As a leader, Joyeon posseses leader-like personalities. Responsible, kind and caring. Always keeping her unnies and dongsaengs in check. If she's handed a task, she'll live up to it and fulfills it with her very best. A kind soul, taking care of fellow trainees. She’s always asks how her fellow members are feeling/doing daily. She might even come off as a slightly annoying grandma, or a nosy mum who just wants to spend some time with her busy children. But that's because she cares for them. She won't hesitate to help someone. The type of person to give left over food to passing birds and stray cats. Discipline and mature, despite her age & somewhat cute outer appearance. Having experienced living by herself, turned her into an independent being, depending on herself. Tough, able to stay strong through the rough patches in her life (ex : when she and her siblings fend for themselves when their parents are busy working). Hardworker, shown in her earnest and sincere efforts, not wanting to give up despite the negativities trying to drag her down. A loving leader. She views her members as her equals and treats all of them equally. Analyctical and organized. Like a general leading a battle, she's able to calculate and analyze the things and situations that will possibly happen to Monoluv, and be prepared for whatever's coming. Quick-witted, Joyeon's able to do quick thinking. Easygoing. She's literally a chill person. Like if a member broke her phone or laptop she doesn't mind, she shrugs it off like its not much of a big deal. The only thing that ticks her off is when her members disobey her. You do not want to see the wrath of a dragon named Joyeon. Joyeon is a patient person. She's patient in dealing with people, no matter how horrible their personalities are. Joyeon cares for people that she holds dear to her heart, she thinks of them more than she thinks of herself. She's the type of person to lend her shoulder to anyone who's about to pour their tears out, She doesn't mind sharing another person's weight (as in problems/hardships). She's careful not to hurt others, she's afraid of hurting the people she cares for. Calm. Joyeon will think her way out and not panic whenever Monoluv members are faced with a critical situation, she rarely freaks out. Sensible and wise. She's the one that members go to whenever they need consulting. Anyone that's having a rough day should definitely go seek Joyeon's therapy session (not literally xD). She has a sensible side, knows when to liven the moment up or control the members from going too wild when they're, lets say, in a Vlive. Determined. Joyeon sets goals for herself, for Monoluv, for her members. She’s true to her words. Observant. Joyeon has a sharp eye, like a hawk. She's usually the first to notice things, paying attenton to small, unseen details. Forgiving. Joyeon forgives people easily, and does not hold grudges. A humble person. She may be born to a family that sneezes in a hundred dollar bills, yet she’s down to earth and humble. You would never guessed her for being born with a golden spoon.

Passionate. You can see the passion burning in her eyes whenever she's on the stage, pouring out her soul as she dances. She either makes her unnies & dongsaengs slam their foreheads to a desk, face palming due to embarrassing awkward moments, or laugh out loud. Joyeon is horrible in jokes, she's kinda awkward and cringe-y. Joyeon is not too much of a image-conscious person. She doesn't like to maintain a pretty idol image. For example, she doesn't laugh in a pretty ladylike way. The very moment she opens wide and starts laughing whenever she discovered a new meme of herself, her idol image pretty much flew out of the window. In short, Joyeon acts like herself naturally, instead of building up and creating a semi fake pretty idol image. For reference, see Sejeong Gugudan and Hani EXID.

