I really am not a very present member of this website, and for many reasons. Though I always try to find ways to build upon the community because fanfiction websites are so good for aspiring writers as long as the site is being utliized properly. I'm always trying to offer to create a group that functions as a writer's guild. I'm still trying to come up with something so that more serious writers (or even hobbyists who want to improve upon their craft) can have a community that helps push them forward and challenges them to try different techniques. 

One thing I have seen with the website is this new utilization of badges, which appears to be something to give more incentive to be active and vocal; a good start on the admin's part. It seems more people are willing to be active if they get some kind of "reward" for it (though having a thriving fanfiction community should be reward in and of itself, shouldn't it?), so hopefully that creates a more productive space for the more serious writers lurking around this website. 

Going back to what I mentioned before, if you would like to build a writer's guild with me (one that would allow for writing challenges, group (constructive) criticism, or group discussions that would allow members to share writing tips and resources, please send me a private message and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I do want people who are serious about their writing (whether as a possible future profession or as a hobby they would like to improve upon and are willing to dedicate time to) and I would also hope you are at least at a level that I can trust you with some administrative tasks. If you are interested but may not want leadership positions, still message me and we can at least get started on a smaller level.
