instagram, 무한대 (infinity), line/kakaotalk, etc

aka a post about the last semester

 

so how are you guys?

 

reasons why i haven't been around for the past two months: 

1. this semester /still kind of . 

2. i had this REALLY bad physics teacher until Novemeber when I dropped his class.  He's so bad that everyone knows that once you get his class, YOU DROP IT NO MATTER WHAT.  I was going to keep on going with his class (it's a class that i take every other day for the whole year), but my mom told me that I need to do something about the stress load and she suggested that I drop my ballet classes which i'm definitely NOT, so I dropped his class instead which helped a lot.  

3. In math, there's two courses, pre-calculus and foundations, and before this semester, NO ONE gave me a clear answer on which one I needed to take first so I took Pre-Calc this semester but apparently you really need foundations to understand pre-calc, but I couldn't get into foundations so I had to stay in pre-calc, AND FOUNDATIONS IS NOT A PREREQUISITE FOR PRE-CALC SO I SHOULDNT\'T NEED IT.  I hate pre-calc so much and I don't like my teacher very much and I have him for foundations next semester, I tried to drop that class but unfourtuntely he's the only one teaching foundations next semester... ewwww, save meeee...

4. And while I was hating on pre-cac and physics, I made an art instagram!  I made a very original username of tokkeiko. i just use tokkeiko for a lot of fandom stuff and tanakeia for everything else in between. follow me and i think i will probably follow back once i actually check insta.  

6. I finished my first paper the other day :D... I still don't like it, I'm worried that I didn't cite properly and then I'll get in trouble for plagirizing and then I get kicked out of the advanced program and then I don't know what's going to happen then and then I don't knooowwwww. I just want the paper back so I know what my mark is...I'm going to spend the rest of the holiday worrying about it ㅠㅠ 

7.  That new fic!!! I swear I'm getting on top of it.  I'll post the next chapter sometime in the next few weeks.  

8. I got a new phone and I lost contacts on Line and KakaoTalk, so please add me again/message me again or something.  My Line username is tanakeia and KakaoTalk username is tokkeiko.  

9. i skipped five and don't want to go back to fix it.  

10. Infinite is coming to Canada for the first time and I can't even go (bc my finals will be in two weeks and I live nowhere near Vancover) ㅠㅠ Exo is also coming to Vancover in February and even though I'm not much of an Exo-L, I can't go (bc my ballet exam will be in a week) ㅠㅡㅠ my friends are going and they were all screaming and happy and they're going to go and have fun at a concert and I have to stay in home and be boring here.  Whenever kpop groups come to close-enough-that-i-could-maybe-go, I can never go and my friend(s) go. also Vixx is going to Toronto for Canada K-Con and that weekend I'm going to be in Ottowa for a band trip aNd oTToWA IS rIGhT NeXT tO ToROntO wHy cAN't I gO???? <- this is going to be the closest I ever get to going to a kpop concert.... 

11.  Ummmmm.... I think that's it?  

 

So really, what I'm doing here.  

Fic wise:

  • 무한대 (infinity) the first chapter is going to be posted VERY soon, I'm trying to decide on how to format the first chapter, and then I'll post it. Please read it ^-^ it's a OT7 fic, platonic-ness, angst, hurt and comfort, and a lot more angst.  
  • infinite everlasting.  I have two more requests to go, one of which I'll get to this weekend, the other one... I am working on... Also, I really hope to write a HoSoo Christmas special, a ballet!AU bc we need one of those.  
  • Spring Songs I'm planning to write a squel for this one, I actaully have it written down, but haven't typed it out or edited it very well, so I don't know when that's coming out.  ^^

Okay, next semester shouldn't be as stressful, (I take that back, it probably is.) but I'll finish writing Infinity over the break so I'll be able to update more often next semester ^^ yeah, I'm so happy that it's winter holidays now and I'll see you very soon.  Probably, please don't take my word for it lol.  But yeah, I'll be back soon ^-^;;

I missed posting stories/chapters around here.  I missed talking to you guys too.  Sorry that I've been MIA, tomorrow is my catch up day.

Well, besides school, hopefully things have been well for you in other areas of your life. And most people seem to be busy these days, I know I've been with work and whatnot. Haven't gotten to do a lot of writing, at least not for ongoing fics since I have made a little bit of time to do some drabbles here and there. But other than that, I've been either too busy, too tired, or just not in the mood to write at all. (I was finally able to get through one of the scenes for chapter fifteen of IH, which was a miracle in itself since I literally rewrote the scene like 10 times. So hopefully I have an update in the future for it - hoping to have it out before xmas.)

(For math stuff, if the teacher's not that great, I suggest going to youtube and looking up the topics that you need help on and I'm sure you'll find some decent videos. I essentially got through my linear algebra class using youtube videos whenever I didn't understand something, so there are definitely some decent videos out there for whatever math topic you need.)

And like you, I won't get to see Infinite either, which is a bummer since I missed them last time as well. But going by how terribly ran everything is so far, it's probably a good thing that I'm not going. I've heard some horror stories about the whole thing and you'd think that their second world tour would be ran much better than their first, but it's been a mess since the get go. It went from being a 40+ venue world tour to ~25 venues, which makes me think that there are some serious breakdowns in management, so as cool as their concert would be, you might have dodged a potential bullet if things went sour.

Have you listened to Infinite's latest Japanese releases? Love of My Life has been on repeat for the past couple of days for me - Myungsoo sounds really good in it.
