CHARACTER DESCRIPTION: "Always be yourself... unless you can be a unicorn, then always be a unicorn." Amorie, as a eigth-veela, isn't what you'd expect her to be. Instead of resembling the beautiful Fleur Delacour, she resembles more like Luna Lovegood. She is a soft-spoken quirky witch, with her mother being quater-veela and father a pureblood wizard. Amorie has a unique and rare personality. She knows and is aware of what others call and what they do to her, however she is unfazed by their antics. She is inspiring, eccentric, righteous and at times, the randomly weird things she say are actually not always nonsense - they're actually quite helpful. Amorie is very good at comforting others despite having the tendacy to drift off from a conversation that doesn't intrest her.

"I heard that nargles do exist. The famous Luna Lovegood says so herself." Amorie was never a "normal" girl. The first she ever got teased for was her name, since it was in French and nobody had any idea how to pronuce it, so because of this her mother told her to introduce herself as Sarang if she ever needed to. Amorie comes from a long line of Veela's, with each marrying into a Korean family - either muggle or wizard - and also from a long line of lunatics. Yup, lunatics. They're not really looney, but they're not really "sane" either. She would always be interested in things that weren't of the normal, and mostly things that did not exist but she never cared about that - as long as it fascinated her then she was happy. These things (artefacts of strange mythology stuff and merchandise of muggles) were always aroung her house and that's how she become interested in them - she was always surrounded by them. Her father would tell her all sorts of stories and fairytales when she went to sleep, and they kind of stuck to her. Just to add this in: her family timeline - her great, great grandmother (a full veela) married a wizard and they settled down in the muggle world. Her great grandmother who was a witch, married a muggle. Her grandmother, also a witch, married a muggleborn wizard. Then last but not least, her mother married a pureblood wizard. How crazy is that, lol.

She did grow up in the Wizarding world and not with the muggles. Amorie had no problems in her family, her parents were loving to each other as well as her, and she didn't have another sibling so the attention was always on her. Despite having complete opposites as her parents, they never seemed to fight, and because of this - Amorie is the complete opposite of all the daughters that have been born from a Veela blood line. All of her cousins and aunties are more sophisticated and elegant than Amorie, however they're a lot more arrogant and narcistic than Amorie was. They weren't very friendly with her beacuse they found her weird and called her a freak very often. Not only were they the only ones who did that, but the kids at school would do the same thing. Her mother was different from the rest of her family thanks to her father. Her mother told her to embrace who she is and her father told her that it's fine to be a little weird - a little different from everyone else. Therefore, adding what her parents said onto her personality, she was fine with everyone teasing her and making fun of her. She never cared, she was fine with it and would just roll with it. Sometimes it'd look like the was a stoic little girl, who had no emotions.

Her first time being at Sujeonggu wasn't nerve wracking for her, while everyone thought she'd be sorted into Gyeolshil, she was surprising sorted into Jihye. Both of her parents were sorted into Jihye, yeah even Jinho. Even though she seems like an airhead or is a bit looney, it doesn't mean she isn't a very intelligent person. She does prize wits a lot. During her stay at Sujeonggu, she has become more interrested in muggles and muggle inventions seeing how there are students that are muggleborn. Literally, there are actually someone people that find it quite cute, she walks around like a living merchandise doll with like these things around her and the stuff she wears - and honestly it's so adorable and weird when she wears crazy stuff like that and her face is just blank most of the time.