Yet she is too alert. Being a leader means having to take cautions and choosing the right decisions and being able to take risks, turned her into an over cautious person. Contrasting her chill side, she can be quite alert eventhough on the outside she looks like she never lost her cool. Persistent, true to herself. She sometimes sets goals that’s far too high to reach. Stern to her members. She sometimes can go a little overboard, like shouting at them if they slowed down in practice, or eat too much junk food (all because she cares for them and only wants the best for them). She means well but her good intentions are sometimes mistaken. The way she expresses her care and love is different . If Joyeon tells you to practice now, you better well do it before she drags you by your feet. Joyeon is a patient person. Over-protective. Just like a Dad, Joyeon is very protective of her fellow members. She wouldn't hesitate to scold her members if they are going out somewhere that would harm them and might get spotted by a paparazzi, and would be upset if her members sneaked behind her back. Joyeon depends too much on herself, leading her to not ask for other people's help, when sometimes she clearly needs it. Most of the time Joyeon might look like she’s okay on the outside but on the inside, Joyeon doubts herself frequently. She doesn't think that she's good enough, scared that she cannot be a good leader, scared that she might bring Monoluv down due to her mistakes and leadership. She trains endlessly, just so that she can fix her flaws. She wants to be a good example to her members. And if she reached her goal, she will work hard to surpass her original goal and go beyond her limit. Ambitious, some might say. Being the peace-keeper, Joyeon is stressed out, deep down. She doesn’t know why her members are always fighting, causing extra load and stress for Joyeon. She endures it by herself, she doesn’t want to ask for help because to her, its a leader’s job and she should not trouble her members. It’s a difficult task for Joyeon to maintain peace and not let a fight start and sometimes Joyeon can be frustrated with this. She’s patient, but even ticking bombs have a time limit. Whoever is considered the scariest in Monoluv, its Joyeon. She very rarely loses her cool and prefers to endure the pain but once she’s way way past her limit, she’ll explode like a nuclear bomb. Whatever kind of person Monoluv’s members are, when Joyeon says its final, its final. Roughly said, it doesn’t matter whether you’re a good girl, ice princess or a bit*h. Once Joyeon orders something, then they must follow it.

⟪ BACKGROUND ⟫

Joyeon was originally born in Mokpo. She's the second child, and the eldest daughter in the family. She was born to a wealthy family. Joyeon's parents always leaves early in the morning to work their respective jobs in Seoul, coming back late in the night. While the Do kids go to school in Mokpo. It was only Joyeon and her older brother for a while, until Joyeon's little siblings arrived a few years later. You'd think that having two brothers had Joyeon being ordered around like a slave by her brothers or have her be the subject of pranks or ridicule by her own siblings but no. In fact she's the one who literally puts on a leash on her brothers. Its more of the other way around, in fact. Growing up with guys made Joyeon copy their habits such as sitting with her legs opened, eating however she likes, playing soccer in the dirt, etc. It was the same to Joyeon's little sister, the youngest of the Do siblings. It was as if Joyeon and her sister were like boys growing up. Joyeon's parents are busy, but they never forget their kids and makes sure to spend some time witht their kids like taking them out to eat or to watch whenever Joyeon's parents have free time. They love their kids equally, and it sometimes pains their hearts whenever they are going away on a business trip. Growing up, Joyeon's only backup and pillars to support her were her siblings. The Do siblings relied on each other, so to say. Joyeon's not too shy but she's a little quiet and reserved when meeting with strangers. She has this way of mentally scanning a person and observe them, to see whether they're okay or not. Eventhough Joyeon was born with a golden spoon in , she wasn't spoilt. Nor were her siblings. They did their own chores like tidy their own bedrooms up and sometimes even help the maids in washing the dishes, etc.

Joyeon enrolled into a taekwondo class which she goes to in the weekends. You gotta learn some self defence in case your own brothers starts to disobey you so you gotta teach them by whacking them so they know what they did wrong. Besides it has been a long time dream for Joyeon to do a roundhouse kick to her own siblings whenever they steal some of Joyeon's homemade cookies she made herself (Joyeon's not evil I swear). At home, Joyeon and her siblings are accompanied by their maids (yep like in those chaebol kdramas). Even so, Joyeon' parents taught her and her brothers on how to be independent. And not depend too much on the maids. If you can do it yourself, then do it yourself. Don't ask a maid to get your socks for you or tie your shoes for you, that's one of the lessons Joyeon's parents taught her. Their parents did not want Joyeon and her brothers to grow up spoiled, so they start teaching them since early age. It shaped Joyeon to who she is now. Later on, when Joyeon finished her primary school education, Joyeon's parents wanted her to have better education so they sent her to a school in Seoul. And rather than having Joyeon go back and forth between Seoul and Mokpo, Joyeon's parents told her to move to Seoul instead. Her oldest brother already left Mokpo around a year ago due to enrolling in a good high school in Seoul. With that, Joyeon moved to Seoul where her parents already bought and paid a small minimalist apartment where her oldest brother already started living in. In Seoul Joyeon and her oldest brother put the lessons their parents taught them. They learned how to be independent and be smart in saving money. Joyeon's younger siblings are still at home in Mokpo being taken care of by the maids. Joyeon's parents pops in and checks on Joyeon and her oldest brother daily after they finished working before going back home to Mokpo. It may seem like Joyeon's parents doesn't care for their own kids, but they actually do. They wanted the best for their children, they know they can't stick around too long due to their busy work. They taught the Do siblings ever since they were young with valuable lessons such as being independent, so they can grow up and survive by their own two feet.

