ardene is really a boyish girl. maybe because of growing up with a dad and a twin brother. she's always down for anything and loves the thrill. bungee jumping, sky diving, you name it. she's pretty relaxed with herself and around people and doesn't mind ruining her image. she isn't afraid to get her hands dirty but well she is afraid of cockroaches and spiders. she likes skateboarding with her brother and other friends.

she speaks fluent sarcasm. she gets irritated when she says something that is the furthest thing from serious, but the person she's talking to just doesn’t understand her sarcasm. when she meets someone and she instantly hates them, she has a super hard time hiding it. she kinda got the habit of ending sentences with 'just kidding' or 'it was a joke' to lighten things up when everyone got silet or something. since she's known to be mischievous and funny, people don't get when she's being sarcastic or being funny and it irritates her a lot, which draws out her sarcasm even more.

ardene is arrogant. growing up and getting used to being labelled as perfect by people got in her head. she has that overbearing pride and thinks she knows things more than she actually does. she loves displaying her elevated opinion and will act high and mighty. she just loves to be the center of attention and hates it when someone steals her spotlight. she diminishes others to make herself feel more superior. she kinda has a superiority complex. she is also aggressive.

ardene tends to intrude in other people's business. this trait links to her high mindedness. she thinks that she can help by meddling with other people's problems. though she has a good mindset about it, it comes off as annoying and irrelevant to many. she's always curious about what other people are talking or whispering about and can't help but want to know.

she is a living example of brutal yet awesome. she speaks her mind, thoughts and opinions freely, without holding back. if she knows you're at fault, she will no doubt confront you about it. she doesn't mind you disliking her or think of her negatively. she's the person who did or said something nobody else had the guts to. she doesn't care about the consequences of her actions. her words can be really harsh to the point of making the other party cry.

ardene was born in sydney, australia to korean parents. she also has an older brother of 3 years. growing up, ardene loved the ocean. their father would take them to the beach and sometimes they would accompany him at his work when they go by boat to the sea. they would also go hiking, camping and fishing during the their summer breaks. ardene grew up pretty adventurous and boyish. still she never had taken a liking to insects though. she took up piano since she was four years old well just because she has an asian mom and asian mom's usually enroll their kids in stuff. she took a liking to it though but she can't seem to fully love it. she was more of a 'fun and active' kind of girl.

when she was 6, she confessed this to her brother. her brother then invited her to watch him in his dance classes (he took up hip hop classes the same year ardene started piano as well, since he already started with his taekwondo lessons before, which is like a common thing for sons to learn if you're korean lol). while watching him, she can't help but bob her head to the rhythm. seeing this, the dance instructor encouraged her to try it out. surprisingly she had a natural talent as said by the instructor and well she had a lot of fun and asked her parents to let her take dance class as well with much pleading towards her mom since her dad wants what his daughter wants. so since she was 6, she started hip hop classes. she gradually started branching out towards other dance genres such as popping, locking and even break dancing. though she considered hip hop as her forte. she still focused on her piano, because her mom wanted her to at least learn the piano to contrast with her hip hop. when she was 8, her parents got divorced, reason still unknown to the siblings and her dad won custody over the two siblings because he has a high paying job (he's a medical oncologist, granddad died from cancer, he wanted to be a person that can cure cancer, random fact lol) her mother was only a housewife. it affected her relationship with her dad, but he reasoned out that he'll explain once they get older. academic wise, she does really well in school being an all a student with an average gpa of 3.21. her family was also active members of the church as well as its choir. she's a pretty good singer and enjoyed singing as well, but still prefered dancing.

in 2012, her brother came across an article about yg entertainment having auditions in sydney. ardene was lying on his bed, eating cereal while having a harry potter marathon (for the umpteenth time). he took his stress ball that was on his desk and threw it at her, and successfully hit her cheek, which made the spoon full of cereal almost spill on her. after ardene spitted fire on her brother, he showed her the article. he jokingly said she should try it out. ardene looked at the article and then at her brother with a serious expression. then with a smirk, she told him she was down. so for the remaining weeks before the actual audition, ardene practiced a dance routine and chose a song that fits her vocal range.

