Personality.
hyejeong is very confident and outgoing, and is definitely the opposite of shy, and living in a household of predominantly males, she has had to become tough in order to 'stay afloat in all the testosterone.'
she knows both her brothers are very vulnerable and insecure, and therefore has become very protective over them, and this goes the same way with the people she calls her true friends. although she is very friendly and has many friends, there are only very few that she will be close to and call her true friends. she is very caring towards those who she likes, and will do nearly anything for them.
growing up with her brothers, there have been many times when hyejeong and her brothers tease each other, and she has become very witty with her words due to trying to think up good comebacks to their 'insults' and such. but growing up with an older and younger brother does have it's cons... she has become very aggressive, especially when she is angry, and although she will only rarely actually hurt someone, she will throw things around the room and punch the walls and such.
she also becomes very possessive and jealous, again especially over her brothers. whenever hyejeong sees either jimin or chungho hanging around with other girls, she will instantly think that they are trying to take her brothers away from her, and get in the way. she is very insecure in the ways that she needs attention from her family and friends that she cares about.
but despite all her negative traits, hyejeong is both cute and charming in her own way, but she just doesn't know it. this is probably due to the fact that she tries very hard not to let others see her 'dark' side, as most would call it.

hyejeong's mother, hyun, works nightshifts at the hospital, and whenever she was home, she was most likely to be found sleeping. this meant that her father, sangook, was left to raise the three children predominantly by himself. for hyejeong, this meant growing up as the only female presence in a house full of boys, which turned her into a bit of a tomboy herself. she was always teased by her brothers for being a girl, and especially going through puberty, she would get the immature comments like "look dad! hyejeong's growing ies!" or the good old, "How bad can periods be? atleast it's not a ," and with that she began getting quicker and quicker with her words, replying with things such as "well at least i'm not the one getting a at school!" without even having to think about it anymore.
when she was only 13, her father had a heart attack, adn she blamed her mother for it because for all hyejeong knew, it was only her father that cared about her and her brothers anyways. she thought it was because he had overworked him self trying to keep up trying to look after his children.
ONCE when she was 14 BOTH HYEJEONG AND HER YOUNGER BROTHER WERE HAVING A VERY INTENSE FIGHT, AND IN THAT ARGUEMENT SHE MANAGED TO BREAK CHUNGHO'S ARM AND SHE HAD A PATCH OF HER HAIR MISSING AND A BROKEN NOSE.
quickly after this incident she got a boyfriend called lee wonshik, but sangook and jimin were not very fond of this idea, and jimin set wonshik up so that it looked like he was cheating on hyejeong. she broke up with him quickly after that, but they became friends after hyejeong believed that wonshik wasn't actually cheating on her. even to this very day, she still doesn't know that it was jimin's fault.

after seeing jimin become successful in bts, hyejeong decided to follow in his footsteps and become a trainee under bighit, hoping that her dreams of becoming an internationally known idol will come true. obviously, she got in on her first try, and jimin welcomed her with open arms, always getting her to come and hang oiut with him and the other bts members. she friended them all very quickly, and was so glad to be with her brother. they spent alot of time together. in the short time she's been a trainee, she has not only captured the hearts of bts, but also hitman, who treats hyejeong as if she was his own daughter.

hoesok actually has a very shy personality in real life around new people, but once he gets to know someone, he is his bright bubbly self that all his fans see when he is with bts. he loves having fun and making up random games to play to pass the time. he also loves making up random and weird dance moves, and teasing his friends. he is sometimes a bit insecure, and sometimes he will have a major breakdown and cry, which is very shocking to other people around him, because he is usually the one that is always happy. he always puts on a brave face, but he is actually very vulnerable and needs someone who will love him for who he is.

well hoseok had always known that jimin had a younger sister, and he was actually very excited to meet her, and just like jimin, she had lots of charm and aegyo. they met oficially when she became a trainee at bighit, and jimin was showing her around the building and introducing her to everyone. when jimin was called by hitman to do some recording, hoseok offered to take hyejeong around the rest of the building. they got talking about hyejeong's family life and other things, and they became good friends after that.