Later on, Joyeon's two younger siblings joined her and her oldest sibling in Seoul. They too were enrolled in a school in Seoul. At that time, all the Do siblings moved out of Mokpo and lived in Seoul for better education. Their parents check in on them from time to time (because their jobs are in Seoul but their home is in Mokpo). Things were okay. The Do siblings were never spoiled, and they adapted to their Seoul life well. Sometime later their parents moved overseas due to their jobs. They wanted to take Joyeon and her siblings but they were already enrolled in a good school, to pluck them out and have them adapt all over again doesn't seem the right choice. In the end, Joyeon and her siblings stayed in Korea, while her parents moved overseas. In ones' eye, it might seem cruel to leave your children alone to fend for themselves, it seems like they chose career over their own children. But no, they are not cruel. They wanted to take their children with them, but the children themselves refused. They're capable of managing themselves, they have been doing okay so far. The goodbye was painful, eventhough Joyeon knew her parents would be visit them. The Do siblings managed okay. Their parents send them monthly allowance money. One day, Joyeon was spotted by SM representative when she was walking back to her apartment after school. It took her a good 15 minutes running away from them at first (similar to Sehun EXO's casting experience :"D) because she thought they were serial killers, until they told her they were from SM and wanted her to come and try auditioning. Joyeon told her family about her getting street-casted by SM. Her siblings supported her, but her parents were not supportive at first. They wanted her to focus on her studies. Joyeon did not know whether she should be happy or not. She wasn't sure of auditioning, but after thinking about it for a few times, maybe it wasn't so bad. Sure, she wasn't experienced in singing, dancing and rapping. But maybe, this could be a chance for her to discover a talent that has been hidden. Discover her dream that previously wasn't there. A few days later, they allowed her to audition. They did not want to be unsupportive of their own children's dream, and told her to go for it, giving Joyeon their full support. Maybe this could turn out to be something she loves, thought her parents. And that is how Joyeon got accepted to SM.

• donating money to the people in need. Her parents taught her when she was still a young child on donating money or things that she no longer used for the ones in need. She donates daily to the orphanage, a community that fights Cancer, an organization that is trying to save animals or nature, etc
• photography. Since Joyeon's family has other homes in a breathtaking environment, she self-taught herself on how to photograph to capture memories of her family. Joyeon and her family rarely goes out on a holilday since her parents are busy but when they do its usually a quite getaway to their villa, or snow lodge/cabin, etc
• reading fantasy, adventure, and comedy novels
• organizing things, like making out a plan and mapping it in her mind, or organizing things around the dorm
• playing chess and sudoku, board games, ancient games that existed way back
• people who are caring and show respect. To Joyeon, it does not matter what kind of a person you are. If she sees you being caring towards someone and respects people around you, she will respect you back and forever remember that one caring act you did

• baking. Joyeon is okay at cooking, but she is best in baking. She can bake cakes, cookies, and loves to watch and try out baking / cooking tutorials in youtube or the internet

• watching adventure, sci-fi, thriller, comedy and family movies. Joyeon does not watch horror movies. Not because she's scared but because horror movies aren't her thing

• anything funny. Funny videos cheers up her day, and Joyeon loves it and does not feel offended when Monoluv's fans create funny edits of her. She would search and lookup, reading all of Monoluv's fans funny edits of herself or Monoluv, and the fans works / edits are screencaptured / screenshot by Joyeon where she would later show it to her members
• taking pictures of Monoluv members. Funny pictures, meme pictures, photobomb pictures where she would later edit herself. She has a gallery full of pictures when her members are sleeping or in the middle of doing something. She took their picture without them realizing, and Joyeon would later set it as her wallpaper or lockscreen
• doing ugly dancing

