APPEARANCE / 

► Lily's a rather petite girl, standing at 163 cm and weighing in at around 47 kg. The most noticable thing about her is her figure, but also her eye smile. As sweet as she can be, she doesn't smile as much as other girls in the group, but when she does, it's really a sight to see. Lily doesn't much like to differ from brown or black hair as she's afraid of damaging it (also the reason she lets her hair be wavy instead of straighening it), but she isn't totally against dying it if a concept calls for it. Her skin is a bit more tan than most of her fellow idols as well. Her soft eyes and delicate features make her look younger than she really is.

 

FASHION SENSE / 

► She has more of a girly but comfortable look. Pastel colors, oversides shirts/sweaters and skirts rule her wardrobe. Accessories are always a must; bracelets cover both of her wrists and she has at least one ring on at all times. Her nails are almost always done either white or another pale color, but despite her girly exterior, Lily doesn't like wearing makeup. Also, more often than not, Lily will have a pair of headphones around her neck or one ear bud in her ear as the other hangs freely whether or not music is playing.

ELABORATION / 

► Even before debut, Lily was known by everyone she knew as a girl who couldn't be stopped once she put her mind to something. Never would she ever be okay with giving anything less than 100% especially when it comes to GODDESS. Though, it'd be a lie if she tried to pass her school grades off as "giving her 100% effort". Sometimes her love for music got in the way of the need to study. When Lily gets an idea in her head for a possible song, she'll shut herself in the studio either by herself or with GODDESS's other song writers until it's finshed. Her dancing and her rapping means just as much to her as well; she won't leave the practice room until everything feels perfect which often times ends in loss of sleep and the accidental skipping of meals. Lily has a very calm exterior with a level head in virtually every situation no matter how stressful. People often came to her for advice when she was in America. Though her subconcious always makes sure she stays humble about the things she's accomplished or the praises she gets. It all adds up for the boost of confidence she needs to get through trainee years and even prior to that, but she doesn't let it get to her and tear her from her morals or give her a big ego. 

► Despite getting easily annoyed by even the small things, Lily doesn't let it show and bottles it inside for the sake of family, friends and fans. Of course, sometimes she needs someone to vent to after too long, but given that she's the one people used to come to if they need to talk, sometimes she holds off as she found it difficult to bring other's down with her. Not to mention that a sour attitude could bring a bad name to GODDESS. Though many note her stuborn personality despite that; again, once she puts her mind to something, not anything can steer her from her goal no matter what's going on around her which sometimes doesn't end well. It's what got her to BigHit from America though, so she doesn't let it get to her. Back in America, however, she was sort of the "mom" of her friend group what with her calm aura and her advice, but Lily could never - and still can't - tell when to lie to save someone's feelings. That, mixed with her lack of varied emotion, has cost her a few friendships in the past. Not even crying or smiling was on her raydar, and it put people off, like she thought she was better than them or something.

