— Ever met those people who are just of few words? Bambi's one of them. It's not that she's shy, per say, she's just one who chooses her words wisely and doesn't speak a lot of her mind, which is a really strategtic move on her part. She'll speak when she knows that what she says is 100% what she means, no matter what. Independent is a word that thoroughly describes Bambi's persona. It's not that she can't depend on others, more like she hates troubling others with her problems and she learns to deal with them herself. She tries to just do things herself, which can make her a hard team player. She's all about helping others though, just don't expect her to want the favor returned.
— Many people don't think she pays much attention (is it the eyes?) but she does and she shows a lot of consideration for her groupmates and label mates. Bambi admires her dancing skills and her ability to memorize and create choreography, something she's never really been great at. — Oh Seyeon | Haebit | Idol - Valiant | With Seyeon's brother being as famous as he is, Bambi's honestly not that close with Seyeon. That's not to say that Seyeon's going to let Bambi get away very easily. At first, Jihoon didn't even know that she was his teacher -- he thoguht she was a creepy admirer and avoided her a lot. But when he found her in the studio late one night, trying to get a minor chord progression to overlay with the transition to Valiant's new song, he kinda got the puzzle pieces together and they sort of pulled their act together. Jihoon actually can't believe that he can call Bambi a friend, and Bambi's just grateful that he doesn't appear randomly around corners.

how many years have you spent training? what was it like?
Before the interview, the Thai member was nervous. Why did they ask her to interview? She wasn't really any good at anything that wasn't performing. When ushered in, she sat down on the chair opposite of hte interviewer before smiling and bowing politely. 'Breathe.' She reminded herself. She was then asked to introduce herself, which caught her off guard. "I-i am Bambi, Valiant's, uhm, galaxay giraffe, hello." She stumbled through, cursing herself silently as she waited for the next question.
*After the question was asked*
"A year." The answer came out easily this time, and Bambi breathed a sigh of relief. "I spent about half a year at Cube after Star Hunt, then transferred here afterwards. I haven't had a lot of experience training, but it's hard. A lot of things are difficult, especially since I'm a foreigner." She tilted her head. "Learning Korean was the hardest, though, I think."

how did you join pledis?
"I was transferred here from Cube," She repeated slowly, afraid as if she wasn't clear in the first time around. "At the beginning of 2013 and then I debuted." The interviewer then asked about her transfer, to which she shook her head. "I honestly don't have a clue -- maybe Pledis wanted me for Valiant, or Cube just didn't have the group for me yet, but either way, I was simply told of my transfer, and here I am.
valiant is rumored to consist of pledis's best female trainees; how do you feel about this?
"Everyone's going to say they feel honoured, but I feel uneasy." She replied. "While the flattery is appreciated... I'm not sure if I should be considered as one of the best. I don't think I'm anything special." Her degrading words towards herself made the staff look worriedly around her, while she just looked indifferent with her wide, big eyes. She waited politely for the next question. When prompted to explain herself more, she simply shrugged, "That's just what I think."
did you ever think you were going to debut?
Silence encompassed the room for quite a while, and the interviewer asked the question again in case Bambi had missed it. "I wasn't expecting to debut so soon, I suppose." She responded, "A short trainee time like mine isn't exactly normal. But I suppose the survival show I was on could count?"
who are you closest to in the pledis family, seventeen included?
..."Ah, well, there's two." She actually seemed happy about talking about this, and it was a breath of relief from the quiet, calculative air she had about her while considering her words. "I'm close to my groupmate Ellie and Jihoon." Bambi confessed, a smile working onto her face, "Ellie is like my little sister, and since we're Thai, it's comforting to have someone that understands how homesickness feels, it resonates more when you're fromt he same place. Jihoon's sort of forced to like me, really, but we get along just fine. I'm helping him out in... some areas that we both happen to do well in." She avoided revealing her compostion/writing talents, if only not ot be put in the spotlight even longer than usual.
what activities do you aspire to do outside of valiant?
"Mm. I think I'm quite content with my position within Valiant. I have a few ideas, but I believe the saying is that if you say a wish out loud, it doesn't come true, right?" She smiled, "I guess you'll have to wait and see what I can do."
where do you think you'll be in fifteen years?
"More than likely still in the music scene." Bambi was confident in this, "Maybe still promoting on stage, perhaps training others, maybe even behind the scenes work. My path is my own to make, and only time will tell. Perhaps we should meet again in fifteen years and you can see firsthand?" She attemped the joke, and earned a few chuckles. She stood up as the interviewer thanked her for her time, bowing deeply and saying goodbye to everyone before hurrying off, shocking everyone at her height once more.

