appearance.  163 cm, 42 kg, has a lot of moles but the one that she's confident about is on her nose. She has a small face with not too sharp nose and small lips. She likes to try different styles of hair but in love with long one She is a so-so in korean eyes but 100% pretty if she lives in Japan. Korean beauty standard just being too high that sometimes she lost her confident on her visual.

style.  she loves jeans. Everything about jeans are her favourite. she has a soft spot for pastel color. Even though jeans are her favorite but sometimes any dress or clothes with pastel color she is fine with it. Not only that, in her daily days, she likes to wear cap, short sleeves and tracksuit. Jeongyeon is very ambitious. She knows that she will be succesfull one day, she doesn't like losing or maybe 'losing' is not in her vocabulary. She will work hard to achieve her dream. As a trainee, she wants to debut. Once she debut, she wants to bring her group to top. That's how determined she is as her nickname 'Arashi'. She is ambitious as Arashi, her favorite anime character. Not only that, she is charismatic. She got accepted as SM Trainee because of her charismatic personality. Even as a trainee, she is perfect in every aspect such as dancing, rapping and even singing. Even though she likes dancing more but she just good in every aspect. Since trainee, people respect her as a hardworker and charismatic trainee. Due to that, people always ask her to be a leader in any group project or task. She is just suitable to be a leader. Next, she is very caring. Charismatic plus caring. That is it. People just see her to be a leader because she is very caring. She takes care of others well. She can sense any small problem and quickly try to solve it. She care of her friends, fellow trainees and family so well. That's why people likes to come and share their story to her. She likes to become listener and solves their problem or though calmly.

Next, she is decisive. She is quick when it comes to solving problems. She can sense trouble quickly. Even if there is something wrong with their practice, perfomance or anyone fighting, they can't hide it form her. She can sense it very well and it's good on making decision. So, others will come to her for idea or thought. She is also can influence other well. Sometimes, younger trainees or even people around her are influenced by her wise words or action. Her ambitious personality really makes people respect and want to be like her in a good way. She likes to give some advices to her friends that she read it before in magazine or book.

Even though she is a good leader but sometime whanever she enters 'the zone' she will be so intimidate. She only entered 'the zone' once when trainees from different company that visited SM Entertaiment were mocking and laughing at one of her friend which is Kim Heeyeon. Even though Heeyeon tried to held herself but she knows that her friend is deeply hurt. That time makes her boiling in anger that she only stare at them and ask them to go with slow yet sharp voice that makes everyone there silent. 'The Zone' is a level when she becomes so brutal and different to her true-self. Once she enters it, people need to follow her order because that time she is a 'king'. The first thing to know if she enters the zone, her eyes will be so sharp, she will keeps on queit and she will tie her hair. Once people see her like that, they will keep silent or runaway from her. It is a bad trait that makes people scared of her and because of that she doesn't have many friends that she can rely on. Her 'zone' will calm down once she becomes her true-self and become more calm.

Next, she is very secretive that makes people worried about her. She will keep everything secret even if she is hurting. Sometimes people will be so worried of her because they know she is hurt but she keeps on saying okay. She is very secretive about her problem, she doesn't likes to share her problems with others. Not only that, she is also fearless. She just doesn't scared of anything because for her challenge is very fun. But people keep on saying bad thing about her because she looks arrogant and fearless. People tend to accuse her to being too good in everything because she can do everything well without getting scared or nervous. Lastly, she is too clean. She likes to organize her room, cloth or dorm very well. She has this kinda hate relationship with dirty. Because of that it will be hard for others to be her roommmate.
 

background.  how did their background influence them?

She is a sister of two younger brothers which are 3 and 6 years old. Her parents open a chinese restaurant not too far from their house in Busan. Since 5 years old, she will always help her parents beinga counter girl or she will clean the tables. Her parents open chinese restaurant because they are in love with chinese foods same as Jeongyeon. She used to study in Busan Middle School as a normal child. She developed her talents in dancing when one of her teacher ask her to dance as a punishment for being late to school due to wake up late. She just dances randomly but everyone is amazed by it not because it was good but she just can hit every beat perfectly even though its kinda sloppy at first. That was the time when her teacher knows what she is good at other that acamdemic. She is well-known for her great mark in academic. A few days after, her teacher came to their house and talk about her talent to their parents. At first they are just laughing at it because they can't believe she has that talent since she is always waoring at their restaurant but Jeongyeon takes it as a challenge that she will prove her parents that she has talent in dancing.

Because of that, she practices dancing by watching some of famous idol such as Boa, Girls Generation and Super Junior dance practice. She loves Boa so much that she has this goal to be a trainee in SM Entertaiment just to meet Boa. She keeps on dancing and singing day by day untill she feels perfect. Her parents sometime peek into her room only to see her dancing and they decided to give her to attend singing and dancing class. She is very happy and promise them to be a good and talented Jeongyeon in a future. In 2012 she decided to come to SM Audition in Seoul and she went there with her family. She knows that she will doo well and pass the audition. There, she show all her hardwork and talent in dancing and singing and she got accepted.

The first trainee she met is heeyeon. She is kinda arrogant at first but slowly she become closer with her that makes her entered 'the zone' when people try to hurt Heeyeon. Why she has this 'the zone' level is because she hates it when people looking down at someone. Her anger level increase when people do that and makes her enter 'the zone'.

trainee life. She got into SM Entertaiment in 2012 at the age of 15 through SM Audition in Seoul. At first, she is kinda awward with everyone but slowly they become closer especially to some of NCT and Red Velvet Members such as Jaehyun, Yeri, and Johnny. She has this arrogant vibe that makes people feel scared. She is very hardworking and do her best in every evolution but yet people keep on comparing and ignoring her because of her cold vibe. She got her first role as a leader when they need to perform SNSD Gee for evolution and it turns out well. From that, people could see her great leadership and keep on asking her to be a leader for the next evolution. People doesn't mind and care about her visual since it was so-so and they Heeyeon a god visual in the trainee that time so they keep on sleeping on her visual but people really admire her charimastic appearance when she perform.  She is a great dancer but they have Seulgi that time the best dancer so it makes her feels more challenging and she likes it because she hates losing. There was one day when finally she entered 'the zone' when someone hurted her fellow trainee and she was very angry that time. From that, people tend to see her as angry Jeongyeon and she hates it. She just doesn't mean to do that but she can't control her power that time. Slowly they start to leave her because they are scared of her.

She met Jaehyun randomly at SM cafeteria and they become friends since they are same age. The first word she heard from him was 'Lion'. He gave that nickname to her because she looks like a lion and her aura is kinda feels like a lion. He supports him and practices with him when they have free time. She has siklls in dancing and singing but for rapping she still  not good. That's why she learnt it from some of the trainees that are good with rapping such as Taeyong and Mark. People said that she is good in every aspect but there is still one aspect that she still need to control with is emotion.
