Personality: 
Sophia is an all over, energetic and friendly person, like "never afraid to say hi to random strangers on the street" friendly. She is always talking, very expressive and open to others. However, at the same time she can be a little superficial- but in the sense that she doesn't show her depth of character past her exterior. She always has a smile on her face so people don't often see what is actually going on behind that pretty face of hers. From the context in which the term is often used, she is far from it, surprisingly being quite modest. Even if she knows her talents and strengths, she'd rather build others up rather than glorify herself. She's even a little embarassed by her abilities and doesn't show them off.

She is clever and quick witted, always having a solution to a problem. This can make her a bit devious at times in she's really good at making excuses. If her friends need a quick out, she's able to come up with some sort of cover up while still keeping her image. Now this doesn't mean that she lies, she just knows how to bend the truth a bit. (This abilitiy isn't normally used to get people into trouble, more so to dig them out of whatever hole they have already gotten themselves into.) She's is extremely innocent and gives off that "she's too pure and goodhearted and is never to be corrupt" vibe, which is true... or is it? no she actually is I swear. she's a beautiful cinnamon roll too good for this world, too pure. she's just secretly seeing a man who's 8 years older than her... nbd... She's also a very creative and imaginative person, her head always stuck in the clouds.

From years of moving place to place, she has learned to be adaptable and tends to just go with the flow with whatever her friends have in store. This has made her rather indecisive when asked what she wants to do or eat or something of that nature. Background: 
Sophia was born in San Fransisco, CA as the second child of Kim Ilsung (full Korean) and Abigail Kim (half Korean). At age 3, one year after her younger brother Joseph was born, they moved to Dallas, Texas. When Sophia was 8, they packed up their bags and moved to Mokpo. (her dad got a job for MBC at the Mokpo branch) Two years after that he was promoted and transfered to the main office in Seoul so they moved yet again, to Hongdae. She was now 10, her brother Joseph was now 8, and her sister Kristina was now 18 and headed off to uni, in which she wanted to go back to the states to study. Her parents reluctantly ablidged and let her go back to the US, especially since all of their relatives still lived in the states. Sophia and Joseph however were ecstatic that they were not going to move any more. (at least not any time soon) They kind of stuck together until they made friends in their new school. (Growing up, since they moved around so often) her brother was her best friend, and she wants the best for him more than anything) This is where she met the other girls of Zodiac. 

Sophia had been singing since she was a little girl, not in any professional sense, she just enjoyed it. She's a little embaraseed by it and gets flustered whenever anyone hears her sing. The only one who really knows her extreme talent for music is her brother, since he is also talented in that aspect.(that little prodogy I swear) They are extremely close and they'd always stick together, when they got home they would have fun mixing tracks, recording covers, all sorts of musically stuff. She never ventured outside of her brothers "studio" lol his bedroom however, not wanting anyone to know her talent (even though she has a really powerful voice). However her brother, well aware of this, had other plans- wanting her to be able to perform in her element and showcase it. If not for popularity or recognition, just so she could experience it. In high school, him and his band (yes. he formed a band) had were performing at a small event at Hongik University one night and convinced her to sing for them because they needed a female vocalist. He reassured her that nobody she knew would ever see her there and she agreed, and absolutely loved it- getting really into it. Although, his plan backfired, as someone videotaped the performance from the crowd and the video went viral. Needless to say, everyone was shocked that her powerful vocals were in her petite frame. She didn't even know the video went viral until her friends (the zodiac girls) attacked her with questions- not knowing she had any musical ability or interest.

Of course, like all high schoolers, she has some problems. Despite her lovely, friendly personality, she was never quite popular in school, pretty average in everything. She didn't mind this becuse she had her friends and she had her brother and kinda didn't want ot be in the spotlight. But when the video of her went viral, everything turned upsiopde down. She was suddenly getting lots of unwanted attention, both positive and negative. Even though it caught her off guard she kept her positivity and it luckily only lasted for a little while (although she still has some persistent "fans" and "haters") The same time all of this was going on, she was reunited with her childhood crush, Lee Donghae, which she falls for all over again. What makes it even more of a challenge is that he starts falling for her too. But life just isn't that easy where it's socially acceptable to be dating a man who is 8 years older than her. She has to not only try to keep the fact that she's seeing him a secret from everyone, but keep him from doing anything stupid and blowing her cover. All this and overhearing her parents talking about moving again is just too much for Sophia to take, but she keeps on going with a smile on her face and trying her hardest to keep herself together.

