Should I change my writing style?

so, these days, I'm reading some of people's fics to--wait, who am I kidding I always read other people's fics XD

Anyway, that's not the point. I just realized that my writing style is... completely different from them? Uncommon?. I rarely described situation in stories (I also can't use "fancy" words since I'm not a native speaker). And instead of describing the current situation, I described how the characters feels (I felt it felt more alive that way. But when I compare to other authors...) and no matter how hard I tried, I can't change this. I tried lots of genres, sometimes I tried to play with characters, but I still felt something's lacking T^T

So what do you think? Should I change my writing style or keep it as it is?

its ok to feel like tht. people will always think other people write better than them and at the same time, other people idolise you. Just stay true to yourself :)

I feel you, though. I'm not a native speaker as well and as in my case, I rarely describe places. When I read other people's fics, they did a really great job in describing places and sometimes I feel like I should have learned it. I have troubles in using fancy words too and it feels like my writing seems dull..
