— Camilla / A known rose that's know for it's beauty, she's called this by her friends back in New Zealand, she didn't really have an english name, and the people there just had to call her by her korean name, until they made this.
— Devil's Angel / This name may sound contradicting but it's true. She may like peace, but she loves to pull pranks on people, of course making sure that she doesn't go way too far. Angel, because no one suspects its her of course other than her victims. Called by close friends and siblings she has pranked.
— Food addict / She likes to make puns and tries her best to add a certain food and switch it for a word that sounds like what she was saying. She likes food, and she likes talking, weird habit and how it started. (example of this would be " What are = water"
— Futuristic Composer / she uses the help of technology to compose her songs, with sometimes an EDM feel, or giving a classic yet new type of vibe. She makes songs without the use of real instruments (by playing on it I mean) some people look up to her and are amazed, but some people also think she's a disgrace for ruining compositions and think what she's doing is plainly stupid. Even the vocals aren't proper, the way how she finishes the song, is what enrages these people, especially the ones that love classics, as classic.

  APPEARANCE ♡ Hwayoung, as a teen, she liked to experiment...with hair. She loved to dye her hair alot back then. After noticing facts, like her hair was dying in health she stopped, notcing what it can do with her. She likes having a unique hair color although she prefers it to something simple now. Earring, she has one that's in a shape of a tail which i usually on her right ear. For earrings that she wears during special occasions, they are fancy and designed differently in some way. She has a birth mark on her left arm. STYLE ♡ Around the dorm (I'm gonna assume they live in one since it's a university) she would be casual probably wearing shorts or sweats and a cartoon tee with some fluffy socks. (♥) Going outside (alone) she would be fairly simialr except that she would be wearing a sweater and underneath would be a plain tank top or t-shirt, while for the bottom she would use track pants instead or sometimes shorts/sweatpants. DESCRIPTION ♡ — Hwayoung. A colorful person, who is known as the kind fluff ball. Her love for food is unimaginable, Shouldn't be intimidated by anyone, and if anyone dares. She wouldn't be afraid to be in a fist fight with you. The girl is kind, but everyone has their breaking point, and hers may be the wost out of everyone in the council. She likes to help people, and make them more at ease with their life, and meanwhile with her also so they can go to her if they need any help. If she sees a fight that's out of control, don't think she wouldn't get physical and watch out from the side not knowing what to do, she'll gldaly step in and put an end to it. A thing she mainly does if not composing is researching and going to the school's forums if anyone has a problem. She's all about technology, from hacking to school libraries to creating an unreversable lockdown to protect your computer, she's there to help. Her major is composition, with other few students in that class. If she's frustrated or usually having problems, don't be surprised to hear some of them in her songs. Don't think she'll put up with flattery, she likes to be happy and smiles all the time, but once she hears this she'll really give you a bored face. Flattery, is probably one of the most things she hates, especially if it was given by Mark, the cheeseball of the whole council.

This girl, is probably one of the most gullible person ever. She'll believe lies, like they're facts, that is until later on the future she'll finally notice what was wrong. People tend to make fun of her a lot and try to trick her and everytime she says she'll learn from it-- she actually doesn't, so she pretty much just deals with it now. It sometimes can cause problems during her work, so pretty much she would have to look for someone that can help her. Usually it's NOT the higher ranking ones due to them having a lot of work on their hands, maybe just Jongin or Myunghan. |

