• i'm not just pretty, i'm overly fab and gorgeous - a lot of people tend to compliment on yoomi's big eyes, perfectly shaped nose, pink lips. to be more detailed, her brown eyes are a shade lighter than most koreans. the other details on her face- like her sligtly rosy cheeks and the shallow dimples located on her right cheeks, makes yoomi look more attractive than she already is. her long and straight dark brown hair flows to her mid-back. lucky for yoomi, she has the ideal skin that all girls would want. fair, pale, and soft. back then, yoomi used to be sort-of chubbier, but she went through a "skinny diet program" over the summer, so she's a lot skinnier and slimmer now. like, nicki minaj would hate her. anyway, what sets yoomi apart from other pretty girls nowadays is that she has monolids. but she literally pulls them off; it suits her. it just blends with her other features, no one notices it.

NOPE, I'M WEARING ART. - people will only see lee yoomi wear black, white, and graphic t-shirts. and red converse lows. it's not that her fashion sense is bad; she's just lazy, you know? when she wears a black shirt, she will only match it with black pants. weirdly, she always complains about why she feels so hot. yoomi literally has 20 pieces of the exact same plain white shirt. actually, 10 t-shirts and 10 tank tops. like i mentioned before, usually, she only wears one colour ( shoes don't count ). except when she's wearing graphic t-shirts though. she'd wear a graphic t-shirt with either white pants or black pants ( strictly no skirts allowed ). when it comes to graphic t-shirts, yoomi will literally buy anything she finds cute. like, she'd buy 5 pieces ( that comes in different colours ) of shirts that say "i am a prostitue and i love uncles" and wear it to school two times in a week. besides that, yoomi has a massive collection of shoes, ranging from flats, sneakers, and hand-me-down high heels. but she only wears one; the ugly overworn red converse lows that you see her wearing everyday. it's really ugly; she doodled on the bottom side of it with sharpies. and as for formal events, yoomi only wears dresses that comes in black or white,

you don't have to know lee yoomi well to know that she's one weird child. she has all the personality traits to be one anyway. yoomi's brain is extraordinary- unlike us, her brain is colorful. she has a creative mind that can visualize anything. she sees things in a completely different view; expecting more and better. to lee yoomi, a chair can be transformed to anything; a table, a house for a small animal? i don't know. she's also very adventurous, seeking for answers and surprises to things she doesn't even know yet. yoomi doesn't want other people to tell her anything, she wants to find out things herself. moving on to her vibrant and talkative personality. yoomi is very easy to approach. she knows how to flatter people. she also has this magic where she makes shy people open and quiet people talkative around her. yoomi is fun when it comes to conversations; she's someone who makes boring situations fun by saying something simple. however, her talkative personality can get a little annoying. sometimes. eh, most of the times. some people might like it when she talks a lot, and some people might not. people are different y'know. it's really hard for her to shut up. but be careful though, if you stay silent when she talks, she'll talk even more, to the point where she even talks to herself. oh and yoomi will literally jump around 24/7 if she can. she's a ball of sunshine! always ready to lighten up the mood. her remarks are very witty too. she's not fully humorous, just.. witty. her way of speaking and the words she uses just makes you want to laugh. you get me, right?

to yoomi, nothing shall be wasted and everything should be saved. whether it's time, money, food, literally anything. she's the type to take anything for free and find anything that's cheap and is the easiest to get. when she sees something get wasted, she'll definetely get it or be sorry for that person. yoomi is a fan of 'simplicity is best'. she believes that everything that's big isn't always the best. anyway, you get it. she saves and doesn't like wasting. coupons are her best friend- no, they're her soulmate. yoomi can be a little daring and bold sometimes, too. she doesn't really care about what she's saying and says whatever she wants to say. she's brave to the point that she would do and say anything to anyone, no matter how risky or dangerous it is. honestly, she does what she wants to do.