love story So thus starts the strange, unlikely friendship of Jihoon and Bambi. The two honestly spent most of their time in the studio, working on music. While Jihoon would practice his vocals regularly, even demoing his voice over the tracks, Bambi wouldn't do it.
"Just... I like recording alone. No offense, but... yeah." Of course he didn't get it but also as a producer he understood that sometimes you had to be alone to really think. So he didn't push it.
Pairing them up together was a scream for most of the others, though, because of a "small" height difference. "10cm, actually." She mentioned once when Jihoon attempted to say "it's not THAT big of a difference come on --" (Jihoon's 165 and she's 175 like dude it's not small okay) He'd get really pouty after that, but now he just lets it happen and everyone knows he's irritated but will eventually let it go.
You know how everyone points out that Woozi's never dated and that he has no girlfriends? Once SVT debuted, Jihoon was in the studio a lot, forgetting to eat or to take care of himself. Bambi would be the one to more often drop in with a bottle of water and a meal, insisting that he ate and that she'd look at the track. "Look at it with food in your stomach -- everything sounds bad with a nasty hungry growl underneath it." And there were times that he'd snap at her, tell her to go away, and she'd understand. "Okay, but this is your food. Bye now." She'd never force him to do anything, because she knew that he wouldn't do that to her.
There was a day, though, where Jihoon was rushing down the stairs after Bambi, for once they weren't in the studio and while it was strange and new he didn't mind, as long as he was with her, but curse her long legs and s h o o t that was a stair he missed --

They were both nominated to get the goods from the store during their groups late night practices, and he jumped on the opportunity, no matter how nervous he was. "H-how are you?" He asked as they were both checking out.
"Tired. I probably smell like sweat, tears, and desperation for sleep. But it's satisifying, I suppose. How are you?" Her quirked eyebrow made him sigh. "I'm just... exhausted too. Also, have you noticed we don't know anything about each other?"
She grabbed the bags, thanking the cashier before heading out. "And what makes you think that?"
"Well I don't know where in Thailand you're from, how many siblings you have, hell, I don't even know your favorite color --"
"That's what you're worried about?" She stopped to look at him with disbelief. He shuffled, feeling silly. "Of course I am... If... the Stairs thing... It it meant anything to you, wouldn't it bother you too?" He burst.
"It doesn't bother me." She tilted her head. Jihoon felt his heart deflated and didn't know why his first love/crush had to end with her quietly breaking his heart, but so be it --
"It doesn't bother me because I know you. I know that you're going through five possibilties to make this situation less dramatic, I know that by the avoidance of your eyes that you're hurt but you don't want me to see it. I know that when you're tired, your dialect comes out and I have to guess a lot of your words because I can't quite catch them. I know that 3 am is your first cup of coffee or first nap of a long night, and that it takes at least three of either of those to make you function at least semi-normal amounts of grump." She stepped closer, leaning down towards his height, "I know that you're passionate about what you do, and that you feel so much but don't show it outwardly, but with pen and paper and a studio. You're anxious about so many things, and the last thing you need to be is anxious about me." She smiled, leaning down to gently kiss him.
"It doesn't bother me that you don't know my favorite color and that you don't know mine because we know each other." She finished, standing back up to her full height and waiting for his response.
He motioned for her hand, gently intertwining it with hers as best they could with all the bags they had to carry, "It's purple." She mentioned on the way back. "I also have four siblings."
