> Born in the heart of Gangnam, Seoul, Dongmin's parents were barely around for their only child. His parents enrolled him into a dance academy as a child, where he quickly developed a love for it. However when he suggested to become a professional dance for a living as a teen, his mother pulled him out of the program very quickly. At that time, she had cited many excuses, the most prominent one being that only office workers were the ones with a real job. Since then, Dongmin had only focused on studying, keeping only a few friends by his side.
> Currently, Dongmin is a university sophomore with a major in statistics as chosen by his parents. Wanting some independence, he was allowed to move into an apartment in Hoyang (also chosen by his parents). With the newfound freedom, Dongmin wants to try new things. During term breaks, he goes around applying for odd jobs in the small town. This summer, he's at DKML's doorstep, looking for pocket money, and maybe some new friends.

> See, Dongmin may be clever, but every smartypants has their low moments. For him, it's scheduling every single one of his classes into a single block in his week. Monday to Wednesday afternoons holds all his 7 classes, starting as early as 8 a.m. and ending as late as 9 p.m.. A moment of silence for Dongmin. On his days where he has classes, he usually wakes up 2 hours prior to prepare. Between classes, he's usually found at a cafe near campus, or at the campus library trying to catch up on last-minute work. After classes, he picks up some food to eat at back at home before heading to bed.
> After his last class ends on Wednesday afternoon at 2, he goes grocery shopping with his roommate before going back to their shared place. Then he'd spent the rest of the afternoon doing schoolwork. When the sun starts setting, Dongmin would make dinner for him and his roommate, after which he would go back to doing his schoolwork.
> It's a similar routine for Thursday, but with a more relaxed schedule. Dongmin wakes up at 10 and lazes around until his roommate comes back with lunch. After the meal, he would work on his schoolwork once more. He likes to take breaks between studying sessions, often following the pomdoro method. Once again, Dongmin would make dinner for him and his roommate, before breaking off to finish up his schoolwork.
> On occassions where he does finish his work early, Dongmin likes to spend his time on social media. He is an avid user of TikTok, so he picked up a couple of TikTok dances. Otherwise, he could be found gaming in the living room with his roommate. At night, he watches movies or browses through his YouTube recommendations.
> On Fridays, Dongmin attends to his club duties, which occupies half the day. In the evening, he dresses up and attends the Yoo family dinner, either back at his parents' place or at a select high-class restauraunt.
> On weekends, dongmin lazes around contemplating life. Occassionally, he would go visit other areas of korea with his roommate. Sometimes he'd visit small cafes, record stores, and bountiques by himself. On Sunday nights, he likes to go through course material for the next week, and sometimes review previous materials.

the interview !
the name's jadu - it's nice to meet you. she extends her hand to shake as she sits down, then inviting you to do the same. the chairs seem to come forward to greet you as well, putting themselves at the perfect spot to meet your bottom. introduce yourself here, maybe tell her a little bit about yourself.
so we're going to be doing the interview in a tag team kind of way, thanks to the suggestion of my dumb brother (a slight eye roll is detected), and obviously i'll be starting it off! so why do you want to work here? do you need the money? do you want to get to know the mongdu siblings?? do you want to exploit the magick industry??? do you even WANT to work here????
okay, sounds good. she jots a few things down on her clipboard. just out of your line of vision, her words are turning into doodles, dancing around on the page. alright, then i'll call in my brother for further questioning! she flashes a small, cordial smile as she gets up from her seat. anything else to say?
he enters, putting his hand up first in a still wave before reaching out for a shake. hi, i'm jamong, the better looking twi- something falls from a shelf behind him and hits him in the head. ow! you little- weirdly, he looks at the door his sister just exited from instead of at the shelf from which the object fell. hmm, what to think of this? did you even notice?
he rubs the back of his head as he sits down. alright, i'll just be getting right to it. what can you offer us as an employee? time to self-appeal! are you a people person? do you have experience in a cafe? can you even offer anything??
mmm.....alright. sounds good. that's all for me, thanks for your time! he gets up from his chair, but before he can even reach the door, it bursts open. took you long enough, my boy, now get on out of here! a clean-cut, middle-aged man in a frilly apron takes the seat the younger boy had just occupied. hello, the name's hakmin. a pleasure to meet you! nice to meet him, too, i'm assuming!
