Talkative, Jiwon is someone who cannot stop talking, and she talks really fast at that. Coupled with her randomness, she is able to keep any conversation going - even if it's someone she's not close to. Jiwon has no qualms with sharing about her family and frieinds however this could sometimes lead to a problem as sometimes certain friends aren't as generous in sharing their information. Along with being talkative and open, Jiwon tends to be quite sarcastic that borderlines rude. She tries to keep her sarcastic remarks and insults at bay, but they tend to slip out without her realising. In such a stressful situation of being a trainee, those that are too stressed tend to get offtended. Straightforward and honest, Jiwon isn't someone who will beat around the bush. Be it in awkward friendship matters or love, Jiwon goes on strong. To her, lying is worse than stealing because a lie that has been told cannot be unhead. Hence, Jiwon refrains from all forms of lying unless absolutely necessary. She will never lie just to cover the wrong-doings of her friends.

Even though Jiwon is so talkative, the things she talk about often have little or no meaning. This is because she finds trouble in expressing her emotions well and tends to bottle it up, making her rather emotional and tempermental. She's the kind that will mix work and emotions together: if something happened back at home and she felt lousy about it, it will show up in her attitude as well as her dancing/singing/rapping. Her dancing will become extremely sloppy and distracted, with her mixing up all the moves. Her voice will constantly crack in a song and she would jumble up her raps. This tends to cause a lot of frustration not only to her but her fellow trainees and bandmates as they can't stop performing or practicing just because Jiwon is feeling low. Jiwon is also impulsive and doesn't think twice about her actions. Coupled with her emotional nature, she tends to do foolish things in a moment of rage or sadness. Also, Jiwon hates it when others see what she deems as her 'weaker' side, meaning when she's crying and in distress. As such, she has a well-practiced killer glare that she uses to get others to leave her alone when she just wants time to think and let it all out. Jiwon also tends to be rather stubborn, especially if she's in a bad mood. During those times, she hates it when people tell her what to do and tell her that her ideas aren't as good as theirs. Sometmes, she will do the exact opposite of what is being expected of her just to spite others which comes out from her rash nature as well. Her stubbornness often leads to conflict and strained relationships that are sometimes just left hanging. 

Jiwon is a hardworking and determined girl, but only for the things she's interested in. She will not stop for anyone or anything once she sets her mind on somethng. However, that one thnig she's pursuinig has to be something she's absolutely passionate in before she would completely immerse herself and work towards that goal. Jiwon is also rather hyperactive and can never really sit still. When listening to music,, it's in her blood to start moving in sync with the music, either by bopping her head or tapping her feet, etc. She also has a bad habit of shaking her legs whenever she's seated, making it rather distracting for the people next to her. Lasty, Jiwon is creative which comes in handy when she pitches in in lyric and choreography making. But sometimes this creativity tends to be used in the wrong way. An example would be how she plotted a fool-proof method of sneaking junk food into dorms during her trainees days. It can be said that Jiwon's creativity is a double-edged sword, but Jiwon embraces this aspect of herself and values it greatly. Npt only that, her creativeness helps in making gifts for the people she care about. Jiwon greatly values sincerity and holds strong to the quote "what matters is the thought". She's often the one to make personalised gifts for each friend during their birthdays and the Christmas season.

» Background 

Born in an upper-middle class family, Jiwon has been able to live her life comfortably without having monetary issues. Being the youngest in her family, Jiwon was shown immense love from not only her parents but her older brother as well. As such, the siblings often did everything together and had many things in common. One of the common aspects they share would be their love for music. As a child, Jiwon had always been interested in dance, more specifically ballet which she started learning at age 4. Her brother however, preferred hiphop and was often heard practicing his freestyle rapping around the house. When her brother was in his last year of elementary school, he was introduced to idol bands and from there, developed an interest in becoming an idol like them too. Through a friend, he was introduced to street dancing which he took to with great joy. Jiwon too developed an interest in street dance when she watched her brother's performance and thus started lessons in hiphop, waacking and urban. Like all little children, Jiwon naturally loved to sing. Be it nursery rhymes or the current trends in music, Jiwon liked to sing in her free time. She wasn't blessed with the best vocal range, but she's able to make do with what she has. To be very honest, Jiwon was never really that interested in rap. She had heard a lot of her brother's raps, but she never had the thought of trying it out for herself. It was in SM that they discovered her talent for rapping, mostly because of her ability to speak quickly without jumbling up her words. 

When her brother was successfully recruited in Jellyfish Entertainment in 2011, Jiwon began having thoughts of becoming an idol as well. She sought her brother's advice and he had encouraged her to try it out, since she was pretty adept at dancing and singing. It had taken some time to convince her parents though, as they were not too pleased about both their children going down the same path. But they could see Jiwon's determination and they had relented. Jiwon had first tried out for Jellyfish since her brother was there but because of her inexperience, she wasn't able to make it far. She then went on to try other entertainments, like Cube, JYP, Starship, etc. Interestingly, she had crossed SM out of her list as she felt that SM was way too elite for her. After being rejected from many entertainments to the point of hopelessness, Jiwon auditioned at SM's Weekend audtions and surprisingly got through, which was how she was officially recruited into SM in 2013.

