Another KCON has gone by already. I can't believe it. Seems just like yesterday that I was having PCD from KCON 2016. This year I wasn't excited about the lineup, mostly because I barely knew any of the groups that were performing. The only groups I knew at least one song from were TWICE, CNBLUE, GFRIEND, HIGHLIGHT, and Zion T. The rest I had to look up their songs to see if I would like them, and turns out, I'm very glad I went because they all put on amazing performances!

Day 1 started off really well. I actually checked in the day before because I knew Kevin was having a panel right at 10 that morning and I wanted to be there when the convention opened. I don't remember what passes I originally got with my P2 tickets, but till it was all said and done, I ended up with a red carpet for Friday and Saturday, a HIGHLIGHT audience pass, a GFRIEND hi touch, and a TWICE audience pass. It was cool because two girls that I had met during check in and I became like best friends over the weekend and me and one of them had two UP10TION audience passes and two girls that were only going on Saturday literally said that if we gave them those passes, we could have their whole booklets so me and my friends split all the different passes between each other.

So moving on to the Kevin panel. My friend and I got 2nd row and omg Kevin is such a sweetheart and is such a cutie in person. He is even more angelic than he looks in pictures haha. He was very interactive with the fans and he even communicated with me a couple times. Then he announced he was going to be giving out signed KCON hats to the fans who answered some questions correctly. Being I've been a KISSMe since 2011 and he was my ultimate bias for almost 2 years, I figured I should know these. He asked "what year did I debut the first time", and of course he meant with Xing so I stood up and raised my hand and when they picked me, I said "2006" and when he said I was correct, I literally died inside from feels. He came up to me with the signed hat so I shoved my camera at my friend and told her to record a video for me. Kevin walked up to me, handed me the hat and gave me a hug and a handshake. By the way, he smelled really good, like not an overwhelming smell, but a clean, fresh, yet manly smell, like his clothes just came out of the dryer and he put just a little bit of cologne on lol. After Kevin's panel, my friends and I walked around the convention until it was time for GFRIEND's hi touch. So I went to that and the girls were so pretty. Unfortunately, Yerin had another schedule so she wasn't there. And Yuju seemed out of it, like she was mad or just tired. I can imagine her being tired though. I just hope she wasn't feeling ill. But all girls were very nice and all smiles.

Then it was the HIGHLIGHT fan engagement. I was sad, yet excited to see them because at first, I was like "well they couldn't possibly perform BEAST songs at this concert", but when they performed that night, they did Good Luck and Beautiful Night, which are two of my favorite BEAST songs so it made me that much more excited to see them.

I had a pass for red carpet so I went to that and took pictures of all the groups.

First night's concert was awesome! SF9 killed it with their stages, especially their special stage of EXO's Call Me Baby and BTS's Boy In Luv. 

Day 2 was TWICE's fan engagement. I don't think I've seen so many fanboys in one place lol. I tried to take a lot of pictures but I was way in the back and didn't get as many good ones as I wanted to.

Red carpet time again which I really liked because it gave me a chance to take pictures of all of the groups. A lot of people left after TWICE came out and since they were the first group, I went from standing in the back to close to the front lol. Some girls got pulled out by security for having professional cameras, which the way the guards were manhandling them, I felt bad for, but they knew they weren't allowed to bring them in in the first place.

So me and my friend were standing in line for the concert, talking to two girls behind us when suddenly, this random girl runs up to me, hands me a photo of J-Hope from YNWA, and runs away. I didn't even have time to thank her before she was gone. I guess it was because I was wearing my WINGS tour shirt that day. But I thought it was a funny experience.

Day 2's concert was awesome as well! I was really impressed by CNBLUE's performance. I didn't enjoy DAY6's performance last year as much as I should have because I really didn't know their songs, but at least I knew some of CNBLUE's songs. Yonghwa really knows how to hype up the crowd.

All in all, this year's KCON was great! I bought a lot of merchandise (probably more than I should have haha), I made some new friends, and had some unforgettable experiences.
