♦ that one rich kid who's been sheltered most of his life.
♦ he's very random—like, at one point he would be learning taekwondo and then all of a sudden he's learning how to sew his own sweaters.
♦ despite going in an out of a lot of hobbies, he always puts a lot of effort in each to be at least considered better than the norm.
♦ seriously, he puts in all his heart in everything he does and you can see how much he worked for it.
♦ also, as a kid who's usually praised a lot and knows he's good, he usually is very confident.

♦ very hyper, his energy is limitless and it always seemed as if he could continue on practicing for the whole day.

♦ sometimes, he's just too energetic for others.
♦ also very friendly knows how to be well-mannered but also easily the people around him.
♦ he's an heir, he had to learn how to be good in socializing.
♦ also, the guy that had an aura to him and attract people's attention and keep a hold on it due to showcasing a nice personality and various skills to back him up too.

♦ he goes from an innocent ball of sunshine to charismatic and extremely rude real quick.

♦ he's also very naive, this boy haven't really experienced the bitter world yet but is expecting it. yet, he's still so innocent.

♦ would be the one that thought it's normal for people to have high-class meals on a daily basis or drive fancy cars or having maids or the like. 
♦ "wow so school is like that??? my school was in my house and i was the only student."
♦ he blames it all on how isolated he was prior to his fight for independence.
♦ due to said isolation and always being around people way older than him—he's very fascinated of people of his age.

♦ he would ask them so many questions that may seem weird because it's usually a very mundane thing for them and not him.
♦ clingy. would always be very physically affectionate and hug or hold others no matter what because he craved for the warmth. 

♦ but would stop it if one was uncomfortable with it, just that he'd going to be like a rather sad, kicked puppy if you do.

♦ this girls vs boys thing is just going to be going over his head and he wants to be friends with all.

♦ heck, he'd fit in with a group of girls fine.

♦ honestly, he doesn't give that much of a care of how the public perceives him.
♦ which was why he just went in front of the cameras for the introduction video dressed up as a woman and looking very fine and proud as he did so.
♦ would even be all "don't you think i'd make one heck of a woman if i was born as a female rather than male?" if anyone tried to bring this up as his 'dark' past.

♦ the guy also loves meme and would reference it so much.

♦ would have been the one saying "damn, daniel!" if he saw him.

♦ he's also very honest.
♦ especially to people he's comfortable with.
♦ would bluntly tell them that they look horrible if they do.
♦ sugar coating is for the weak.

♦ but can come off as insensitive at times.

♦ and he's that guy who lives for challenges.

♦ "i'm a vocal but i want to do rapping cuz why not."

♦ he's bored and challenges just reignite the fun for him.
♦ who maintains a schedule and is always neat and the like? him.
♦ probably has the cleanest and neatest space in the dorms.

♦ he may be random, but that did not mean he's not organized.

 

prologue;
the only child of the president of a company and famous model—it's no wonder they had cherished him greatly and tried their best to make sure nothing bad happened to him. which was why they made sure he mainly stayed at home, even home-schooled him with great teachers and what not. it's just unfortunate that his parents were so busy that they rarely ever could be there for him.

chapter i;

to him, this life of being surrounded by workers, rarely present parents and teachers coming to his home was a very normal experience. in his eyes, this was a normal thing to happen to others. but when he started to become friends with his teachers and they told him about their lives and how his life was vastly different from their's—he became quite fascinated.

it's almost as if it was an entirely different world, just by going with the descriptions he'd been told by the people around him. he wanted to figure out what was outside but at the same time, he respected his parent's wishes. plus, he loved his teachers and the workers—they're great people and made him feel less lonely. that's why he never rebelled, never felt moody or depressed about being almost shut off from the outside.

 

but there was a spark in him that yearned to step outside, and he was always the kind to do anything and everything as long as it fascinated him.

chapter ii;
he's got too much free time in his hands, which was why he had too many hobbies to count. sometimes, he'd be doing his chores because he was bored, or cook his own meals or taking up a new interest. from chess to basketball, to playing the trombone, to many other variety of talents. as long as it was possible to do in his house, he's doing it. so, he filled up his schedule with all these activities and add new ones when he wanted to spice it up.

 

but he found himself always loved singing the most, afterall, it was the very first that he called talent. it was also the very first one he showcased to his parents and they had been so proud f him. which was why, out of all his hobbies—he's most dedicated to singing.

 

then his love grew, even more, when he the tv and saw idols on stage with fans cheering them on. he's envisioned himself on that stage, with many people who loved him cheer him on. he always imagined that audience when he sang, always dreamt of the crowd shouting encore and what not. this concept was what caused the spark to blaze into flames and for him to beg his parents to let him out.

chapter iii;
in all honesty, he wanted to get away from the life of a child born with a silver spoon for a moment. that was the reason for him to gaining his own apartment ( which was not that far away from home and he's extremely sure that there are guards watching him from afar ).  thank god he learned how to handle himself because he was sure he wouldn't know how to even clean up his own place if that was the case.

next on the agenda was to get into an entertainment label. but then again, how challenging would that be? and which entertainment label? the big three or a smaller one, he's got so many choices and he wanted to try it all.

 

and then, all of a sudden produce 101 had come back to life again.

 

the moment he knew, he decided to apply as an individual trainee. it was because joining a company would take too long and that the chances of an individual trainee getting in the top eleven was extremely slim. there were no nervous jitters, but he was vibrating with excitement.

 

after all, it would be the first time he'd be interacting with so many people and taking part of a large-scale competition.

♦ rubbing the back of his head when sheepish.

♦ bobbing his head to the music.

♦ having a poker smile on his face whenever he felt anything negative and getting increasingly calm, icy and polite.

 

♦ music:  opera, violin, piano, cello, contemporary dance, trombone ( in level of most to least developed/best to worst )

♦ sports: fencing, taekwondo, swimming, acrobatics, basketball ( in level of most to least developed/best to worst )  

♦ doing household chores 

♦ cooking ( mainly traditional korean meals )

♦ sewing
♦ origami
♦ magic ( specifically card tricks )

 

♦ his favorite k-pop group is girl's generation ( snsd ) ( his favorite boy group is 2pm. 

♦ knows nearly all the girl group dances

♦ he literally has all the albums of all his favorite groups. so, yes, he did have a whole set of snsd albums. ( even the photocards )

♦ would have also gone to all their fan meetings or concerts but never could ask his parents at the right time for it

♦ no one really knew he was a heir at first since his identity wasn't public and vague, until he started to showcase his fascination over the 'normal people stuff'.

♦ native level in korean, fluent in english and advanced in chinese and japanese.

♦ is actually horrible in drawing. like, it's one of the few things he can't do. it's literally just squiggly lines that seemed to be drawn by a newborn pup.

♦ his mom loves birds, that's why he has quite an array of birds for pets and knows how to take care of them ( he even had a barn owl ).

♦ but ask him how to take care of a fish or a dog or a cat and he's stumped.

♦ "is this cat food?" "no, that's dog food."

♦ also he recognizes all the trainees who were in produce 101.

♦ yes, this includes watanabe.

♦ he even knows all their introduction video, and other pre-show videos and the rare moments they were on screen.

♦ yes, he was that jobless.

 

 

 

 

 

so here's changjoon--- originally i had a different idea but then deleteed it 'cuz i didn't like it that much but then got inspired again so have a multi-talented, rich, puppy heir. this boy is just a ball of sunshine who wants to be an idol and live in the outside world for a moment.