⟪ DISLIKES ⟫

• left over food. It sometimes pisses her off, I mean its food and you should be thankful for food and not waste it. Joyeon is Monoluv's unofficial vacuum cleaner aka the one who finishes all the bits and pieces of left over food. It all started because Joyeon remembers one of her maids, who is from the countryside, has an economically unstable family. Her maid's father work as a farmer, and whenever Joyeon doesn't want to finish her rice her maid will tell her how hard her father worked just so Joyeon can eat and well, Joyeon is soft and she feels guilty. So from there she always finishes her food
• being asked to rank things. If Joyeon were to ranked her members she'd either pass or she would rank them all as number 1. Ranking someone can damage another's feelings. Its unfair and not very nice, and Joyeon doesn't want to hurt anyone
• expensive food that tastes terrible
• expensive food that comes in small portions
• alcoholic drinks. Joyeon can drink one and has drink once or twice but she's not really fond of the taste of the alcohol so she rarely drinks
• people who acts good only in front of a camera. It ticks her off, why would they do like that?
• people who wastes water, leave the tap running
• the smell of mint
• sweet tea or bitter coffee. Joyeon always mixes tea or coffee with milk
• when her members are fighting, or ignoring each other. Joyeon doesn't necessarily hate it, it just tires her out and stresses her because she doesn't know what else she can do to create peace within the group
• being sick. It leads to people taking care of her. Like when Joyeon falls sick her siblings would take care of her, likewise with her members. It makes her feel useless, for she does not like to trouble people with her problems
• blackcurrant, tofu, tomatoes, food with too much oil / oily food, boiled eggs, mint, cheese
• people who leave the TV on after they finished watching it. Joyeon knows that the electricity will still run thus they must pay a lot for the electricity bill. Joyeon does not like to waste money
• when her members did not follow her orders or do as she says. It makes Joyeon feel like she's not respected enough as a leader, because maybe her own members thought that she wasn't a good fit for a leader

⟪ TRIVIA ⟫

• Joyeon doesn't know how to flip the back camera to the front camera. And whenever she videocalls her members, only her forehead is seen, just like how grandparents and parents videocalls their grandkids/kids
• Was the student council president back when she was still in junior high school
• Currently goes to Sungshin Women's University, majoring in business and minoring in music
• Her familly owns a penthouse in Gangnam, a snow cabin / lodge (where her family retreats for vacation), and a villa by the beach (also a for holiday)
• Has 3 cameras, but she usually uses one for her photography
• Joyeon studied on how to play the drums when she was younger. She received more lessons when she became a trainee in SM. She's quite advanced in playing the drums. She also knows on how to play the piano and guitar during her time in SM, but she's around average to good when playing piano and guitar
• Usually Joyeon celebrates her birthday in an orphanage, as a way to be grateful and share her happiness with the kids there. The kids would sing along, blow out Joyeon's birthday cake with her, play games, have a good time
• Joyeon frequently donates to the people in need. Her savings are either stored in her bank account for her future or donated. Joyeon learned how to donate when she was younger, so her parents freely let her donates whenever she wants
• Has been learning taekwondo since she was young. Has earned a black belt and participated in a few tournaments. Whenever Monoluv are free of schedule, Joyeon would continue her taekwondo lessons
• Once Joyeon's parents lost her in an airport when she was younger. This in turn made Joyeon constantly do a headcount of Monoluv members every few minutes
• Joyeon usually bring her camera with her when she's going out, to take pictures and cherish memories. If she's bored she'll change it with her polaroid
• Joyeon wants to be able to learn all types and styles of dancing. As of now she's good in modern and contemporary dancing
• worked as a waitress in a cafe before when she lived in Seoul. She wanted to earn her own money to accomodate her trainee life (so the money from her job will be used for things related to her trainee life. The money she earned, for example, will be used by Joyeon to eat in a minimarket near SM when she's hungry). Her parents found out a few months later and told her to quit, telling her that they will send her extra money for her training. Joyeon did not want to, but in the end she quitted her job. Her parents told her to focus on school, training and taking care of her siblings instead. If she and her brother were to come home late, who's going to take care of the two youngest siblings?
• Was part of her junior high school's cooking club, taekwondo club and chess club
• Joyeon is not too fond of sports but the sports she truly enjoyed are swimming, ping pong, and badminton
• She really has no shame in laughing, it just burst out of her in a high volume. Her laugh is explosive. is wide open. It looks unladylike and not cute at all (link). At times it can sound deep and go down a few octaves (link [1:37-1:39, the last laugh])