► Born Eunji Lily Yoo (actually Yoo Lily Eunji, but you now, America) to a loving Taiwanese-American mother and Korean father in San Francisco, California on December 30th, 1994. Her father had moved to American years prior for the love of his life, Lily's mother who's parents are from Taiwan, but moved to America to start a family, He hadn't gone back which left his family far away. After Lily was born, the small family of three took trips to visit her father's side of the family, but they only spoke Korean; therefore, Lily, from an early age, became fluent in the language. Her cousin, Yoo Taeyang, became her favorite thing in the world what with them being the only two children around that age in the family. Though they couldn't be together in real life, the most recently texted on both of their phones was always the other.
For the majority of her early years in life, Lily was deadset on being some form of writer. It was more than a passion of hers to write either poems or stories, wanting to inspire others in the way the words inspired her. Often times, her parents wouldn't see her for most of the day because she locked herself in her room with a pencil and paper, just writing. Though not many poems or stories, only one. Lily would scrap a project and crumple the paper up if it wasn't perfect. This began to worry her mother the most not only for the fact that her daughter was missing in her room for sometimes days, but because she thought Lily could achieve something much more "respectable" than a writer, like a business woman like she was. Lily was almost too quiet in school and that gained her few good friends, but said few were some of the most important people in her life. None of the friends were from school, however; all were gained from the blog she ran to connect to other writers. That just gave Lily more excuse to stay in her room though. The isolation wasn't the best for her, but she assures people that it doesn't effect her despite it being obvious that her people skills are under-developed and sub-par at best.
It wasn't until Taeyang started talking to her about his dream of auditioning for one of the music agencies in Korea years later that Lily, age 16, realized that the poems she wrote could be put to music and then people around the world would maybe be able to hear and get the message she wanted to spread. With a bit of adjustment, Lily was able to fit one of her favorite poems to a tune. Something clicked in her mind then, and when Taeyang told her about him possibly auditioning for an agency in the future, a dream began forming over the next handful of years. Her friends were more than kind of supportive of her trying her luck in the music world. All of them offered their support when she went to tell her parents about what she wanted to do. What she wanted to do was move to Seoul, Korea for the opportunity to audition for the agency Taeyang was auditioning for. It was beyond risky considering she had no experience in music except for dance lessons since she could walk, so passing the audition was a long shot. But seeing just how much their daughter wanted this, Lily's parents finally decided to try to make it work for her (though her father did have to talk his wife into it as she was still set on having her daughter be a business woman like her someday). It wasn't hard for her father to find a family member in Korea willing to let her stay with them, and that is where her journey began. But not her FNC journey with Taeyang, no. Around the time she got to Korea, a group by the name of BTS debuted. BigHit called her name.

► Even though her smiling isn't the most common thing, when its a true, genuine smile, it's a cross between Kim Taehyung's boxy smile and Min Yoongi's gummy smile. She's insecure about it however.

► She doesn't like it when people mistake her for being younger than she really is because of her looks.

► When someone calls her noona or unnie when they're older than her, it doesn't upset her too much, but if someone younger says something such as "Lily-yah!", it irks her.

► She's weirdly good at aegyo but gets embarrassed to do it. It takes a lot to bring her to do aegyo even though her clothing style is cute.

► When Lily gets nervous, her voice gets higher than normal. She might even revert to English if she gets nervous enough.

Lily was somewhere around 17 or 18 when she joined BigHit Ent. Being in a country thousands of miles away from her parents was by far the scariest thing she's done, even scarier than her being one of the only foreign trainees. She felt out of place as an American going into a Korean pop agency, but she knew what she wanted. What she didn't want was to back out now when she was already so close. Bang PD once compared her to Jeon Jungkook for the fact that she wouldn't eat with the other trainees. But she wasn't shy like BTS's maknae, she just didn't know how to interact with the others exactly. It didn't seem like the other trainees cared about her absense though, so she didn't bother attempting even. Even after GODDESS was formed and the members met each other, she didn't really feel connected with the others and continued to stay by herself for the majority of the time, facetiming Taeyang. But it didn't stay that way for long, not with how utterly sweet all of the other girls were to her. Not only that, but Rap Monster provided encouragement, not wanting Lily to be so isolated within the group she was going to learn to adore.

Before being accepted into BigHit, she was going to audition for SM but quickly decided against it when Kris Wu left EXO. She thought she made a good decision when she found out Tao and Luhan also left the company. FNC was another choice, but she discovered Rap Monster before she had the chance to look into the agency more.

I'm in love with this idea honestly. Even if my character doesn't make it into the story, I'll be more than excited to read the book. Also, I hope this application was sufficiant; I wasn't too sure if I did it right? Or if I had enough information. Heh... I hope everything makes sense, but I skipped around while writing this, so things may overlap accidentally. I tried making an album for Tzuyu, but I couldn't get it to upload correctly.
