background
soyeon was born out of wedlock to a model and a non-celebrity father. due to her mother's image, she was kept out of public's view and was never acknowledge by her mother at all while she was growing up. her father was the one that brought her up and spent time with her, bringing her to guitar lessons when she wanted to learn how to play the guitar and modelling lessons when she said she wanted to be a model. the reason why soyeon wanted to be a model was because so that her mother would finally acknowledge her as her daughter. she felt neglected by her mother due to her busy schedule and that she was never at home to begin with. her father supported soyeon's dreams while he worked and soyeon grew up happy despite not having a mother figure around most of the time. but unfortunately when soyeon turned 15, her father passed away due to a sickness
soyeon turned to her mother for love and a home but her mother was busy with her acting career and she was getting ready to greet her new family with a widowed man and his 12 year old daugher. feeling betrayed, soyeon turned to her father's friend, the ceo of tres+ entertainment, jang hyukjin to take her as a model trainee. As requested by his friend, hyukjin took her in and trained her. for years, soyeon worked hard but along with her passion came the lonely life. soyeon's daily life was filled with training, classes and exercise. she never had any friends, only rivals that despise her. when her first modelling gig came about, she took it and did well which caused a boost in her name and her company.
the four years went by fast, soyeon's schedule was fully packed with photoshoots and fashion runways that the only time she could ever rest was when she's in the van that brings her to the next location and when her stylists is doing her hair and makeup. with more popularity came more scandals. in the four years, soyeon has been involved with ridiculous scandals here and there as if she attracts scandals to her. despite that, she stays strong and continues to work hard.