→ Father, Do Hongseok ⋮ 45 ⋮ CEO of an oil company ⋮

Hongseok is a fun loving, strict and goofy father to Joyeon. He likes to crack awkward jokes that Joyeon would nonetheless laught at. He's Baloo while Joyeon is Mowgli. He's not the stereotypical busy father who looks down on his children unless they can be a good use to him. He's a man with a cleary strategic way of thinking. As a CEO, he's always planning and mapping out his oil company's future. He's able to lead his employees well, and he's not a scary or super strict boss. He is a longterm thinker, thinking for the future and is quick in finding solutions in difficult situations. He has a way with leading people and connecting with them that his coworkers and employees trust him and are loyal to their big old boss. He has a sharp, detailed and critical way of thinking. He would help out Joyeon whenever she has problems. He helped her point out her mistakes so she can fix them by herself. Hongseok is like Joyeon's bff. Joyeon pours everything out to him. Hongseok is the person Joyeon would go to for advise. He's also a shameless father, dancing along with Joyeon and showing off his moves (which to Joyeon looks like a gorilla who hasn't strecthed in centuries). He loves and cherishes his children very much, and would often call on them and check how they are doing. There are childhood memories which Joyeon still remembers to this very day, such as how her father took her to his workplace and told her about the way his company works, what this machine is for, what's that giant pump thingy, etc. He can be strict and stern at times, but thats only because he loves his children and wants the best for them. He is a father who tries his best to be there for his children.

: Relationship with your character :
Eventhough Hongseok is busy 24/7, he makes sure to spend some quality time with Joyeon and her siblings. Hongseok was the one who taught Yijoo to be independent and humble. Hongseok can buy a mansion for his family to liive if he wanted to, but instead he chose a normal minimilastic house to live in. Sure there might be a lot of maids in the Do household but he taught his kids on how to not rely on the maids too much. You have a healthy pair of arms and legs also a good pair of eyes and ears, so why don't you use them, that is what Hongseok would say to his children. He did not want them to grow up spoiled. Joyeon loves her father very much. Joyeon admires how her father is able to balance between work and family, and even stays humble and kind no matter how wealthy he is.  The Do family rarely spend their money on expensive things, such as gold and designer outfits, etc. They do own an apartment and other things but they rarely use it because its only as a holiday getaway. The money that the Oh family owns are usually donated to the ones who are financially and econimacally unstable. Hongseok at first didn't allow Joyeon to be a trainee, since he doesn't want Joyeon's education to be affected. However, Hongseok learned that what he did was a mistake since he practically crushed Joyeon's possible dream. He finally allowed her to audition, on the condition that Joyeon still pursue education (to which she does).

Saeyoon is a gentle, stern and caring mother to Joyeon. Joyeon shares her mother's caring trait. She reminds Joyeon of a flower, gentle but blooming. She's like a breath of fresh air. A woman full of creative ideas and passionate in her job. She's a detailed person, and her sketches and designs are flawless and well structured. She's a calm and collected person in general. It hurts Saeyoon to not always be there for her children because of her job that leaves her hands full. She tries her best to be there for her children. Saeyoon is like a star that guides Joyeon whenever she's lost, providing Joyeon with emotional support. She has her own fair share of cringey mum jokes too. Joyeon feels safe and calmed whenever she's around her mother. Saeyoon is also a mother who tries to keep up with her children like pretending to learn slangs just so she can see eye to eye with her children (it embarrasses the do siblings when she does that), doing meme faces, etc. Sometimes Saeyoon would send funny pictures to her children (like a picture of a whale smirking with the caption "whale whale whale what do we have here" whenever she busted her children eating too much junk food, skipping school, accidentally set their oven on fire, etc). Saeyoon might not always be there for her children but she's always worried and concerned for her children, asking their whereabouts, whether they have ate or not, whether they took a shower and cleaned their bedroom or not, etc. She's also Joyeon's bff, the other person Joyeon would go to when she needs comfort and advises. Saeyoon is a mother who deeply cherishes her children.