lee yoomi is not lazy, she's just very unproductive. her mind goes blank most of the time and she doesn't know what to do. even though she's pretty creative, at times, she doesn't know what to think and what to do.. and she procascinates a lot. yoomi thinks that she can do the things she's supposed to do later, but she never does it anyway. so in other words... she's also irresponsible? something like that. yoomi is also very indecisive, which also doesn't help the fact that she's unproductive.. when given various options, she wouldn't know which one to choose. at times, she would end up choosing the wrong one, and would end up dissapointing herself. she can't make up her mind that easily, it's hard to make decisions. besides that, she's also irrational.. yoomi's brand is made out of 80% rainbows and 20% logic. like, she would answer your question with really weird replies that are unreal or untrue. she says the opposite of facts. and yoomi also makes irrational decisions. basically very illogical and unreasonable. the worst part of yoomi's personality is how she's unforgiving. no, you can't hurt our baby yoomi and ask for forgiveness straight away. when yoomi is hurt, it means that you have broken her trust, and she can't trust you anymore. unluckily, she gets mad over the smallest things. like when you break her pencil, she will get mad at you straigt-away. well, yoomi doesn't forgive one easily after all. she doesn't approve mistakes, inconsiderateness, and everything that is bad in her eyes. oh, yoomi gets distracted really easily. she doesn't really finish her sentences when she sees something interesting near her- oohh a butterfly. yeah, something like that. she chooses the things that are more interesting than what she's currently doing. does that make her hard to impress? lol i don't know. and lastly, good luck with lee yoomi lmao.

BACKGROUND + CURRENT EVENTS —

• I WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE BORN BUT OH WELL - lee yoora and lee sungjae are a young married couple in their late 20's. they're both very busy with their work to support their living. with all the busy work, they're planning to get a child possibly five years from now. unfortunately, their plan got destroyed when one night, the lovely lee yoora got pregnant. yes, yes, it was an accident. this isn't part of their plan so it got really stressful; but thank god she decided to keep the baby. since yoora is taking time off work, sungjae got even busier. skip to the point; everything was worth it when the lee's were granted with a healthy ~~accident~~ baby girl on the 18th of september, 1999, busan. since the one-bedroom apartment they used to live in was too small, they decided to move to a small house in a small but peaceful neighborhood. lee yoomi is a fast learner- she learned how to walk two days after her parents taught her. she grew up into a pretty and weird toddler. unluckily, yoomi inherited her parents' worst traits; irrational from her mother, frugal from her father, unforgiving from her mother, and unproductive from her mother. she was one of those kids who'll cause chaos in events, school, and daycares. toddler yoomi used to have lots of other toddler friends but they all did something to her ( breaking her pencil, stepping on her shoes , etc. ) so she never forgave them and un-friended them.

• WHAT'S 1+1? is it 11?? - yoomi's elementary era was the worst. she entered a real school ( an all girls elementary school ) for the first time. she's also one of the dumbest and irresponsible students. and this is only first grade elementary. to yoomi, the kids in her school are fake, but she befriended them anyway. also, there are only a few kids around her neighborhood, and most of them are boys. everyday after school, yoomi usually visits the park in her neighborhood. she did make friends (?) with this other guy name jung- something, who's her age. it's probably because they both liked art, and when yoomi drawed in the park one day, that guy complimented her. the next day, he started drawing in the park with her too. they would draw the view, and at other times, they would draw each other. too bad that guy moved to seoul only two weeks after meeting her. one night though, yoomi overheard her parents arguing from the other side of the room. there was a lot of bang!s and smash!s, and definetely a lot of yelling. yoomi chose to sleep through it. the next day, when she got home after school, her mother told her to pack up her important things because they're moving. "they" as in yoomi and her mother. yoomi was told that her parents are getting a divorce and she's going with her mom to seoul because her grandparents has a spare house there. her gossip-loving aunt told her that her father found another woman. hearing that, yoomi felt like throwing him to the ocean. she hated him for a long time and sometimes even refused to go to her father's house on saturdays. he still lives in busan anyway.

