FRIGGING INSOMNIA!!!!!! AAARRRGGGHHH >_

Sorry about the rant. But I honestly need to let out some steam!

Yeah, I can't sleep. Like literally can't sleep. Like I'm lying on my bed begging for sleep to take me, but nope.

I stayed up till 4 yesterday or rather today morning and I was too tired to go to class. And I'm gonna get bashed by my batch mates for missing too many classes, because this has been happening for quite some time.

It isn't like I want to stay up or anything. I actually turned off the lights in my room at 12 and huddled up in bed. And I was reduced to staring at the fan till 4 in the morning, as sleep evaded me :(

Honestly this is scaring me. I need to get my normal sleeping pattern back. Insomnia was never a problem before! What is happening to me? I need help!

Try reading a story (by book, not by phone or PC) before going to sleep. 10 pages were enough for me to put me to sleep. Also, try counting your breaths. I think a lot before going to sleep, so I actually fall asleep on 12 or 1 in midnight. Unless I'm sick or just too tired.

I FEEL YOU. I was in the same situation with you months ago.. those feels... staying up late... eyes practically screaming and begging to sleep but the mind won't just let us sleep easily... and the worst part--mom coming into my room at 3am scolding me for not sleeping yet,, accusing me texting with boyfriend (which I don't fxking have one) or playing games or watching kdrama. DAMN~
