Need gamers opinions!!

Hey everyone!

I'm helping my friends with their video game and they wanted know what do people look for in video games? In your opinion "what makes a game good?" A good plot? Great graphics? Style (as in RPG, open world, FPS)? Genre?

Think of your favorite video game and tell me why it's good!

I guess for me since I like rpg games like Dragons Age, Skyrim or the Witcher whay matters the most is an interesting plot. And I like large open worlds with lots of characters :D

I'm not sure if this helps since I play online games rather than video games like League of Legends. What got me addicted to the game was that I could connect with other people from different regions, we got to be in teams, it was a strategy based game which I really enjoy, there's a bunch of different characters ranging from humans to spirits, different areas you could play on instead of just one, etc. can't think of any more at the moment but I hope it gives some help?

I love the Assassin's Creed series! The graphics, the plot, the music, the fighting. I got my boyfriend to start playing too lol. Pretty much, I enjoy action-adventure games that has an end goal. But if I was to decide what made a game "good," that would be difficult to say. Even games like Minecraft has its appeals, but I don't play it because I don't like the graphics.
