STYLE. christy enjoys simple fashion, with tees, skinny jeans, and runner's shoes. on the show, she's often seen in thin hoodies and leggings with leg warmers pulled over them, laughing about how cold it gets for her in the evenings. she prefers not to accessorize outside of what she wears that come from either religious masters or her family, which she'll keep on regardless of how cumbersome it is while she's practicing in the training rooms.

BACKGROUND!
has a weak saju and has gotten involved in numerous accidents growing up, starting with her parents’ disappearances that landed her in the orphanage as a baby and ending most recently with a near-death collision (had she not been rummaging through her backpack for her tangled earphones, she might have been crushed to a pulp by a taxi who ran a red light right outside of the reality show studio).
her adoptive parents were her maternal relatives, and though they never treated her harshly, they were always superstitious and incredibly wary of whatever dangers she might bring into the household. they brought over religious masters often to bless the home, provided her with mala beads to don, and accompanied her to various churches and temples to pray.
she has always personally felt that her bad luck has been one too many terrible coincidences, but her parents begged to differ, and when she had told them that she wanted to join an agency and leave home, they were all too willing to help her pack her bags and move her into the trainee dorms as quickly as possible.

REASON WHY SHE JOINED. christy didn't necessarily pick to be a part of 101 youths - she was already selected by her agency as one of the chosen trainees to debut soon, and 101 youths was a prime opportunity to boost her exposure and hype leading up to her debut in yuehua's upcoming girl group. if she made it into the final lineup, that was perfect for them, and if she didn't, that was fine as well, since she'd still be in the public eye. she, personally, doesn't have any gripes with heading off to the reality show, and understands that she's one of the fortunate few that don't see the show as a last desperate attempt to claim stardom.