: Relationship with your character :
Saeyoon, just like Hongseok, is a busy head of a famous architecture that has many branches inside and outside Korea so she's always working. Nonetheless tries to be there for her daughter. Saeyoon was the one who taught Joyeon to be kind, caring and generous individual. Joyeon first learn how to donate to the ones who are in need from her mother. Saeyoon sometimes likes to bring Joyeon to work, and Joyeon would help her mother in cleaning up her desk, help her colour in her designs, massage her mother's tired shoulders after a long day of designing and making out a design of a building, etc. Saeyoon, just like Hongseok, didn't want Joyeon to be a trainee. Saeyoon is worried for Joyeon's health and doesn't want her to go on an extreme diet and starve herself (since that's what trainees are usually required to do). Saeyoon finally allowed Joyeon to be a trainee. She didn't want to stand in her daughter's dream. Joyeon would oftenly make phone calls and video calls to her mother, and her mother would always ask whether she has eaten or not, whether she eats junk food or not, has she taken enough rest, etc. Joyeon's mother wouldn't hesitate to scold Joyeon from 54321 miles away. If Joyeon did something bad, she would have to go through a 3 hours phone call where Saeyoon lectures her nonstop.

Probably the dorkiest pabo clumsy brother Joyeon has ever meet. He's that judgemental older brother who frown upon his younger siblings, but would join in whenever Jinsung, Joyeon and Jooeun are doing stupid ideas/things. In Joyeon's opinion, he's pretty lame. He looks stupid on the outside but he's actually the first in his class. That is a mystery Joyeon will never understand. He is pretty chill and looks like he doesn't care about his siblings. Yet he can turn into big brother mode and his voice would go down 3 octaves when asks "Where were you?" whenever he caught his siblings going home late (and he would proceed to interrogate them for an hour). He's quite lazy and rarely helps out his sisters whenever they are cleaning up. But in the end he would, without their knowledge (like the girls went to sleep and Jeonhong and Jinsung would in turn clean up the rest of the mess). Jeonhong also frequently comes home late due to his university classes. Jeonhong might not look like it, but whenever he sees his younger siblings get hurt, he felt as if he failed his job as the oldest sibling to look out and care for his younger siblings. Joyeon reassured him, telling him that he's the best older brother Joyeon could've ever asked for. Jeonhong's pretty protective of his younger siblings. Later on, Jeonhong matured and is not as goofy and lame as before, but of course, he would still show signs of his lame and goofy self with his jokes and clumsy acts.

: Relationship with your character :
Since Joyeon and Jeonhong are quite close in age, the two of them bicker often. They usually bicker about little things. But sometimes they would argue over bigger things as well. Since the two of them are the oldest, they are practically in charge. Whenever Jinsung and Jooeun are sleeping, the two of them would discuss adult stuff or talk about Jinsung and Jooeun (like for example that one time Jinsung fell sick and how Joyeon and Jeonhong failed to notice Jinsung's apparent loss of appetite which they feel guilty about. Or that one time Jooeun let her classmates push her around and not fight back, coming home with bruises and band aids and she would answer that she fall. When Jeonhong and Joyeon found out the truth, they both discuss and argue about who's fault it is, and the two of them would decide on who gets to lecture and comfort Jooeun and talk about this matter with her, etc). The two of them are like President and Vise President in the apartment. Sometimes the two would argue until it turns into a screaming match (before doing this they make sure that Jinsung and Jooeun are nowhere to be seen). In the end the two of them would apologize. Whenever Joyeon's parents are busy and she doesn't want to disturb them, she would turn to Jeonhong for advises and comfort, pouring out her problems to him. The two of them are literally each other's rock. Under Jeonhong's lame goofy careless like attitude, he's quite serious and suprisingly wise. Joyeon worries about Jeonhong whenever he goes home late, and would go and tell him to eat the left over dinner that Jooeun prepared or she herself would cook some decent food and force Jeonhong to eat. Jeonhong sometimes like to team up with Jinsung only to tease and prank Joyeon to no end.

His sarcastic words would trigger Joyeon in making comebacks at him, and the two would engage in a verbal quarrel where they would make up a better comeback than the other. He's like those typical cold siblings who doesn't listen to his siblings.Both Joyeon and Jinsung don't hold back whenever they make fun of each other (Joyeon never truly cursed at Jinsung though. Jinsung did curse at Joyeon sometimes, but he apologizes later). He's blunt with his words, stating his opinions that can actually hurt a person's feelings but that's just the way he is. Both Jinsung and Jeonhong are not good with expressing their feelings/emotions. Jinsung does well at school (he does skip but that's only at rare times). He can be awkward at times. Jinsung is actually a fun guy, just a boy who's growing up. He can be a little rebel at times, refusing to go out of his room, refusing to do laundry, wash the dishes, etc (he does do it in the end but he did not do it at first due to disliking being ordered around). He's quite loud and energetic, constantly moving around the place (hence why the apartment always looks trashy everyday). Deep down Jinsung can be funny at times too, pranking his siblings with his neverending ideas. He quite observant even when he looks cold and pays no attention to anyone outside. He can sense when his siblings are having a problem.