APPEARANCE
had tanned skin during her years in from surfing and being under the sun but her skin got whiter during her trainee years. her body figure is a bit of a pear shape, a tiny waist, slightly bigger and slightly wider hips than her shoulders. through dancing her body got lean and muscular, flat abs are visible. she has a dimple and a beauty mark on her right cheek and another beauty mark on her nose. her hair is a natural black color and has never been dyed before. she has a natural resting face that a lot would misinterpret her being cold and all but she's not. a lot has said she resembles a cat because of her eyes. she has multiple piercings on each ear and still counting, she kind of has a thing with piercing her ears ever since she started.she got a tattoo when she turned of legal age. a cross tattoo on the back of her ear. she has her motto "overcome and conquer" tattooed on her inner wrists, overcome on her left and concquer on her right (the position is here on both wrists). when performing or on a broadcasted show, the stylists usually have her wear long sleeves or have wrist accessories to cover up the tattoos on her wrists. but when she isn't, she shows it freely. she also wears graded colored contacts coz she's blind. usually wears natural colored contacts that only enlargen the pupils by a tiny bit. wears light browns and grays a lot. 

FASHION STYLE
her fashion style is the typical korean streetwear style which kinda looks a bit 90s grunge sometimes. she likes wearing clothes for comfort at the same time looks good on her and makes her feel confident. she doesn't care about brands really and really likes thrift shops too since they're vintage and all. she basically wears sneakers all the time coz sneakers are her bae. other than sneakers, she likes boots like timberland, dr. martens and the like. she usually wears jeans or shorts, but occasionally wears skirts as well. she likes to accessorize with chokers, a cap and the cross earring. she puts more effort in her airport fashion since she knows there will be people taking pictures. at home/dorm, she likes to wear oversized t-shirts or sweaters and shorts or leggings. plus comfy socks. for formal events, the stylists would mostly choose clothes that would make her look tall like panel dresses or clothes that would show her legs plus of course heels (which she despises) or tall platform shoes or boots, she prefers the platform shoes really. for practice, she likes to wear loose clothes like oversized shirts or sweaters with shorts, jeans or leggings. plus sneakers or running shoes. her everyday make up consists of mascara, on both her upper and lower lashes, bb cream, eyebrows should be on point, dark red lip tint (color) and a bit of blush. she also needs to have her nivea cherry lip balm. she likes to get her nails done with designs mostly in dark colors.

her older brother is her most trusted best friend and they practically don't hide any secrets with each other. despite being younger, ardebe takes care of her brother really well. back when she still lived with her family, she made sure he had proper meals during the proper time. he's protective of her and always has her back. they also have a bit of sibling rivarly but it's all good fun. she calls him whenever she needs advise from time to time and to check up on him too.

ardene felt her phone vibrating on the sofa while she was watching tv. she grabbed her phone and checked who the caller was. she lowered the volume of the tv and tapped the answer button. "hear me out. i need your amazing sister skills." "is it about a girl?" before aiden could answer, ardene cut him off. "again?" "what do you mean again?" "coz um you're a playboy." she said in a matter of fact tone. "first, i am not a playboy. second, it's the same girl halfling." "don't call me that you stick tower." "fyi, i've been going to the gym, i'm perfectly lean now." "please, i didn't ask and i don't care muggle." ardene and hyerim relate to each other in terms of being born with the resting face. they both complain about it together. they became closer since they're both in the dance line. fans also commented that they're like yin and yang, hyerim has the angelic kind of resting face whereas ardene has that dark kind of resting face (lol), it's because of their facial features. but when combined they can be two fluffballs waiting to prance on you for fun.

ardene and hyerim were sitting on the couch, watching a movie. 'member' walked in and eyed the two. "are you to mad at each other?" the two turned to her. then they turned to each other and sighed at the same time before turning back to the tv without answering 'member'.

felix is a bright and happy-go-lucky person.  he's a person bubbling of enthusiasm but he'll be shy at first. he's also observant and nothing can escape from his watchful eyes. he's an honest person and you can clearly see it in his actions and his facial expressions. he's humble and imaginative and can sometimes wander to his own world. he's down-to-earth and likes to joke a lot with people he's close with. he can also be pretty blunt, especially when he doesn't think something makes sense. he can also be abit overcritical and can judge someone or something to harshly and would find faults. though he looks confident and is all smiles, he has self doubt and is self-conscious.
 