• WHAT'S SCHOOL? OH YOU MEAN HELL?? - as stated before, yoomi's mother is a busy person who works almost 24/7. she hardly sees her. when she wakes up, she's already off to work and when she sleeps, she just came home. that explains why yoomi visit malls, parks, etc. when her mom is not around. yoomi only gets to see her mother on rare sundays because she stays in her dad's on saturdays. and when she meets her mother, she stays at home for some 'mother-and-daughter "fun" time'. on other days, yoomi goes to the mall to 'excercise' ( which means shopping everything on sale ). but nowadays, her part-time job is taking away her freetime. for her first year, yoomi's mother enrolled her at cheonsa high, because the school fee is cheap and it will save more of their family funds. at first, she wanted to try the scholarship test, but after re-checking her iq, it's impossible. anyway, yoomi is not the smartest of the students, but is actually capable of doing things properly. again, yoomi is not lazy, she's just unproductive. the teachers hate her, she always submits everything late, asking for extensions two days before the due date, making up excuses that are worse than the infamous 'dog ate my homework'. yoomi's main squad consists of the girls from the anti-bts club, although she's not officially in yet.

RELATIONSHIPS —

jeon jungyoon, 16 - student, barista at starbucks - outgoing, dependent, bright, clingy - since they're classmates, they're pretty much close and get to see each other everyday. you know that moment when your teacher asks you to pick a partner? yeah, you'll definetely see jungyoon and yoomi trying to give signals though their eyes. yoomi likes jungyoon, a lot actually. she likes how she's really outgoing and all- typical friend material. but on top of it, she's jungkook's twin. to yoomi, jungyoon is perhaps 100 times wayy better than jungkook in everyway like? anyway, despite her status for being jungkook's twin, yoomi doesn't hate her. jungyoon is overall really bright and friendly, so she doesn't mind. as long as jungyoon doesn't turn into a female douchebag, yoomi is still friends with her. jungyoon herself doesn't really care about how yoomi hates her older twin brother and is also a part of a club that is basically about hating bts. since they work at the same place, they talk more often and of course, got closer. they also invite each other to each other's houses when they have time.

pyeong inhyo, 18 ( by: svmmer ) - student, convenience store employee - leaderistic, outgoing, bossy, violent - honestly, blame inhyo for dragging yoomi into all of this crazyness. inhyo thought that yoomi looks like someone who is fun and could use some cooler friends ( the abc ). being the mother of the club, she's leaderistic, bossy, but outgoing. when yoomi entered the club, she treated her like a little baby and is extremely, extremely kind to her. but when they get to know each other better, inhyo is constantly annoyed by yoomi's irrational and indecisive personality. this leads to inhyo ( playfully? ) yelling at yoomi like there's no tomorrow, and yoomi pouting, and inhyo violently slapping her ( playfully? ). more to be added!

"MOM, why is your brother so hot?? "
oh haeeun ( by: pungent ) - student - vain, - next to inhyo, haeun is the second person she knows in the anti-bts club. haeun is also a few years older than yoomi, so she sees her as a really mature figure. haeun, on the other hand, sees yoomi like a little sister she never had. haeun so far, has been the most kindest in the club. she treats yoomi like a precious cinnamon roll that needs to be protected from all forces of evil, especially bts. but on the other hand, yoomi sees haeun as a mother rather than a sister. wait, no, a grandmother? i don't know. maybe it's because haeun has been so protective; when yoomi goes out somewhere, haeun makes sure that she doesn't come home late. yoomi would literally see about 20 missed calls from haeun if that happens. when they got closer, the younger one found out that her "mother" has a really, really, really hot older brother. like, lee minho hot. she would ask haeun about her older brother 89% of the time, to the point where haeun questions if yoomi has a crush on wonho ( her older brother ) or not. i think that it's not an understatement to say that yoomi developed an admiration for wonho.. more to be added!

baek hyesun, 18 ( by: idk, who do you think created her ) - student - talkative, overdramatic, spirited, sassy - who doesn't love the hyesun x yoomi duo to bits? i don't, to be honest. when the two are put together, they create a massive explosion of weirdness and annoyingness. with hyesun's sassy remarks and yoomi's messy logic, they are the two people that you would want to avoid in the anti bts club. oh and they're both talkative- when yoomi and hyesun talks to each other, it would usually last for six hours.