MOTHER | COLETTE SONG OR SONG IL HWA | 40 | JOB: STAY AT HOME MOTHER | FC: LEE DA HAE| Colette comes from a line of Veela's, hense her name being in French. For the past 4 generations, ever since the De La Fontaine (Colette's maiden name) Veela family has settled into Korea, their blood has been mixed with muggles as well as pureblood wizards. Colette married a pureblood wizard, Song Jinho, as they were high school sweethearts at Sujeonggu. Colette and Amorie are actually very different, Colette resembles a lot like Fleur - a lot like a true Veela, while Amorie only got her looks and all of Jinho's personality. Nevertheless, the two are very close, while Amorie can be eccentric and out-of-the-normal, Colette loves her even more because of it as she resembles so much like Jinho. Colette has adapted to Amorie's sense of fashion - which is very, very, very bad - and actually makes her clothes for her, like literally makes really tasteless clothes that suits Amorie's taste in fashion just so that she can wear them. And just so her daughter won't be left out, she wears them, too. Amorie, honestly, is not afraid to say that she loves her parents - no matter how old she gets, she loves them and is not afraid to show it.
FATHER | SONG JIN HO | 40 | JOB: AT THE MINISTRY | FC: LEE DONGWOOK | Jin Ho and Amorie are extremly close as they both share the same personality traits. They are both weird and a bit crazy. Since Amorie realised she was more interested in the things her father believed in, she grew closer to him. She believes in the weird supersitions, unusual beliefs and strange theories that her father believed in. She found them interesting and more exciting than what her mother would tell her - which is like trying to be be 'girly', however since they realised that she would've become bullied they would teach her to always embrace who she'd become. Just like herself, her father would normally spit out nonsense from his mouth but they usually are quite useful. The two spend more time together, seeing as how they both have the same interests. The go to games together, shop at weird shops together, go see strange people doing strange things because it's interesting (that sounds wrong, lol). Even though he's a bit different, like a child in a man's body, he can act very mature at time, being the one who gives her life tips and advice.
CLOSE FRIEND | HONG JOO HYUN | 18 | JOB: STUDENT | HOUSE: JEONG-UI | FC: BAE IRENE | Joo Hyun is basically Amorie's only friend and the only person who actually 'puts' up with her. Numerous times, there are students - mainly the Saengmyun house students - who would bully her, and Amorie would always become unfazed by it, she would look like she never noticed that they were teasing her, because of this Joohyun would become confused and ask her so many times why she just lets them off. Amorie would always reply, "they only do it for their benefit, if it makes them happy then I'm happy." this actually made the both of them closer as Joohyun would become overprotective over Amorie a lot. This would sometimes become troublesome with Amorie's personality - because Amorie likes to see the good out of people, she tries to befriend people like Shiwoo (a death eater-ish) and Joohyun would be comepletely against it. The two hang around each other a lot and some would normally question why somone like Joohyun would be friends with a weirdo like Amorie, but Joohyun would just always ignore them. Amorie, becuase of her lack of friends, is extremly loyal and would never even think of betraying a friend or foe. Therefore, she is extremly loyal to Joohyun.
LOVE INTEREST | YONG SHI WOO | 17 (YEAR 2) | JOB: STUDENT | HOUSE: SAENGMYUN | FC: PARK BOGUM | Shiwoo is the equivalent of Draco Malfoy, well... that's what other people say. Having a father who is a Death Eater and wants to become one himself - Shiwoo resembles a hella lot like Draco and everyone can see that. The headmasters and professors see a pattern with the students, and how they closely resemble the warriors in the second wizarding war - they are somehow scared and yet hopeful. Shiwoo is arrogant and cruel however he is nothing like the cowardly side of Draco - the one who's like a cliche bully. He is, however, mean to muggleborns and even half-bloods and would be cruel and mean to them like a bully, but doesn't do it so child-like