😢😢😢

I'm sure that if you're a Stay or a new fan of Stray Kids, you would have seen the news and all that jazz going around and would've probably read these types of blogs over and over again. I'm sorry that I have to bring this up, but I just felt like I needed to put my personal opinion out there; this is in no way meant to offend anyone or trigger anything. If it does, I'm so sorry.

I have, like so many others, seen so many messages on YouTube regarding the news or rumours — whichever way you'd like to put it — surrounding Woojin and his departure and the like. I have yet to see if this is all actually true, so right now, I don't know who/what to trust. There is loads of flaws in this and loads of possibilities — yes, Woojin may have done the things people are saying, but then again, he might not have. If this has somehow been confirmed by the time you've read this then this whole thing is basically useless, I guess.

People have already started picking apart every little detail between Woojin and s from when they've spent time together. I understand this and all of the reasons why people would start to do these things, but ... I don't know about you, but I don't like to assume things when I don't have proper proof. Proper evidence that suggests these assumptions are true and you may disagree with me, but this is just my opinion.

And what if this isn't true? Then what are fans going to do? Go back to being kind and saying that they couldn't believe they assumed these things about Woojin? All we have is assumptions and rumours and someone — I know they say always believe the victim, but there has been false accusations before — telling people things about Woojin and things that have happened. It's not rock solid enough for me, I guess, and I read someone say it was a deleted account(?) that started talking about this.

It's an alleged scandal going around and we all know we've had them before; fellow Monbebe's know what I'm talking about, but I guess what I'm trying to say is that, I'm kind of thinking ... why now? Why now is someone deciding to put out this rumour literally days before Stray Kids comeback? It's almost been a year since Woojin left Stray Kids, so why are they choosing to bring up rumours and questions now?

I'm just honestly so confused and tired of these types of situations that happen within the K-pop community.

I understand that not every single K-pop idol can be a saint and an angel and there has to be some bad eggs out there; as much as I and every other K-pop fan hates to admit it, there is. Woojin might just be one of them. Woojin may not be. People are already burning his merch and basically destroying Stray Kids things that have him in. Everyone is their own person, I get it, so honestly, you do you. If you want to destroy the tiny memories you have of him, then honest to God, go right ahead. I don't care, but the thing I care about is the fact that everything is sudden chaos in Korea and Internationally because of this rumour and somehow Stray Kids are still being into this mess.

Stray Kids have worked so hard and the original motto was 'Stray Kids; Nine Or None', but now there is eight. Eight. Woojin was in Stray Kids back then, but as soon as he terminated his contract, he was no longer a member of Stray Kids and no longer an artist under JYP. There is eight of them and I would really just like to forget about this Woojin scandal and focus on our boys because they deserve the whole world. Everything Stay's do is for them. No more mentioning Woojin in lives, no more trying to link everything that Woojin does in the past as something absolutely horrible and disgusting. Cause' that's kind of how I'm seeing people turn things into; something he does as wrong.

I admit that after Woojin left Stray Kids, things were kind of in the dumps for a couple of weeks, but Stray Kids were strong and put everything regarding that behind them. I can only ask Stay's to do the same. Please don't drag Stray Kids into this malicious rumour, because some people can be swayed easily and there are a lot of ed up people in the world nowadays.

Stray Kids are happy where they are now; they're happy that Stay's are supporting them and as such, encouraging them with things and maybe we will get some insight on them in the future on what really went on behind closed doors and off camera. They released SKZ2020 which for me, was almost like a fresh start, a clean slate to carry on without anymore hiccups when thinking about the past. Some members have come out of their shells a little more and showed us much more excited moods like Minho. They seem happy now and this news could bring back some of the negative emotions they may have felt when Woojin left and I don't want Stray Kids to feel that — especially Chan.

Chan is honestly the person I look up to the most; he went from being a cute thirteen year old trainee singing at home in Australia with a ukulele, to being a beautiful grown man that can sing, dance, rap, lead a team of other basically grown men — little Innie doesn't count; he'll forever be my babie with braces, lmao — and being an International Idol famous in million of different countries. He worked hard for eight years and watched dozens of friends fail and succeed without him; hell he was supposed to debut in Got7 with the others, but he didn't. And that was four years before JYP even thought about doing a survival show/debut showcase for the guy. He honestly amazes me and I couldn't imagine losing so much sleep to make sure your group doesn't fall behind or something. Your family. He's the most selfless person I've ever seen and sacrifices so much for s.

Jeongin would be the second person I think that would be effected the most as he's the youngest member of Stray Kids and Woojin was the oldest. Most of the time, the oldest and youngest have a bond that isn't like the other members and so this stuff about Woojin may upset Jeongin more than I'd like it too. I honestly cried when they started singing 'Never Ending Story' and Jeongin wasn't smiling his beautiful smile. I know it's supposed to be a sad song, I think, but Jeongin's sad face filled with emotion and grief just hit differently for me. It ... It hurt me to think of what Jeongin's gone through — he's so young and I'm so happy that the other members are taking care of him. He seems much happier than before and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders whenever I see him smile or laugh.

I guess that's it for my opinion and I'm probably going to post another blog once things have been confirmed whether this is true or not, so I guess watch out for it? Thanks for reading if you got to the end of this blog and I'm so sorry if this offends anyone. This is plainly my opinion and if you have a different one, then I'd be happy to listen to it in the comments.

P.S. For my Stray Kids Falling For Him Rewrite, I haven't decided if I'm going to switch things up and rewrite it in a way where Woojin is almost like a passing character or whether or not I want to fully incorporate him like the other fanfic. Can someone help me with this, please? I have no idea what to do.

I don't know ALL the facts, but his solo career's announcement was fake, and the posts on his IG match up to what the victim had said, so I am really disgusted, disappointed and angry at him...
We have to wait for more information though. As of now, I'm just supporting Stray Kids with their comeback.
No thoughts about Woojin.