TRIVIA —

• strangely, yoomi hates ice cubes in her drinks
• yoomi used to make excuses to her mom saying that she's vegetarian when she's actually not; reason being, she wanted to go on diets but her mom doesn't allow such things.
• yoomi has a pet hamster ( lol if you choose yoomi please make her pet die at some point of the story bc i wanna see her get sad )
• yoomi works at starbucks but doesn't actually like any of the drinks; the only one she likes is the pumpkin spice latte
• yoomi has a "crush" on wonho, haeun's brother
• heck, she even stalks his instagram account daily

INTRODUCE YOURSELF PLEASE?? — yoomi raised her brows, not really hearing the question. "what?" introduce yourself please. she didn't really catch the question, "what was it again??" introduce yoursel- "oh, you want me to introduce myself. do you want a short intro or a long intro..??" she continued after hearing no response. "hi, i'm lee yoomi! you might know me as yummy or gummy or- whatever. anyways, i'm really attractive and fun." she gave a small wave and added, "and i'm a victim of jeon jungkook."
WHY DO YOU DESPISE BTS? — after hearing the word 'bts', her eyebrows knitted together and her face formed a disgusted face. "they look like douchebags. like, level 1000 douchebags. i h8 them, m8. i personally know namjoon and jungkook. jungkook is fake. i don't recommend kids to go near namjoon because he breaks things- like the time he broke my favorite pencil during elementary school!"

WHO DO YOU HATE MOST AND WHY? — yoomi stared. "isn't it obvious already? i hate kim namj- wait, i mean jeon jungkook. he's such a fake jerk. seriously though, he's even faker than barbie's fake plastic nose. if she has one. do not fall under his trap! he might seem nice and friendly at first, but that's just part of his fake personality. he probably goes to clubs and breaks hearts as a part-time job. tch."

WHY DID YOU JOIN THE CLUB? — "i was dragged to it. / haeun: "just admit it, you wanted to hang out with us since day one." / i just sat with them at lunch and we just.. i don't know, they just became my main clique. i never thought i'd join a club like this.. it's a fun experience though,"
THOUGHTS ON THE CLUB — "i personally think that this club.. is overall fun!! i personally like it when i see someone i hate fail, and that's like 50% of what we do. we make fun of them bangtan es. besides that, the bond between the members are great. the unnies of abc literally slays everything they do, i look up to them. we're just a bunch of idiots."
RELATIONSHIP WITH CLUB MEMBERS — "honestly, i love all my unnies, i-" yoomi's sentence was interrupted when six other girls glomped and backhugged her. squeals, groans, and other sounds can be heard. "again, i love all these idiots! i don't have a favorite, really. so far, everyone treats me nicely- although some people constantly bickers with me. i kind of admit that i'm embarrased being near them / insert yelling inhyo in the background / though! hehehe." after yoomi finished talking, the seven girls lost their balance and fell.

• FIRST? ENCOUNTER - in a sea of new first graders, a lost lee yoomi was searching for her class. she looked down at the paper that the lady gave to her- the writing's smudged, so it's not much of a help either. thinking that she belongs in class 1-A, yoomi took a seat beside a guy who looks pretty cute. once the bell rang, the home room teacher ran through the absents and called out all of names. that's when yoomi realized that her name's not even there. she turned to the guy next to her to ask;

"excuse me, what class is this?"
"this is 1-A. why?"
"umm.."
"are you in the wrong class? can i see your paper?"

the guy narrowed his eyes at yoomi's paper. he probably thought that the handwriting is very hard to read-

"your homeroom is just across from this class. you belong in 1-B, stupid."

with that, yoomi thanked the guy and excused herself from this class. she did not realize that when she left, she had lasted an impression on jeon jungkook. he was aware that it felt like he had seen her before. the girl looked too familiar to be a complete stranger. he stared at her through the window, and that's when he remembered.

