STORY　Both of them were eah other's best friends and had crushes on each other when they were sending letters. Then, when they found out they were neighbors and their parents' best friends' kids, they ended up being closer.

Miyoung and Taejoon actually had a bit of a rosy view of each other before they met face to face though. For Miyoung, Taejoon was a cool hero who was confident and responsible while for Taejoon, Miyoung was a sweet angel who was eternally loving and supportive. It was kind of heartbreaking for them to break their ideal views about each other but ended up adjusting and liking the others real personalities more. Taejoon learned that Miyoung could be vindictive and could hold a grudge until doomsday while Miyoung learned that Taejoon could be very possessive and manipulative. They learned of each other's up's and down's, their successes and failures, everything.

Knowing each other's true personalities caused them to fall deeper for each other, their parents watching with fondness and amusement.

Taejoon decided to ask her out on her 15th birthday, with permission from his and her respective families. He gave her chocolates with french vanilla that he made with his two hands and matching boxes. The chocolates weren't that pretty though they tasted good and the matching boxes were pretty plain - he told her it was for their letters - but she loved them because it was from Taejoon. Taejoon who was cold and aloof and kind of socially awkward. Taejoon who liked animals and children. Taejoon who gave her a piggyback ride once when she sprained her ankle. She accepted and they've been together ever since.
