 elaboration  Woori is the that'll take you for all your worth and you'll thank her afterward because you're blessed to even be talked to by her. Honestly, she's more of a than a nice girl, so it helps when you have a few very strong good girl traits that ease the pain of her usual stature. She's charming and easily able to please anyone she comes across, which honestly the company needs a LOT. She's just able to tell what everyone needs and how best to do it. Energetic can be "cute" or bubbly, but Woori is neither of these things. She's very hands on and efficient in the way she stretches out all the energy she has pent up. It's not uncommon to see the Relations head pacing around in her high heels around the entire company. Giving up ain't in her vocabulary -- what Woori wants, Woori gets. She's extremely ambitious and having all the drive and energy does NOT mean she's going to give up at the first hint that something's hard. 
Listen, there's a reason Woori is in charge of her department -- she'd be a nightmare otherwise. Woori takes and orders from few others, hell, she hardly takes it from Joonmyeon as is. "It's my way or get the hell out." is a common phrase heard from Woori, especially when it comes to meetings and potential ideas. If it's not hers or isn't compatible, it's no good and shouldn't be used. She will not take any bull excuses for anything either, so you better have a PhD in the talk if you want Woori to give you even a scrap of mercy. Because of this, Woori is very arrogant and sees herself as superior to some. If you can make quick decisions and have strong beliefs, she'll respect you. Hestitate for a second and she'll destroy you. She has no time for that and you shouldn't either. Woori's never been great at emotions, preferring logic and numbers to actually sitting down and having a heart to heart. She tends to avoid "feelings" like the plague, and will do a 180 on the conversation if you bring up anything of the sort. Feelings have no place in business or in Park Woori's life, and while she may hurt other's feelings by being so harsh, she sees it as being realistic.

You need solutions? No? Yes? Doesn't matter, Woori has them and you're going to take them. She's great to have around when you know something will go wrong, because she will make sure it goes right when it does go off the rails. However, she can put a damper on the whole 'creative process' with some departments because of this. Feelings? Nope, not for Woori. Someone for the night? Eh, why not. A girl has needs, and who is she to deny that when she sets her eyes on someone who will satisify her. While it can be an advantage for certain people, and some employees can get away with hitting on her (and it just feds her ego pls don'T) it gets real bad when she's drunk, trust me. The stories some of these employees have of drinking with Director Woo... It also can be hard to tell if she really 'likes' someone or not. Sarcasm is a heavy component of Woori's speech, which doesn't help with figuring out her already condescending nature. Does she really like your blouse, or is she smiling like that because she's about to burn it off your body as you sit at your desk? Only Woori knows. It adds some fun to the office, people take bets on whether or not she means something and it's a great way to win some quick cash if you need lunch money.



 background  pffft, to most others, she was a rich with sucessful business people as parents. in other words, park woori was the definition of a chaebeol. and guess who she grew up next door to?
kim joonmyeon and park woori went to fancy private school together and honestly, if they were the type, they'd marry each other just to have more money for themselves and just... yeah lmao.
growing up though, woori wasn't always the beautiful woman we see today. she didn't have the thinnest face, or the daintest features, and that was somethign that she couldn't stand. boys would avoid her (save for joonmyeon bc he doesn't really care??? bless him tbh) so for her 18th birthday, she got extensive plastic surgery for her face, she went on a strict diet, excerised, etc. made sure she had the best of everything to ensure she'd never be looked down upon by the snooty boys of her life again. 
once she had this all done, she was suddenly popular, everyone flocked after her, boys wanted her, girls wanted to be her... it was nice, and she couldn't say it didn't all go to her head. the only person who really knows her before the surgery was joonmyeon and she made him swear he'd never mention anything about before. 
woori knew she didn't have much of a chance being in charge of her parents company -- she had an older brother, and he was much more... agreeable than her, let's just say. and woori knew she wasn't about to be housewife. she'd get sooo bored (and honestly no man was worth the price she paid for her body and face, so really, what was the point?) 
and joonmyeon was complaining about being in charge of a company sector and having to hire a whole new staff so she humbly offered her services (aka blackmailed that lil bc does he have people skills??? no. does she?? no but she's a hell of a lot cuter than him soooo) and thus she ended up with the director position at monster inc. honestly, one of the few reasons joonmyeon but her as ahead is because it's less of a pain to deal with woori in charge than it is to deal with woori not in charge.

She tossed her hair over her shoulder, "I'm a valuable member that anyone would be daft not to hire." Not to mention I have enough dirt on Joonmyeon to bring him down to the depths of hell, so if I ask for something he's more likely to give me my way.

 "how's the office life?"  "Well, unlike some," She rolled her eyes, "I actually do my work." She remained silent for a few moments. "Oh, I suppose you wanted more along the lines of who I interact with at work. Well, despite ba-- Director Park's," Woori corrected herself, mortified she almost used that damned nickname in conversation, "attempts to flirt, or whatever it is he's doing, I'm usually with Joonmyeon and his secretary or running around. I don't waste time at work, and my department runs smoothly because of it. That doesn't mean I don't like having fun, though." Okay, maybe sometimes I leave with Joonmyeon in the middle of the day or come in late -- but I always let my team leaders know and reward my employees well when it happens as an apology. 

 "on coffee runs, what do you get?"  "A venti iced americano." Her answer was immediate, "I'm not fond of sugary drinks, and although I don't need the caffeine, it's nice to have something to hold onto while working or walking around." 

 "tell me about your company dinners"  "Oh, should I?" Woori raised an eyebrow, smiling ever so slightly. It was hard to tell if she was teasing or wondering how much trouble she could get certain people in. "I mostly drink, it's free alcohol and with my looks, I don't plan on buying my own booze anytime soon." She tilted her head back, thinking some more. "I also record and document as much blackmail as I can. Nothing truly motivates staff like fear of their reputation being ruined."
 
 "i heard that you're chummy with Park Chanyeol, can you tell me more about them?"  "That boy..." She laughed, "Just a nuisance who doesn't know what he's getting into." Woori smiled again, but something was different -- was it a hint of fondness or amusement? She ran her hands through her hair, "However, I do enjoy... indulging him every so often. He's quite fun if you know the right tricks."
