I wasn't a fan from the start.
I wasn't even interested in them when they first debuted, thinking they'll be one of those popular but not that popular idol group who will end up flopping.

BUT GUESS WHO ENDED UP BEING AN ARMY?

Me.  That's right, I only got into the fandom FIVE DAYS AGO.  FIVE.  And they weren't even having a comeback or anything for that matter.  It was just clicking on their link to a Run performance on stage and I went "oh, Jungkook's not bad" (because let's admit it I have a thing for maknaes and vocalists AND THIS BOY CAN DO EVERYTHING - OMG pedo noona fan) and "oh that guy at the start is quite cute."  How was I to know I would end up falling so badly for them.

THEN I GOT CURIOUS ABOUT THE FANDOM SHIPS.  That's right.  So I went to click onto this VKook scenes/moments AND DAMN IT, KIM TAEHYUNG STOLE MY HEART (btw his face is my phone and laptop wallpaper so you finally know how obsessed I am with him).

And then I started to massively watched all their funny stuff, like scenes/moments from their shows, their bangtan bombs AND OH MY GOD THEIR APPEAL VERSIONS.  THEIR APPEAL VERSIONS OF THEIR SONGS MADE ME LAUGH SO BLOODY MUCH.

I was sold when I watched War of Hormones (real WAR version) because HOW THE HECK CAN YOU NOT FALL FOR THESE SEVEN ADORABLE DORKS?!?!?!?!  I'm surprised they even actually have so much people hating on them because they're just....  Lovely idiots who managed to steal so many hearts while chasing their dreams T_T

I usually don't like songs with lots of rap in it but BTS made me change my viewpoint.  When they first debuted I was like "oh God another boy group too many I'm trash for so no" and I can't believe I miss out on so bloody much stuff.  Yes, in the past two-three years I caught so many random things about them (aka Hoseok dancing wildly to girl groups, the fans' love for Taehyung) but I never gave them a chance.  

Part of my decision when I didn't want to give them a chance when I could was because of the fandom (yes lol I know I've been EXO-L since the start and I get embarrassed and sorry for the fans in the fandom like do you know how ish those aggressive insane fans are) and I saw a lot of articles regarding the ARMY fandom.  My decision was cemented when I saw the fans (some, not all, I believe majority of the fans are nice and rational people) arguing and stirring up so I was like "ugh no way being in EXO-L is already giving me a headache I'm not gonna join another fandom that has fans behaving the same way".

But Kim Taehyung.  KIM TAEHYUNG.  KIM TAEHYUNG STOLE MY HEART FROM WHEN I FIRST SAW HIM.  HE WAS THE ONE THAT BROUGHT ME CLOSER TO KNOWING THE GROUP SO ASDFGHJKL WELL DONE.

Right, I said before I'm multi-fandom trash but I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INTO A BIAS BEFORE.  Never.  Even for my previous groups I think twice before I spend the money on them/bias but for Taehyung it's like "omg I wanna get my hands on related merch *presses payment button* and you can probably hear me scream tonight when I open my mailbox later today (lmao).

Happy 1000 days BTS, I'm really glad and thankful I gave you all a chance and got to meet you seven wonderful people who brought so much laugher to me in the past few days I gotten to know you.  Thank you, and even though I wasn't there from the start, I will be here to run with you all from now on.