PAST ♡ Hwayoung born on February 4, 1996. Is the 2nd child of 4 others in her family. She has an older brother named Joo Shingun, who taught her how to do martial arts when she was 5, so she can defend herself from others. He is 5 years older than her. Joo Shinjae and Joo Shinsoo are both identical twins male, who had impacted her childhood life with lots of shenanigans, that made it more lively. Just when she was in kindergarten she loved going around and talk to people-- even if sometimes they weren't proper words or she would stutter. That's how she made friends AND enemies! What a bundle. Some people adored her chattiness, some like Jeon Jungkook thought she was just plain loud. Whenever she would be near him, he would always scurry along and run away to somewhere quiet. After getting the signal that she wasn't welcomed near his personal space. She immediately ran towards him and bear hugged him not letting him go. The teachers thought this was a friendly gesture and continued to say "aw" and "so cute", Jungkook on the other hand looked like he was in the brink of tears trying to push her off. (I tried making crack and I failed. rip) After that incident, he disliked her more thinking she was weird. He was at the point where he would never share his food with her. She pouted at the thought that someone liked being alone (remember she's still a child so she would just generally think that everyone liked to be in groups and around people.) Few years later passed, just in elementary where she had a bunch of friends. She never really bothered about him anymore, he probably just liked being alone she thought. At times she couldn't help but go up to him, and asked if he wanted to play together, this question ended up being asked for years. Starting day of grade 2 was the day she moved out of school, town, country. To somewhere else, a new country, New Zealand. She didn't even have time to say good bye to her friends. During her time there she managed to learn a little english here and there to use and converse with others. She got back to Seoul, during high school where she continued the rest of her hard studies there, to get into Seoul University of Arts. Surprisingly, she made a decent amount of friends also even though she hasn't seen or been near these people. Looks like they like her chattiness unlike someone--.
Now it was his turn to wonder where she was- he could no longer see her. That's when he started to feel really alone. No one to bother him..for good. He's not gonna lie but he did miss her clinginess, pestering and never ending questions.
PRESENT ♡ Since it's uni, she lives in a dorm, with one other room mate, due to this room only being shared by 2 people, it was pretty small but it was enough for her, since she didn't have that many things anyways. Just some clothes, her books a desk, nightlight and laptop. You might think nightlight for a uni student? Yep, she's scared of the dark, don't leave her alone or without light, she might actually not sleep and end up going outside alone- in the middle of the night. Her daily schedule usually goes as waking up early in the morning (it's a a habit of hers she learned to grew up with) , eating breakfast for some energy, going to school running, it wasn't that far so its a good short exercise for her, checking in at the meeting place where they hold their meetings and work and see if there was unfinished work she can help out with, once everyones there and she had nothing else to do, she would go to class. When class ends she would be going around school to see if all was well. How she became Chariman for Service Assurance was actually because of her teachers. The council was looking for a member that was able to meet these certain requirements and conditions. At first she was nervous to go, even though she wanted to give it a try. Then her friends came to her and told her she should give it a shot, it seemed like her taking on a jub that would be helping people and others. Also being loyal to the school was normal for her. She still didn't agree to it. She finally went after her composition class teacher told her she should try out, and see how she would do, there was no reason of backing off, he said reminding her. So she did.
After class, and everything ended, during th enight she would probably laze around on compete in game competitions.

Jongin to Hwayoung is like a mother on it's little toddler's backs. He pretty much has her back and supports her thick and through, of course nothing more than just a friend. When none of them have any meetings with the council they would usually chill at a cafe or go out somewhere with other friends or just the two of them — Best Friends / Mark Tuan/ 21 / flirty, sweet Even though Mark is known for a flirt, Hwayoung takes it the positive way, learning how to deal with his flirtyness, although sometimes when it's the right time she can lash out at him-- but she knows he's not intentionally going to flirt with all the girls right? He's a sweet kid, she said. So, she's going to stick with her thoughts. He sometimes, helps her out wiht her own work, if she's ever having trouble. FIRST MEETING ♡ Childhood, and when she joined the council. When she joined the council she didn't know who he was, because appearance changes especially on how long it has been since they last saw each other. Names, everyone can have the same name. Especially on how jungkook and hwayoung are prety popular names. Him being a nonchalant person who didn't care that much for new comers didn't mind at all, and was just day dreaming in his ownl little world. Even during normal uni times before she joined the council they didn't even talk to each other, but sometimes stares here and there, with waves when they see each other. RELATIONSHIP ♡ They got along, not knowing each other until, he looked through her phone as saw pictures of them, on these polaroids she took when they were little. Once he found out, it was awkward..and so was everything else. They managed to get rid of that awkwardness though, and wanted to start a fresh new start (ah..fresh air.). In public they act really friendly with each other, with some fights here and there how she can be so chatty and how he's always too quiet. Some people look at this like it's a love quarrel, others just think they're crazy for getting into fights with each other so often. Although, where they're in council meetings or anything like that they would actually be silent, and barely say anything to each other.