Kim Jungjoon | Father | 50 | Graphic artist | Leniet, Creative, Easy-going, Friendly | Jiwon and Jungjoon are pretty close due to her father's easy-going nature. Because of the nature of Jungjoon's job, he is able to stay at home for most of the time and hence is able to spend a lot of time with his children. Jiwon treats Jungjoon more like a friend than a father, but she does keep in mind the need for respect as he still is her elder.
Lee Hyerae | Mother | 50 | Elementary school teacher | Patient, loving, strict, understanding | Jiwon is not as close to Hyerae as she is to Jungjoon. Because he mother often has to be away from home for the job, and often brings her work home in the form of her students' assignments, there are little oportunities for the two to interact. Nevertheless, the mother-daughter duo do try to spend some time together, going for shopping trips and such. Jiwon is relatively close to Hyerae but there is still the boundary that Hyerae is her mother (and nothinig more)  and Jiwon is unable to completely open up to her unlike how she is with Jungjoon. 
Kim "Ravi" Wonshik | Brother | 22 | Member of VIXX | Lively, Cheerful, Hardworking, Determined | The relationship Wonshik and Jiwon have is so loving that they have been mistaken for a couple many times. Wonshik totally adores his little sister and would do anything to keep her happy. He's always been the one to protect her as children and even now. They're extremely close and barely have any secrets between them. Although they do have conflicts, the cold war between them never lasts long becasue they can't stand not being able to talk to one another. Wonshik has proclaimed his love for his sister many times on television, the funniest being that none of his bandmates are good enough for her and he would hate to see her with any one of them.

Kim "Kai" Jongin | Close friends | 21 | Member of EXO | Shy, Playful, Sarcastic | Along with Taemin, Kai is also Ravi's best friend and got to know him through her brother. | As Kai is rather shy, the two of them are not as close and would usually only hang out together if Taemin or Ravi were around. They mostly make small talk but they love sharing their dirty secrets about Ravi and blackmailing him with it.
Park "Joy" Sooyoung | Friends | 19 | Member of Red Velvet | Bright, Cheery, Talkative | When she first entered, she trained together with Joy. | They aren't exactly very close but because they're almost the same age, they are able to talk comfortably with one another. Now that Joy has debuted, Jiwon sometimes turns to her on advice regarding the public's reaction to them.

» PERSONALITY 

At first glance, Taemin may seem like a shy but hardworking boy that doesn't want to be bothered. Once the music plays, it's all he's paying attention to - nothing can snap him out of that trance until the music stops. As such, people tend to stay clear from Taemin at the start but when they actually get to know him, they'll be able to see his lovable and child-like side. When he's close to someone, his fun-loving side will start to appear and he particularly enjoys playing pranks on his friends. However, his busy schedules tend to conflict with that of his friends' so all the pranks he plays tend to be through phone calls, especially when it's a phone call from a friend at a radio show (i.e. those radio show segments where idols have to call another idol friend to answer questions about them). 

» INTERACTIONS

Both Taemin and Jiwon are passionate in dance and it was what had connected them to each other when they first met. They are often found dancing together in practice rooms, discussing the different choreographies one could come up with from the song. Since Jiwon is mostly trained in waacking and Taemin in popping, their styles tend to vary greatly and they are often discussing on how to incorporate both styles into one choreography. Sometimes, Taemin would teach Jiwon how to pop and Jiwon would teach Taemin how to waack. When Taemin debuted solo, Jiwon started going to him more on how to sing and rap. Although Taemin's doesn't really rap, she usually just shows him some of her raps to get some comments. As for singing, Taemin had started out having the least lines and is now debuting solo. Hence, Jiwon looks up to him a lot in the aspect of singing and is always seeking advice on how to sing better. 

Since they're both close to Wonshik, they're often bad mouthing him and on gatherings when they're together, they'd team up against Wonshik. Wonshik has expressed his dissatisfaction on Taemin and Jiwon being together, but that's just mostly a brotherly paranoia. 
 

» DEVELOPMENT + SCANDALS?

Initially, Taemin was like an older brother to Jiwon since he was the same age as Wonshik. As time passed, she realised how she was constantly looking forward to meeting Taemin and would always try to find some time in her schedules to be able to join Taemin when he meets up with Jongin and Wonshik. With regards to love, Jiwon has had little to no experience and hence their relationship builds slowly because of Jiwon's uncertainty towards her feelings. She's still at that stage where she cant decide if she likes Taemin as a brother or Taemin as a lover. 

They don't really have scandals as they tend to be spotted by paparazzis when they're together with Jongin and Wonshik. Thus, even if articles about Jiwon meeting up with two other boys, they're mostly brushed off by netizens are Wonshik is her brother and Taemin and Jongin are her lablelmates. However, it is only when too many of such articles arise that the public starts getting suspicious.

SUGGESTIONS: Random play dance! Since they focus mostly on dance, it would be cool to have them do a random play dance on  maybe weekly idol where the hosts will try their best to point out faults in their choreography x)
SCENE REQUEST: A scene where the three best friends and Jiwon are together and Wonshik is vehemently telling Jongin and Taemin "NO. YOU CAN'T DATE MY SISTER. SHE'S OFF THE MARKET. NOPE." And Jiwon chiding him for it because "I can't stay single forever oppa!"