• so we're like technically friends, right? - a lot happened during yoomi's first week. she made friends with this girl named jeon jungyoon in her class and they're supposed to do some stupid biology project today. they decided that it'll be best to do it in jungyoon's house because it's closer to school. long story short, yoomi met the guy from class 1-A again. in jungyoon's house. inside the kitchen. yoomi was getting some water when they bumped into each other; which lead to a series of "why are you here?" & "who are you?" s.
after learning that he is jungyoon's older twin, yoomi exited the awkwardness. until a hand stopped her.

"you know, i never really got your name."
"it's- it's lee yoomi."
"by any chance, do you remember me?"

what jungkook said basically added the awkwardness. remember him? from where? when? why? what? who? how?

"um, no? remember you from what?"
"oh.. never mind."
"..okay.."
"c-can we meet again? wait, n-no. do you have a phone? wait, that's really stupid. uh, ah, so-"
"are you asking for my phone number?"
"n-no.. i mean, yes! uh, wait-"
"why don't you say so? here, give me your phone and i'll add your contact."

• our "short-term" friendship - after their small interaction in jungyoon's house, they're now.. friends, i guess? they say hi to each other whenever they have the chance to. which means you'll see jungkook and yoomi greeting and waving to each other in the hallways, etc. also, yoomi and jungyoon are bfics ( best friends in class ) now, which also means that she visits her house often, which also means that she would also see jungkook often. by often i mean once a week or so. when yoomi is bored, she'll find a way to talk to jungkook. one way or another. because she thinks that he possess an entertaining personality. at times jungkook can be as normal as ever- that's yoomi's cue to piss the hell out of him, and when he's really weird, that's yoomi's cue to piss everyone else with him. sadly, though, their very magical friendship didn't last for long. ( note that this was before the abc )

• "hating someone just because your squad hates them" #justabcthings - a month or two passed after yoomi's arrival in cheonsa high. things are going well with jungkook, yoomi now comes to his house more and more often. he's starting to open up more to her and she definetely noticed how he became much kinder. while yoomi didn't want this to end, fate had different plans. being evil, fate decided to let pyeong inhyo drag poor lee yoomi to their lunch table. the memory of getting dragged into the abc squad is blurry in yoomi's head. she didn't remember how she got there, but she just did. anyway, the other six girls told her about their full-of-passion hate for bts. being the dumb girl she is, she didn't know what bts is. so yeah, they told her that it's a group of douches that consists of seokjin, yoongi, namjoon, hoseok, jimin, taehyung, and one new one named-

"hey, yoomi!"
"hi jungkook!!"

the girls almost lost it when they heard jungkook greeting yoomi. they were all like "are you his side hoe or smth?" "we have to protect our new baby from getting eaten by that ugly and douchy seagull." really, yoomi didn't understand why they hated him- them. according to haeun's theory, when a guy hangs out with bts, he instantly becomes a douche. they told yoomi that he probably goes to clubs and do drugs and do other evil things. she doesn't know why, but the tiny feeling she used to have for jungkook quickly faded away, and is replaced by hate. well, not exactly. for now, she just resents him. and after all, the abc girls are her new friends right? because friendship is more important than jungkook. at least that's what yoomi thought.

• um yeah i think i accidentally unfriended you honey - because of abc's influence and black magic, yoomi resents jungkook. like resenting and disliking him is a habit for her now. they stopped greeting each other. when jungkook greeted her, yoomi ignored him. that went for seven days straight, until jungkook just gave up. i think he gets it now. yoomi doen't want to talk to him. also, he noticed that she's been hanging out with the abc girls recently. because he's 7/7 of bts, he gets why yoomi won't talk to him. she's probably convinced that he's a bad person; which is like 99% false. yoomi is also very straightforward when she dislikes someone; when she passes jungkook she'll throw him a disgusted face or mutter "ew"s next to his ear. so at this point, yoomi dislikes jungkook and jungkook still likes yoomi.

