Do not worry, I know it's getting late and I have yet to update, but here's what's happening as of today, the 30th:

my family is moving!! Lots of boxes, lots of time consuming activities. It'll be awhile before we're settled in the new house, so if I go mia, this is the most likely reason I've disappeared.

Updating my computer: my grandparents bought me a new laptop so I'm also placing all my junk on my own  personal computer that's shiny and new and has lots of storage and space for games and writing :DDD so that might also take a while to get used to!!

finally, and the most recent reason: my best friends brother had to have emergency brain surgery last week. She has little siblings, about 5 and 8, and she's the only one who stayed behind to take care of them. So I packed up about two weeks worth of stuff and sort of semi moved in for a while so she wouldn't be alone and worried and stressed and what have you. I just got back this evening, and don't worry, everything is FINE, the brother is perfectly normal and the surgery was a complete success according to her parents!! So hopefully before the first week of August is up I'll have more stuff for you all!
