AFF freezing??

Every twenty minutes, plugging along on my story and bam it freezes and this pops up and it never fixes itself, I have to exit AFF and reload.

WHY?!!!

I haven't gotten that message but my phone has been basically freezing. Everything on my screen except the home button gets disabled. I think it's from that apester thing that has recently appeared on aff.
