We sat in your car
You drove on the highway
It was raining with thunder
And then it happens

The car took a wrong turn
it flipped a few times..
I can't remember
But I remember one thing

The last thing I saw
Your bloody face
Your body unmoving
I tried to call you

My voice
it could not be heard by you
Tears streamed down my face
I watched you

There was sounds
they came from the ambulance
I felt myself being taken
And your body covered

Then I  out
And then I felt it
They put a breathing mask on me
And then I was gone

I don't remember the rest
But I know
I know you're no longer here
Because I noticed

Now I sit on a bed
I stare out the window
The nurse came
She gave me a smile

Yes, I'm still alive
But you're not here with me
You're not here to see me
You left me

Nothing lasts forever
I know that
But I still wished
I hoped

I wanted us to be together
if only a bit longer
Words that were never said
Regret

If only
If only life was easier than this
I miss you
What will I do now?
