Yeojung has an average height - even though she would like to have much more longer legs. She has pale skin, with chubby cheeks. She is known for having a very cute smile that resembles a puppy. Her eyes would be hidden once she smiles; a very huge eyesmiles could be seen. Her hair color is currently black, but she is open to changing her hair color in future.

ELABORATION
– If you need an endless love and care from someone, Yeojung is the one that you need. She's a caring person (people would say that she's like an older sister, despite of her young age) and she loves pampering her loved ones with love and support. If someone is in trouble, or maybe have any concern - she would be the first person to lend her ears. She'll never mention about it, but everyone around knows it well that she cares about everyone. There's a time where one of her fellow-trainee-friend  out during their practice routine, and she went to help her groupmate go back to their dorm. She would try everything to make everyone to feel better - including cracking some... puns and dad jokes. She's an extrovert - talkactive person, as well as funny and cheerful. She never failed to make any conversation with any random topics - she just loves talking with people. She'd be the one who'll make loud noises in dorm or at the training centre, intentionally making the members hyped out or annoyed. She would be that friend who loves to correct your grammars or pronounciation. Just remember that don't be afraid or annoyed if Yeojung keeps on telling a lot of puns throughout the show.

– Yeojung is quite a competitor, always work too hard to achieve what she wants. She tends to push herself too much when she's working on something or when she's practicing. She doesn't know if it's a good thing or bad thing, but she doesn't really care. She knows that if she give all of her when doing something, she knows that she'll be happy with the results in future. She's a complex person - physically and mentally. She has different traits and different sides to her personality according to situation, specifically when she is preparing for her stage. She often hide her emotions from people, not wanting to involve anyone in her own predicaments. Of course, she tried to open up with someone, but everyone seems to have a hard time to understand her.

– As much as how friendly and caring Yeojung looks, she'd be one of the people that is very sensitive. It's not that she's sensitive towards everything but she hates it if people talk or treat her rudely without think about it first. She doesn't care if people started to hate her for being too sensitive, but she believes that thinking about other's feelings is what people should do before they do any action. She's very defensive about her emotions. She won't share anything about what she is feeling - unless she trust someone to talk about it which is kind of impossible since she has trust issues. The only person that she trusts is his older brother, Yohan. As much as she wants to vent herself out to Yohan, she knows that her brother is busy since he participated Produce X 101 - she thinks that she should just ignore about what she felt for the mean time. She's not easy to express her true feelings, yet she wants people to understand her complex self. Thus, all of these are the reason why she would always overthink. She has this habit to think too much about a smallest thing for a long time - either if it's necessary or not. It would make her to hate herself even more for being so fragile. At the end of the day, she locks herself in a room, crying herself out while blaming herself.

Kim Yeojung was born in Seoul, South Korea on 11th November 2000. Her family is a sports-oriented family; her father is a Taekwondo trainer meanwhile her mother is a Karate trainer. She is not the youngest in the family - in fact, she has a younger sister who aged 17 years old. The oldest sibling in the family would be Kim Yohan, a loving brother who recently joined Produce X 101.

Before she entered into the trainee life, she was growned up to be a professional in Karate. She was trained by her own mother since young, meanwhile her brother had already entered various of Taekwondo competitions. She pretty much planned that she's going to pursue sports once she graduated from school. Yeojung didn't think much at that time, she thought that maybe it's the best for her future. Not until after she discovered about music in her school when she was 15. She has been taking parts in music club in her school ever since then - entered a lot of singing competitions. Of course, she didn't win most of them but she had a lot of fun being on stage. One day, one of her friends were suggesting to go for audition for companies. She didn't think of it at first but after watching all of the K-pop groups on TV, she thought that maybe this is what she wanted for her future.

Of course, she would talk to her brother at first. It surprised her that Yohan actually had the same thought as hers. Yeojung wanted to bring Yohan with her so that they can go for the audition together but he had to compete for Nationals Taekwondo. Yohan didn't want to make their father sad - since their father had high hopes for Yohan. Yohan gave his opinions, that Yeojung should talk about this to their parents and get for their permissions. Even though it was tough to talk about it to her parents, at the end, her parents decided to let her choose her future because they could definitely see the sparks in her eyes when she explained about the future that she wants.

She started went for auditions on 2016. After going through a multiple auditions - she finally accepted into Starship Entertainment in 2017.

(Additional background story : After hearing all about Yeojung's journey as a trainee, it made Yohan to think throughly about what he really wants in his life. Thus - Yohan got into OUI Entertainment and participated Produce X 101 as he was inspired by his beloved sister.)

– 'partners in crime' are the perfect words to describe Yeojung and Yohan's relationship. Since their is only 1 year, they have been spending their times a lot together since young. Both of them are really close, and Yeojung sees Yohan as her angel guardian. Yohan has always been there for Yeojung as their parents are always busy being trainers. That's probably why Yeojung would put all of her trust to Yohan; she knows that she can depend on him. Now that both of them are finally in the trainee-idol life, they promised to each other that they will make each other proud.

– The between Jiyoon and Yeojung is 2 years, but they're close despite of it! Jiyoon has been trained for 4 years; meanwhile Yeojung trained only for 2 years - thus, Yeojung has been always look up towards Jiyoon. She honestly thought that Jiyoon is very talented and she wants to be just like her. Both of them started to talk when Yeojung suddenly heard Jiyoon singing a song that she never head before. She poked her head through the room and saw Jiyoon. It was awkward for a few minutes (and Yeojung honestly felt like she was intruding Jiyoon's privacy) but Yeojung eventually tried to make conversation with her. Ever since that, they have been kind of close as Yeojung followed Jiyoon around. Yeojung often called Jiyoon "Unnie Yoonie" because she thought that it's a cute nickname.

Yeojung started to audition since 2016 - sadly there is not company that wanted to accept her. She didn't give up though, so she started to keep on trying until 2017, where she finally got into Starship Entertainment.

It was tough for her at the beginning, but it's funny for her because all the hardcore training reminds her of sports training. She thought that 'If I can do sports, then I can do this!", which helps her to go through all the trainings everyday. It's quite easy to make friends in Starship too - she didn't know if there's anyone who hates her but well, she shouldn't care about it!

As time passes by, everyone in the building has been aware of the announcement that has been made by the staffs that their company will be collaborating with Pledis and MNET for a new survival show. As the staffs announce all the trainee names that will participate, she smiled widely as she heard her name.

Maybe it's a new road to a new future.

SKILLS
▪ vocal - 6 /10 – she has a decent voice for a vocalist. she can hit some of the notes - but not too high. her voice is very stable while dancing since she had gone through sports training since young; thus she doesn't easily get affected by the dance choreography.
▪  rap - 0/10 - she's not good at rapping. she would spit random things if people wants her to rap freestyle. she can actually force herself to rap to a song, but definitely won't sound smooth.
▪ dance - 5/10 - she is average when it comes to dancing. she doesn't have the groove when dancing but she's a quicklearner. people won't have to worry about her getting out of track.
▪ performance - 7/10 - she definitely know how to work with her charms. she knows what to do - often smiles sweetly and naturally be cute just to grab all the attention. due to the fact that she's good at karate, she would probably show some of her moves on stage!
▪ variety - 7/10 - she enjoys being on stage and on camera, thus she is not afraid to make conversation with anyone. she loves to interact with the audience too, might as well crack some jokes here and there. she definitely would try to do something different when they have to do a secret mission or play games, just to keep it interesting.
