appearance: Seonil has kept his natural blonde hair unlike Suin. Having been An active boy who liked being outdoors, his skin tone is on the tanner side although the loyalists have tried their best to keep it similar to SUIN'S lighter tone. Another effect of his adventures are multiple scratches littered around his BODY , not only because of the rough terrain but also from his punishments. Again, the loyalists have tried their best to minimise scarring So that his body resembles SUIN'S as much as possible but there are still some small scars in places which can be HIdden by clothes.

background: On the seventh of January 200 A.N, Ra Seonil was born first and Ra Suin followed four minutes after. Their mother felt no joy at the occasion, only worry about what to do with the twins. One of them had to go but she couldn't decide which and wanted both of them to stay by her side. Their father was the more rational of the two and he promptly picked up one of them without much thought. Unfortunately for Seonil, he was the baby his father had randomly chosen to be euthanised. Well, maybe not so unfortunate. Unlike his meek twin, Seonil was a free spirit. If he had been chosen and subject to the same restrictions as his twin, he probably wouldn't last as long. At least there was no one at the border that cared for him enough to obsess over him like that.
When Seonil was younger, the loyalist that raised him often lost him and had to send out search parties to ensure that the adventurous boy didn't go too far. Whenever this happened, he WAS severely PUNISHEd but it didn't do much to reduce his outings. Sometimes, the loyalists even wonder if their brain WASHing is working because Suil seemed to be ignoring their words and not growing his hatred for the society.
As he grew up, he did get tamer. He started understanding that being at the BORDER and following the loyalists' instructions could allow him to experience a wider world; the society. Although he did want to be the 'Chosen one', his curiousity was the main factor that fuelled him. When he was made to observe his twin through cctvs, he Did so but not without admiring the limited scenery. It was as if he saw a teaser from the cctvs and had to switch with his twin to watch the full movie. So he diligently watched THE boring Suin while dreaming of the day he could finally see the scenary with his own eyes.
