Is she talking a mile a minute because of the coffee she constantly consumes, or is it just natural? It's hard to tell with the ever energetic and bouncing Winnie. She never seems to be tired and is always up, no matter what the hour. While some can view it as a weakness, Winnie finds her compassion to be an advantage. She's good at reading the atmosphere, especially in a business setting and with her friends, she's very capable of being a caring heart. When Winnie sets her mind to something, she's surely going to do it. Ambition drives her to do her best at pretty much everything she does. If you need attention, she's ready to give you 100% of it. She's very focused and when you want to talk, she's all ears and she's really paying attention and nothing can distract her, and it'll show in future conversations.

As someone a matriarchial home, Winnie is anything but a submissive housewife. She doesn't like being submissive and hardly lets anyone take over and tell her what to do. Winnie is... very honest. While some might think that's a good quality, she tends to say things very unflitered and very much straight with no sugar or salt added. Background
How the 'Aukai family came across their wealth and fortune was back in the late 1950s, when Hawai'i was first made a state. American men had come and taken over their fields and explioted their people, wanting to make quick and good money. Her great-great grandmother and grandfather worked for the Americans until they made enough money to buy the farm off their hands,  since they had tried and failed to create a sugar cane plantation. What her family knew that the Americans didn't, though, was that the area was perfect for growing coffee. So made the creation of the Waialua Estate Coffee, and by the 1990s, it was af lourishing and well off coffee company.

As for Winnie's story, her parents met at the University of Hawai'l, where her father was studying Business to take over the Estate and her mother was in the Pacific and Asian Studies program. They met while taking a required Math credit, and her father fell head over heels for the Mainland woman. It took a while for the family to accept the "haole" (nonnative person), she showed nothing but respect and desire to know their traditions and that she truly loved their son. They were married after only a year of dating, and are still happily married today.

In the summer of 1993, Winnie joined the 'Aukai family as Hau'oli Lillianne 'Aukai, the third born of five children and the first girl. They loved their baby girl very much, and her older brothers were immediately protective and yet still, well, older brothers. She grew up toddling after them, wondering about their likes and interests. While enrolled in traditional hula dance classes and ettique courses for her high profile lifestyle, Winnie found herself going after her brothers in the late afternoons to the beach, where she found surfing. She loved surfing and the ocean, and her grandmother greatly approved, despite the non-feminine role she took on. 

While in college, she went abroad to China at the University of Hong Kong, where she as approached by a representative of Models International Ltd., who were looking for new talent and she happened to fit the bill. However, she was there to study, not to run off with her parents well spent money. She wanted to finish school first, and followed through and got her degree two years later.

Now she works within her company and has a very nice desk job crunching numbers and planning marketing strategies with her best friend. While he complains that she needs more fun and stability in her life, she prefers the stable desk job and a little unstable desk work at night (ahahHAHAH I made a really bad joke I'm so sorry.)

Winnie was never one to have to look for dates when she entered high school and college-- she had many relationships, but they never lasted long. She'd go through them like they were a toothbrush, honestly, Winnie could be called a playboy with the hearts she's breaking and the adventures she's been having with her partners. Winnie's always wanted someone who's interested her more than just their body, someone who's like a challenge -- so she signed up for this site in order to curb her parents from trying. (However, she's going about this 'love is a challenge I must beat' thing really wrong, because it's not a challenge at all -- okay you know where I'm getting at yeah lmao)

Luhan hasn't gotten where he is today without a lot of patience and hardwork. Patience is something that's just easy for him,  and he's willing to wait or really doesn't mind a lot of things, usually. Luhan also has a pretty good sense of humor and loves to laugh and make jokes. He likes making others smile, and doesn't mind doing it even at his own expense. If there's one thing that he's never low on, it's energy. And for his profession, it's absolutely necessary. Out of work, he's just ready to do anything and everything -- within a few restrictions, of course. Luhan is also impossibly kind. He feels that everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt and therefore should be treated with respect and kindness.

Loyalty is always a good trait to have. Luhan has severe loyalty for his team, his family, and soon to be partner in life. However, that loyalty can blind him to some of the more negative things that some people do and can hinder him. 

What's Luhan's is Luhan's and it's... yeah, no, it's just Luhan's and you most definitely shouldn't touch it. He's very possessive about pretty much everything, and will snap and be very upset if you do anything to anything he considers 'his'. Trust me, he knows he's good looking -- and he's pretty vocal about it too. So now everyone is very aware that he knows he's attractive and it gets pretty annoying pretty fast. While Luhan is kind and a nice person, he's very sensitive and takes things very personally. He has a lot of feelings, and his feelings are very important and are easily hurt. When it comes to decisions and choices, once Luhan's made up his mind, it won't be changed. Even if he's in the wrong. He's stubborn in his ways and mindset and it's next to impossible to get him to change his mind or see another point of view.

Background
Coming from a middle class family in Beijing, Luhan was neither super well off or struggling. His family made ends meet and made sure they were comfortable within reason. His father adored soccer, and so ever since Luhan was a child, he remembers watching soccer and loving the sport. When he was five, he was registered in his first kiddie league and Luhan fell in love with playing the sport. Ever since then, he never stopped playing the sport. He was captain in his middle, high school, and college teams.