RELATIONSHIP
being childhood friends, they know everything about each other from the other's favorite food to each other's quirks. they went through each other's problems and achievements and always had each other's backs. they both seen the best and the worst of each other and they don't think less of each other because of it. they're like each other's conscience, they would always tell the other off from doing something they might regret. they're both pros at knowing what each other is feeling. they're honest with each other and tell each other everything. even if they don't talk for days, or years for that fact, when they meet, there's no stopping their conversations. they can do anything with each other, from skateboarding or even shopping (much to felix's dismay lol, he'll have to carry ardene's stuff hahaha). they always have an amazing time together. felix also knows of ardene's past relationships and went through her break ups with her, even if it was only via calls and messages, he always looked out for her. and ardene would do the same for him, even though he has never had a girlfriend before.

the first to develop feelings for the other was felix. you can say it started when he saw her after years of separation. her hair was a mess from dancing and had a funny shocked expression but he didn't care and was seriously ecstatic to see her. ardene on the other hand was awestruck at felix's growth and she admitted that he looked bloody good from the little wimpy kid she knew before (though felix also took taekwondo lessons). their relationship stayed the same but then felix became a bit flirty with ardene. she shrugs off his advances and will act as if it was a joke. she keeps on emphasizing that he's a baby brother to her and will forever be a baby in her eyes. this irritated felix and well he wanted for her to see him as a man. ardene realized this but still didn't take his advances seriously.

ardene has known felix since he was in his diapers. their parents were close friends thus they grew up together. ardene would babysit felix when their parents went somewhere and they would watch movies and cartoons all night long. ardene is also close with felix's sisters but is particularly closer to him. their families go to church together and they both sit beside each other. actually in any occasion, they sit beside each other. felix has a certain attachment to ardene. he also took up taekwondo. they spar with each other sometimes, felix purposely losing to ardene, but he knows she's really strong. they would train together before a competition and they used to have a tradition of eating ice cream the night before the competition. ardene helps felix with his studies as well, he also tries to help ardene in math even though he was like three grades below her. they would usually go to the beach together or the movies and even the arcades. when ardene broke the news to felix that she'll be jyp trainee, he didn't talk to her for three days until ardene's patience ran out and she called his sister's phone instead. it was an emotional night, mostly ardene crying telling felix that she didn't want to leave him. when she started living in seoul, felix and her always kept in touch. they would face time each other and would always ask how they're doing. late 2016, recieved a call from felix. he asked her a favor of checking this shop that he's curious that he found on the net. luckliy it was their day off that day. she put on a cap and a mask and went to the place felix said, with the address he sent her. it turned out to be a cat cafe. she peaked through the glass but then felt someone tap her shoulder. she turned around and to her surprise, felix was there smiling dorkily at her.

"oi. what on earth are you doing here?" she asked as she stood up from the floor then approached felix. "as of today, i'm a jyp trainee." felix said smiling at ardene playfully. ardene had open from shock before shoving felix lightly. "well why didn't you tell me you bloke." felix laughed at her. "i wanted to suprise you is all." felix calmed down and opened up his arms. ardene smiled warmly before wrapping her arms around felix. "missed you so bloody much lixie." ardene said through felix's chest. "missed you too arie." when they parted. ardene scanned felix. "how the bloody hell did you grow so fast. you were just this small last time i saw you." she put up to her eye level. "puberty." felix said amused at ardene's reaction. "puberty my rump. you're still a baby in my eyes lixie." she said as she ruffled his hair.

even though they're from different companies, they usually go eat together and ardene showed him around when she wasn't busy. she also helped him in his korean through face time, though she wasn't a very good teacher since she also has a hard time in korean. she also critiqued his dancing, rapping and singing which he sends through videos to her. when they aren't training, they would go out and catch up with each other, making sure ardene wasn't being followed by the paparazzi. felix would share his burdens and ardene would help him with encouraging words and advises. since their families are not in korea, they stick to each other a lot. 

felix often calls her to recieve strength and energy. when he told ardene about the debuting survival show by jyp, she made sure that he wasn't overstressing himself. she treated him to whatever he wanted the night before the trainee showcase. they ended it with hot choco by the han river.
 

ENDING
ardene still won't take felix's efforts seriously but will realize that she's actually attracted to him as well but she told felix that she chose to focus on her career first and he should too. she also wanted to wait until they achieved their dream and when felix becomes an official adult in korea so that's after two years from now. but for now their relationship is: felix attempting to make ardene see him as a man and ardene still baby-ing him which irritates him a lot. will be dating in a few years from 2017.
