out of the way! he invented it cause we had the weak points just in front of our eyes, it's as if i will tell 'the other one is old so its better to not take it', totally out of the way.

Plus when the teacher said 'its discrimination', he still didn't change his mind, so to me it was funny because it just showed how stupid and narrow-minded he is. and plus im like glaring at him (and most of my classmates) at like 200 % of my time XD so laughing like that was a great humiliation for me than just glaring cause he totally embarrassed himself!

3. Plus, a friend said 'what he said is more worrying than funny, and it makes me ashamed to think someone from our generation thinks like this.' I agree with this because its discimination plus I'm not a 'pure' french but from algerian and I know that some people here might not hire me just because I'm an arab because they will say to their ressources manager to not hire 'arabs, black or asians people' as well..

3. A friend said that in Germany, u can hide ur social life but in France, u cant! well u can not mention it in ur resume like not putting a picture, but in classes where we learned about job interviews and resume, my teacher told us that it's better to just be honnest, to put ur pic, and say if ure 'single, married...' because like a few of you mentioned some people don't want to hire women because they think they will be like an 'hassle' to the company with their pregnant holidays... or that they're incapable.. plus if u hide it, when they're going to see you during the interview, they can ask you those personal questions, so what's the point to hide it? it will just make u lose ur time for coming when u have better things to do.

I know that looking for a job is a hard thing, even a part-time job is hard to find here to find but later when I have to look for a job, I will prefer saying everything in my resume, to not waste my time over people like this. Plus, even if u might search during a long time as long as ure patient and determined, u will gain experience from the job interviews... so its not just a waste to try again and again..

and plus most of my classmates hve weird nicknames with us and my friend gave to this guy an humorist name because he makes jokes but not at all funny! plus when those kind of people r in the same class as u during almost 2 years... U will understand their mentality and knows how dumb and what a jerk he is... plus believe me, laughing at them is one of the greatest humiliation ever so after that he just shut him mouth during almost all the eng lesson, tskk it will serve him to say something like this plus the teacher was pregnant so it was REALLY out of the place to say that >.>

OK, done lol

I know everyone has their own opinions so u might agree with me or not but one sure i agree with all of u is that he is a jerk and really narrow-mind plus stupid! If I dislike someone to this point, its cause I have my own personal reasons and when I say I can write a novel about my classmates I mean it. I'm not ignoring 99% of them for nothing... Thanks God, I have my friends with me, otherwise I will just be lonely like all the time, i prefer being lonely than befriending them, and sometimes my pride even forbid me to ask questions to some of them.. might sound stupid but if only u knew the whole reasons lol

This time I'm really done XD That's why I made it short in the other blog lol cause u know how talkative I can be with normal subjects so now u understood how talkative I'm about those kind of subjects ^^

Thanks for reading and I'm curious, does in ur country is the same thing about resume? Like its better to put ur social life than hiding it since they might ask you about it during the job interview...