and chlidish. He thinks of himself superior to everyone else, being from a very wealthy family, he is also quick-witted and very intelligent. However despite his bad qualities, there is some ethics and morals inside of Shiwoo - he sees the bad things his father is doing, he knows the outcome on what will happen and he doesn't want that to happen (Amorie helps out a lot on this part) so he anonymously helps out the good side of the war, giving them hints and all of that. Note: His father didn't take the downfall of Voldemort too well and thus still hasn't gotten rid of the bigoted ideals for wizards, however Shiwoo is his own person and likes to take things into his own matters by helping the good side (being a double agent). Edit: Shiwoo pretends to be the bully, he pretends to be superior to other students - it's just a front so he can look as powerful as his father, well not as powerful, but so that he can live up to the expectations. He's like one of those unrelistic characters trying to live up to the expectation of their parents by doing something overally dramatic. However his mother is a very kind woman and all of her traits have gone to him, which is why he can be ethical. Amorie basically helped him more to become good, helped him more to see the bad things his father was doing and helped him more to stop pretending to be something his not. As for being a double agent, he ultimately drops the title later and just goes to the good side.
Amorie likes to see the good in people, even the dark wizards, she one days sees Shiwoo being yelled at by his father (this happens during the story), he then walks past her and tells her to forget about what she saw and to never tell anyone. This isn't the only incident she has seen him in, there are three others that actually made her want to become friends with him and to help him. Another one is when his friends were being like childish bullies to a 1st year Gyeolshil - right after his friends left, Shiwoo stayed behind to help the boy get back to his feat and even escorted him to the hospital (the boy actually didn't like it and began telling Shiwoo to piss off, so then Shiwoo knocked him out and took him to the hospital), after that he used the Obliviate spell so he didn't memeber - Amorie followed him to the hospital so that when he walked out, he saw her standing there and then he told her the exact same thing he told her the first time (he doesn't want to erase her mind). The other times are very similar. Amorie is the only one who can see that kind side of Shiwoo, Joohyun can't and therefore she wants Amorie to stay away from him. Shiwoo finds Amorie interesting as she never gets fazed by his bullying towards her and later takes an intrest in her. Her kindness, compassion, loyalty and comfort towards him made him take an interest in her moree. Though at first she becomes annoying to him, she actually begins to grow on him. During the war they become ally and great friends, like only friends because it's a war and you can't really have a romance in the beginning of the war. If there's and epilogue then they'd be like dating or married by then.
COLLOPORTUS
"Appearance only matters if you make it matter." Standing at 158cm and weighing in 49kg, Amorie has very fair skin and short silver hair. She choose silver as a 'goodluck' color that her father told her from stories when she was young. As a little girl, she also believed that having long hair is for goodluck and up until recently she had hair that touched the ground, but now she had cut it above her shoulders. Her facial expression doesn't change that much, she almost looks emotionaless, however she has a very small and soft smile and doesn't go over the top with her emotions.
"She's insane! Good insane, but still insane!" Amorie, to everyone else, is weird, loony, crazy, insane, strange and naive. She talks nonsense and random things to people and would always look like she's in a daze. She just came off as weird and a freak to everyone who didn't bother to get to know her. It's easy to trick her as she's naive and would easily believe anything anyone told her, because of this it's easy for her to get betrayed. People don't like to hang around her as they believe that her weirdness would get to them - however there are people who find her unique and actually look up to her because she dresses funny.

