My first (completed) failed attempt at a poster... OTL

I used a tutorial and...It looks weird. ._.

Anyway, how does it look to you guys?

I think the font of the text and it's color coud have been done differently. What exactly is the type of genre you're trying to create? I may be able to help you. In fact, I'm planning on making tutorials because many people have been asking me how to use GIMP.

I think that if you used a different picture of a girl, it would've turned out differently. I'm no poster expert, though, so my opinion might be invalid.