In school, he also had a love of music, but nothing compared to his love of soccer, and since he was small he dreamed of playing in the Premier League in his favorite team, Manchester United. Luhan was scouted for the soccer team at SNU in Seoul, and he accepted. After playing there, and in his junior year, becoming the captain, he started getting offers to train with a few teams in different leagues. Everton F.C., FC Seoul, Guangzhou, and Beijing all offered a training spot during their next season. Luhan's first choice was obvious. Everton F.C. was in the Premier League, and with good enough stats, he could possibly get a trade deal with Man U. But in the end, he didn't think he was ready to leave home, and went with Guangzhou for his debut as a soccer star. After two seasons, Everton F.C. extended their invitation again. At this point, he was more than ready and accepted the deal. 

It took him three more seasons in order to gain the attention of more popular teams, with Manchester City, the brother group of Manchester United, offering him a training spot. It was there that both Manchester teams offered him a deal. In the 2016 season, he officially made his debut on the Manchester United team.

As for love, Luhan dated on and off in college and high school mostly -- nothing too serious, nothing too big, but once he was focused on his career, he was focused and wasn't really thinking of a relationship until he got to Everton and found a pretty British girl by the name of Emalee. They've been talking for a long while, and he didn't really look anymore. His teammates since he's gone on United, though, have been urging him to look around, and have highly recommended Heaven's website, as a few had found a match and were currently engaged because of the site.

UNREQUITED LOVE: EMALEE TOMAS | Felicity Jones | 25 | Emalee was a reporter for a Sports Magazine, sent to interview this new Beijing native prodigy. Luhan just sort of fell for her during the interview, got her number, and they began talking every so often. Emalee was, in Luhan's eyes, perfect. She loved soccer, she liked comic books, and she was gorgeous -- all pluses in Luhan's book. However, the day he confessed was the day she turned him down, and pretty quickly at that. She still wanted to be friends though, and his teammates are just not into seeing their newbie drag himself after this girl who's so obviously using him for his attention and the gossip on teams he's got, so they encouraged him to sign up and so he did. He doesn't think anyone can top Emalee, though.

Aloha! I'm Hau'oli 'Aukai, but you can call me Winnie. I'm the third child of the 'Aukai family that owns Waialua Estate Coffee and Chocolate, and I'm here so my parents don't set me up on a blind date! (Heaven: they don't have bad taste, I'm sure?) No, not at all just -- I'm looking for something... challenging.
☁︎ Is there an ideal partner you've dreamed about? I want someone like my dad, as strange as it seems. He looks at my mom like she's the only girl in the world, and he's been head over heels for years.... I want that, and I want someone who doesn't just bore me after a couple of dates or nights. I don't want a relationship where I have to do everything, but I don't want to depend on them for everything either. ☁︎Do you believe in any kind of love at all? Being raised with my parents, of course I do! My parents love each other more than anything, and I would one day like that kind of love. My parents have something rare though, and I doubt I'd be able to find something exactly like it.
☁︎Anything I should absolutely know before finding your match? Absolute no-gos, parent issues, any kind of baggage I should be aware of? . Just make sure that they don't have like, fragile masculinity? I can't stand those types of men. But someone who cares about their appearance -- not too much though! I also don't have a good track record of relationships, I guess (Heaven: you guess???) and so I suppose you should warn them about my... tendencies? 

First Meeting
Ideal: She'd meet her perfect person at a beach, preferably someone who was surfing or at least interested in it. They'd talk for hours before actually going out on a date. It'd be spontaneous and perfect, like her parents. 
Actual: Luhan's in spring training, so Winnie had to go up to London to meet him (honestly, it was awful, the food was and etc.) They agreed to meet at a pub afterwards, with two of his teammates and with her friend, Song Ai Li. Honestly, Winnie was immediately intrguied by Luhan -- who all but ignored her.

Interactions
At first, Winnie found it hard af considering Luhan's still head over heels for Emalee. Winnie is not one to be compared to or to be number two to anyone, however, and frequently would end dates early because of his nonstop talking or comparing her to the "perfect girl" he apparently already had. Eventually, she confronted him about it. "If you're not going to give me a chance, why should I even stay here." She'd ask, and honestly, she was right. I can see her leaving to go back to Hawaii and leaving her number, and them having a bit of a long distance relationship. I think they'd fall in love slowly through the distance, coming to visit each other or meeting up every so often. I can see late nights and early video chats without makeup or right after practice. This never stopped Winnie from going on dates, after all, Luhan was emotionally unavailable and she wanted fun... And this bothered Luhan. It also bothered him at first about her best friend being a boy (Hikari was like BOI DON'T WE AREN'T HAVING THIS FITE bless him) but he was like "if you weren't serious why'd you keep talking to me??" and so they both get to a point where they're just using each other to keep teammates/friends and family off of their backs.
Things started to change when Winnie came to visit him at hisopening match, surprising everyone. She was all wrapped up in a Man U scarf and a thick jacket and boy did she not look happy when he saw her after the game. However, the fact that she even did that for him (And she's the one doing all the travelling, mind you) just made him feel kinda guilty because even though she wasn't commited (and he wasn't either) she was still putting forth effort to be there for him??? So that night Luhan took her out for dinner and was like "...look. I'm not saying this'll be easy... but i think we should try this. Thing. Whatever it is." He gestured between them. Winnie just nodded, "Let's not label it then until we're both ready." And thus begins the ever complex "thing" between Luhan and Winnie. How they end is ENTIRELY up to you!!