"Amorie is... special." Her true actual personality is well, not very different from what people believe. To list the good traits = she is: loyal, kind, trustworthy, honest, intelligent, creative and open-minded. Amorie has very little friends, because of this she had become very loyal to anyone has has opened up to her or even considered her as a friend. She will no betray a friend and will always stray true to them. Her kindness makes people see her as well 'human' and very little people see this side of her because they don't bother to gett to know her. However she is very kind to everyone, even the people that hate her (she doesn't hate anybody), she's loving to house elves even calling them sir. She is also very good at comforting people when in need. Because she doesn't have very much friends, she can be deemed trustworthy as she wouldn't even tell a soul about someone else's secret, also the fact that she is loyal make her even more trustworthy. Her honesty is kind of good and bad, honesty as in never lying but also telling the harshest of truths - being too honest. Intelligence and creativity, she wouldn't of gotten into Jihye without these traits - no matter how loony she acts, she is extremly smart by having good memory and just the fact that she loves to learn new things. And being open minded would be like her giving even the badest of baddies a second chance. She is also very resilient, respectful and responsible.

Being like this doesn't get her a lot of friends, which means she's always along - and it also effects the way she learns and she tends to not listen to things she's not interested in. Her being blunt ties in with her honesty, she just says whatever is in her mind - which can come out rude, however it isn't because she then topples it off with kindess. She is very clumsy, like she literally has two left feet. Everyone does kind of finds her annoying because of her weirdness, Shiwoo is the one that think's she most annoying thing in the universe because she follows him around trying to make him be good and turn to the light side. I think you get the jist of her being forgetful and stoic. Just to squeez this in here: she thinks of the world as a place filled with things just waiting to be discovered, to be explored and to be loved. This goes for magical and everything else too, lol idek. Edit: Amorie is a bit immautre, she can't really look after herself and probably needs someone there to point her to the right direction - speaking of direction, she has a bad sense of direction, literally. She is submissive, as in she let's people trample over her and can easily get betrayed because she easily trusts people and because of this she could get hurt (this could be something for her to work on like she can learn to be more passive, to not let people control her life and that she can mature and grow). EXPELLIARMUS
"War does not determine who is right - only who is left." Amorie was a special girl and the professor's could see this in her. Her wand was exceptionally brilliant at creating elegant spells and therefore Amorie was a pretty powerful witch. The professor's never and didn't want to single her out or even consider to not look over what she can do, and by doing the right thing they actually found out she's a very strong asset, especially with all the knowledge she has stored up in her brain. Amorie normally talks nonsense, crazy stuff - things nobody understands however they are normally highly useful as to finding the way around the school. She knows the riddles, the stories and theories around the school and normally would randomly say them out of the blue and they actually are good use in the war. However, it was also troublesome to have Amorie on the time, she would wonder off - her mind would just go to random places and she'd end up in a really horrible situation. She's also get manipulated by the other side pretty easily and that was a hazard to have.
When she heared about the war and having to particapate, she was a bit distaught and scared at first - not a very commen sight for her, however she overcame it and was proud to be fighting for the good side, proud to be fighting along side her friends and proud to be fighting for justice. Amorie's feelings towards the war is what you'd think they'd be... maybe. She hates it, of course, but knows that before there is peace - there must be chaos. However, she hates seeing people get hurt, she doesn't like the blood and everything so basically, yeah, she hates it. She only joined the team because her family was captured and that was her greatest fear comming alive, and it was about time for her to mature up and face it, so she decided not to run and that's where the professor's found her.
With her feelings towards the enemy she's fighting, she knows that everyone has a weakness and a strength and she is determined to find out what the enemies' weakness is. She is not afraid of what is to come, anything she is afraid of - she'll over come it, she is not afraid of dying - especially for her friends and for a good cause. Amorie's thoughts about killing people is what you'd expect them to be... again. She doesn't like people getting hurt, so she absolutely hates it.

↳ Boggart - Her boggart is her parents dying, being tortured and just not loving her anymore. This same thing goes with her friends.
↳ Amortentia Potion - She smells the scent of after rain, rainforest and Shiwoo's hair.
↳ Patronus - Her patronus is the Fox (Vixen). It was originally the Rabbit, however changed to resembles Shiwoo's.
↳ Breakfast - She has a pretty mismatched breakfast, she eats bacon and eggs on top of waffles with berries and honey. She literally eats them together. Together.
↳ Hobbies - She likes to be in the outdoors. There, she gardens and would usually talk to imaginary people. Honestly she loves to collect, well... everything. From hats and socks to vintage keys and books.
↳ Tea - She actually hates tea and bitter things. Though, she does love everything and anything sweat.
↳ The Quibbler - She loves things that are foreign, things that are not just in her country because she loves exploring. She read the Quibbler and thought it was amazing and had an obsession with it (though it's kind of cute when she has an obession, cuz she's like one of those stoic anime girls with almost expressionless facial expresions).
↳ 8:00pm - 4:00am - She likes to sleep early (another story her father told her) and likes to wake up early to just walk around and discover things.
↳ Muggles - She is very interested in muggles. There has been one muggle in the family - her great grandfather. She's like Ron's father, Arthur Weasley.
↳ Toe Socks - She actually likes toe socks, no kidding.
↳ Sense of Fashion - She has no sense of fashion at all, god not even the slightest which is strange because her mother is a fashion finatic.
↳ Beliefs - She believes in anything and everything, literally. She's pretty gulible.
↳ Quidditch - She actually loves quidditch as much as the next guy. She'd like to commentate one game because she know's that she wouldn't be very good at actually playing the game, she's pretty clumsy and not very talented at sports.