• DO YOU REMEMBER ME NOW? - seriously, i hate fate. recently, yoomi changed her part-time job schedules from only working on weekends to working on weekdays and saturday. she later found out that jungyoon also works there and she has the same schedule as yoomi. and at the same time, she also found out that her twin- what's his name again- jungkook waits for jungyoon until she's done with her shift. which means that she's going to see jungkook everytime she goes to work; much wow. it has been weeks and months since yoomi first disliked jungkook. she claims to everyone that she hates him, when actually, again, she just dislikes jungkook. honestly, it gets really awkward when she catches jungkook staring at her when she's working. one day though, jungyoon couldn't come to work because she's sick, so yoomi is kinda happy that jungkook won't be there at her workplace. but to her dissapointment (?), jungkook is still there and sitting on his usual seat. when yoomi's shift ended, it's already nighttime. she left her workplace being followed by a certain jungkook. ignoring his presence, she continued walking. when she turned around, he was there.

"um, what are you doing?"
"following you. why?"
"what the- why are you following me?"
"isn't it dangerous for a girl to walk home alone at a time like this?"

awkward silence. oddly, yoomi blushed.

"yes.. no.. besides, aren't you a girl too?"
"i'm a girl but i turn into a boy at night."
"do you even know where my house is?"
"no, but i can follow you. it's that simple."
"you know i can't be seen around you, right? because you know, i'm technically a part of the anti bts club."
"yeah."
"wait, so you don't hate me? i mean-"
"i don't, really. we're like, childhood friends. you're not bad."
"what??"

childhood friend? what childhood friend? yoomi had only met him this year. later, jungkook explained that he came from busan and that he used to live in her old neighborhood. it hitted yoomi how the boy she used to draw with at the park is jungkook. it literally felt like a drama; i mean, the coincidence! after he told her the whole story, she laughed, which leads to a friendly conversation. and yes, he did end up walking her home. after that, yoomi's thoughts on jungkook changed. this is really weird, considering how unforgiving shr is. but maybe they can be friends again?

• OH MY GOD HERE THEY COME- GO AWAY. - after the whole i'm-gonna-walk-you-home and omg-ur-my-childhood-friend thing, they got friendlier with each other. yoomi unblocked jungkook's number and started talking to him more. but of course, she had warned jungkook to stay away from her and pretend like they hate each other whenever she's with the abc. basically here, their interaction is almost the same to how they interact during their "short-term friendship" era. except jungkook is more open towards her now. it's almost like he's throwing little signs that shows that he likes her more than just a friend, but yoomi never understands it. he still 'walks her home' everytime she works, and sometimes jungyoon just thirdwheels. this is the part where their feelings for each other start to bloom- jungkook is way more obvious with it. constant skinships, gesutres, etc. but yoomi always thinks that he's just "being kind, that's all". however, when she realized that she has feelings for him, yoomi panicked. i mean, what if her squad finds out? she'll get kicked out before she could even explain.

• ( BONUS? bonus. ) HOW JUNGKOOK WOULD CONFESS. - i haven't mentioned this but yoomi did know about jungkook's family's economy crisis and his part-time job as a paperboy. she thought that it's pretty cute though ( the paperboy thingy ). she had told him to pass by her house during his shifts and give out newspapers for free. jungkook agreed because why not? since then, every sunday morning, jungkook would pass by her house and call her name before throwing a newspaper. however though, one sunday morning, something was different. sure, he passed by her house and called her name. but when yoomi opened the door, instead of a newspaper, she got something else; a dusty and old paper rolled and tied with a ribbon. when she opened it, it's not what she's expecting. before lee yoomi's eyes is a drawing of a girl in a park ( probably her? ), and on the bottom right corner of the paper, sits a sentence written with red ink.
