Tips on weight loss pls

Yesterday my colleagues tell me that I'm fat. I cannot deny it though because I admit that I have gained weight since this internship. 

 

I feel sad and ashamed.

 

Maybe I really should start losing some weight. I need tips. I know I can just google it but still I wanna ask you guys. I start to cut off my sugar intake (its been three days lol). I cannot jog or run because its rainy here and plus the surrounding here is not that suitable to do such thing. Ottoke

It's all in the food, i mean for the most part. Eating less sugar is a great start! That's where I started too, back in 2017. Keep doing it until you despise sugar haha. Changing your diet is significant, some even say you don't have to workout if you're eating well. But stretching your muscles/exercising is generally important, and will make you feel good, and speeds up everything if you watch out what you eat. Although heads up: I have friends who were trying to lose weight but gained weight after going to the gym, so they quit. And that's normal if you're new to it! Don't get discouraged. Keep doing it until you see actual results.

You can check out Ketogenic diet :) It's less carbs, more protein. So you can still eat significant amount of meat, but you have to cut off them carbs like white bread.

Find a form of exercise you enjoy. Swimming, going to the gym, gymnastics, dancing - idc. You have to enjoy it so you don’t feel like every time you have to go.
Exercise is important!
