It's been a long time since I logged in into Asianfanfics, busy with homeworks, examinations, yada-yada. But I decided to log in yesterday as I was craving to read some really good fic. I scrolled to my subscriptions, finding the fic that I have subscribed but didn't read it yet, I found a fic named The Lobotomist by boredbluejay. I found this story while scrolling through the recommendation pages of elisaexplosive called Astigmatism Recommendation Guild . This is one of the best recommendation shop I've ever read. The stories that were recommended are unique and special, mainly focused on those pychological thriller fic.

Anyway, I read the story and managed to finish it in one night. The story is totally amazing and weird. I think the writer is really creative for using lobotomy as one of the main factor in her story. For the people out there who doesn't know what lobotomy is, it is kind of psychology treatment by cutting up the prefrontal cortex in attempt to cure mental illnees and the procedure is crazy. They will use sharp and flat tools such as ice pick and dig into your eyes straight to your brain and cut the prefrontal cortex, that is disturbing and disgusting. The plot was really unique and mind-blowing, the story was as mysterious as it can be and the characters are really crazy and special in their own way. I keep guessing who is the killer and all of it were wrong. The plot-twist ruined my life for one night, the killer was the least unexpected person. I won't tell you who, no spoiler here. 

I am quite sad since the story didn't get as much attention as it deserves. It is a really good story, better than Twilight *cough cough* No hate please. I strongly recommend you to read this story, you won' regret this.
