Hey could you please help me out

Hi im getting ready to start writing my own stories but i really need help on a plot if you have any ideas or tips for me please do leave them in the comments i really want to do twice fanfictions like a Michaeng or jeongmo/jungmo but if you give me ideas or tips i would be so happy and greatful. Ideal one:
Characters A is a well respected, successful doctor that works in Seoul. A have gain recognition, and the love of the public earning a lot of doctors compliments and the public blessing. Working late night, A continue their ship talking to friends, checking on patients etc A puls another character decided to have lunch when eating they discover Character B walking with a blanket when b collapse they learn they were caring a baby.....
Ideal two:
Characters 1 is a social worker, while the job is stressful 1 still enjoys their job. One day 1 gets a call, a teacher reported that character 2 is being abused of course when questioning 2 and their parent's hell broke lose but later 1 discover the truth....
I decided not to tell the whole plot, because I don't want to spoil the story