: Relationship with your character :
Bold and fabulous. Its no wonder how the usually calm Joyeon was her loudest whenever she's with Jinsung. The two of them would also daily tease and quarrel. It can lead to be serious (like how Joyeon would lecture him whenever he did not do his homework or did not allowed him to go out in the middle of the night and Jinsung would shout at Joyeon how he's sick of her treating him like a kid and Joyeon would counter back. It leads to a silent war between the two, and Joyeon would go and talk to Jinsung and apologize, and Jinsung would reflect on his actions and apologize too). Joyeon's just worried about Jinsung since he is at an age where teens can be fragile, so she's always looking out for him. Jinsung sometimes feels bad whenever he shouts at Joyeon when he completely knows that she's simply looking out for him, worried for his wellbeing. Jinsung knows how stressed Joyeon can get so sometimes he'd ask Joyeon to sit down and he would ask if she's okay or not. Sometimes the two of them are awkward to each other. Jinsung is Joyeon's anime buddy, as he is a fellow enthusiast of animes. Whenever Jinsung manages to finish his homework Joyeon would then invite him to watch anime with her. There's  some kind of silent understanding between the two of them, like they get each other telepathically.

The sweet youngest Do sibling. Jooeun's timid and quiet, gentle and shy. She is a girl who sees life in a positive way, always seeing the good in people. Naive and innocent. She's that precious little sister whom her older siblings protect with their lives. She's bubbly and just so cheery in a way. She cares for her older siblings, thankful for their presence. She's grateful for them in raising her and taking care of her because the Do parents are overseas. She relies on her siblings much. She's probably the best cooker out of all the Do siblings, having a better knowledge in cooking than her older siblings. She's the one who packs lunches for her siblings and herself whenever they're going to school. She helps Joyeon in tidying up the mess their lazy brothers made. At times Jooeun can be funny and savage too. Her comebacks are gold and she knows the ultimate puns. She's quite inquisitive in a way, wondering about the world around her. She sometimes wonders about things she should not be asking in her age (aka rated things...you know..adult stuff) and her siblings would try to change the topic frantically, awkwardly telling her that she's not of enough age.

: Relationship with your character :
She is Joyeon's number 1 helper. She helps Joyeon in tidying up after the mess their brothers made. Since the two of them are the only girls, they both made a pact and have each others' back (tbh all Do siblings are lowkey protective of each other). Whenever Jooeun would receive a high score in her test or received an award, Joyeon would treat her bubble tea and cakes. Dont get this wrong, Joyeon is not biased towards Jooeun, she loves her siblings equally. Whenever the the boys are challenging the girls to a duel in a game, Jooeun and Joyeon would team up and vowed to win (just for the pure fun to see the boys getting riled up at them). Jooeun might be the youngest, but she's there for her sister and brothers too. Jooeun knows she doesn't understand much stuff about what is going on with Joyeon unnie (since its "adult stuff") whenever Joyeon has trouble sleeping, she would come and cuddle up with her sister, like a koala clinging to a tree. She would spread herself like a blanket on top of Joyeon and would soothingly tell her to go back to sleep.

Unapproachable, a mystery, a complex puzzle that people found too hard to solve. Her ambitious self makes her chase her goals even if its all the way to the end of the world. A tiger who's independent and radiates confidence, leading you to have goosebumps on your skin. Under her biting words, she's hella loyal. Her temper is one of her main characteristics, her pride is something she holds dear. A charming person when she wants to be. Has a way with words, and can brainwash you with her words.

: Relationship with your character :
Joyeon is not easily fazed nor hurt with Saeran's words. All this time the only thing that Joyeon keeps wondering, what are you truly like on the inside, Saeran? It amazes Joyeon how high she built her wall. She's someone Joyeon looks up to, her ambitiousness motivating Joyeon to try harder. Joyeon hopes for the day where Saeran will finally tear her wall down, but that is something only the future knows. Deep down, Joyeon knows that Saeran has a good side to her which no one sees. The way Saeran is like around Koyuki, that is one of the things that makes Joyeon happy.

A shy girl who's brave when she's in when placed in other situations. There to help anyone in need, a pure hearted girl with a child-like side. Honest and sharp when she needs to be. Someone who looks down on herself yet sits high in her throne of pride. Tirelessly works, nothing can hold her back. Her stubborn mind and overthinking tendencies tends to show, yet she just wants people to like her. Her emotions are there opened like a book. An overall angel with flaws.

: Relationship with your character :
Joyeon's fond of this foreign angel. Her talent is not to be underestimated. Joyeon can only dream to have such a powerful voice as hers. Koyuki and Saeran's friendship fascinates Joyeon to no end. Joyeon knows how child-like and precious she is. Of course no one is perfect, just like Joyeon Koyuki too, has flaws. If it were up to Joyeon she would treat Koyuki anything she likes, but knowing how shy she can be, Joyeon's dream of taking Koyuki out to eat is put on hold.

A precious baby that can easily charm you. Her melody-like voice, her shy and quiet personality, captivates you right there in the heart. Her charms got to Joyeon, and Joyeon does not know why but she loves babying her. A lonely flower. Someone who's sensitive heart Joyeon wants to protect.

Someone who Joyeon cares and protects. Someone who Joyeon babied a lot. They both can relate with the life of a rich family, thus they understand each other more. Joyeon would often treat lavender blush, taking her to a restaurant.

About the SMROOKIES, must Joyeon be on the SMROOKIES show (where Mark, Jeno, Jaemin, Haechan and Jisung and the SR15G appeared at) or is it not mandatory? Also, if she is an SMROOKIE, must she have some kind of predebut video (like how Irene and Seulgi released a dance video of the two of them before debut)? Or can she be a hidden mysterious SMROOKIE ?

⟪ TRAINEE LIFE ⟫

It was hard for Joyeon since she basically never had any dance, rap or vocal lessons before. She never attended a music or dance academy, so her talents were nonexistent, at first. The first couple of months was hard. Joyeon practiced and constantly struggled yet showed no huge improvement. The other trainees went ahead of her. Due to this Joyeon attended extra dance lessons from 1 MILLION whenever she finished practicing in SM early. SM was a company known to have pretty high standards, and it stresses Joyeon out. She knew she wasn't up to their standards. Sometimes Joyeon wondered why she went to audition. Maybe being an idol wasn't the path she's supposed to walk on. On top of that, Joyeon must manage her school life and taking care of her siblings back home. Joyeon was a mere 16 year old at that time, in the year 2012. Her family cheered her on constantly. There are times where Joyeon would have a strong urge to quit, feeling that her talents were not enough. Even the extra dance lessons from 1 MILLION did not help her improve her dancing. Joyeon trained without a purpose. She trained because she was accepted and to quit would make her efforts become useless. She had no hopes for debut, she knew she was going to be stuck in the SM dungeon for a long time. Joyeon even considered quitting. Joyeon's family was sad to see her this way. Her parents offered to help her by offering her a private vocal teacher, enrolling her to a fine dance academy, but Joyeon turned them all down. She did not want to burden her family any further.

A few months later, Joyeon slowly started improving. She realized how much of a coward she was, giving up easily. With a renewed determination, she vowed to try harder. Her parents worked their off and even allowed her to go audition because they believed in her. She never heard them complain. She knew her parents missed their children, but they it up and worked harder so they can see their children more frequently. Somehow, it woke up a new feeling of passion inside Joyeon. Sure, being an idol was never her dream, but she's been training for quite some time that to quit is not an option. Joyeon slowly started to love dancing. Maybe as time pass by, my dream of becoming an idol as time pass by would go stronger. Joyeon trained more seriously and more harder than before. It took a few years since she was not a fast learner and she's completely inexperienced, but she'll get there. In a span of time Joyeon's talents developed tremendously. Her dancing greatly improved, and she's somehow average in singing, but that improvement was huge compared to the first year of her training. Its hard, but nothing comes easy in life. With her family by her side and a passion igniting in her heart, Joyeon continues to fight on, improving and training endlessly.