Love Interest: Lee Donghae

This dorkfest is the whole package, an amazing dancer (a hobby he picked up very quickly at uni) and soccer player, super attractive, and a total lame-o. He knows he's hot and likes to show it off, but at the same time, he's such a childish dork that it makes up for it. He's super sweet and down to earth, always caring about his friends and wanting the best for them. Plus his love and devotion to his father- he can get serious and it's absolutely touching. He's extremely creative and as he grew- he moved on from his childhood dream of being a "soccer star" to dreaming of being an architect. He became fascinated by buildings and aesthetics and often found himself hypnotized by them. He also loves dogs and loves children and wants to get married and become a father as soon as he possibly can.

In 2007 (when he was 19 in this story at least because I technically made him younger by 2 years) his father passed away and he gave up his path for higher education (in which he was enrolled in the local university for money and location reasons) in order to help take care of his family and mother (since his older brother had already moved away and was starting a life of his own).  He had a very rough time with the loss of his father as he had always admired him greatly. Despite this, he took up several jobs trying to put food on the table and trying to step up and be the man of the house for his and his mother's sake. Several years later, when he was 23, his mother gave him an envelope full of a fund that his father had left for him and she had secretly adding to since he left school to help her. He had thought that university was completely out of the picture, but she presented him with this fund telling him to apply for Hongik University's School of Architecture. Even though the fund wouldn't cover a majority of the tuition, he was grateful and took his opportunity. 

(EXTRA: He met Hyukjae in a dance club at uni (not a dance club like a club but like a club... Like an extracurricular) and they became fast friends. Hyuk was already a killer dancer and Hae was very fast at learning after turning his athleticism switch back on. He met Siwon through Huykjae. The next year, Siwon and Eunhyuk leased a new apartment with an extra bedroom for thier new 'brother' and Siwon covered Donghae's rent so he could spend any money he earned from jobs on his education.)

Meeting: 
They met when Donghae was 16 and Sophia was 8. Donghae lived down the street from her family, and being the same age as her older sister, was in the same class. He'd always come over to their house to work on projects, but would always get distracted and end up playing with Sophia and her brother instead. (which annoied her sister to no end because she'd end up doing the whole project herself) He obviously felt nothing  towards her as a teenager, but she definitely had an innocent crush on "fishy-oppa", kinda like when kids have a crush on thier babysitter type of deal, ya know?. After they moved, they lost all contact with each other, that is until the night she performed with her brother's band at Hongik. 

He wasn't planning on attending the event himself, but was convinced to at least show up for a little bit. He showed up just as they were about to start performing and when he looked up at the stage he was shocked. He thought he was just imagining things but then he got a good look at her face and realized it was Sophia. After she was done singing, leaving early while her brother's band continued to play, Donghae chased her out of the venue, dodging through crowds  trying to catch up with her. He finally got outside and saw her approaching a bus stop across the street. He looked to his side, seeing the bus fast approaching and just yelled out her name. Her head shot up, looking in his direction, not a clue who he was, until he sprinted across the street- almost getting hit by the bus in the process (that idiot). "F-FI-FIS-- DONGHAE-OPPA?!" She instantly recognized him and they were once again reunited. And that's when things start getting saucy. loljki'mjokingbutreallytho

Interaction(s): After they caught up with each other, their relationship took off pretty fast. Donghae often forgets about the age difference between them, while that's all Sophia can ever think about. He doesn't treat her like he would someone who's younger than him, then again he acts pretty young for his age. Although they started dating fast, their actual relationship is pretty slow to most. Like it took them a long time until Sophia was okay with a kiss (which she was cutely freaking out about because it was her first kiss, but then Donghae brought up the embarassing past of hers that she did not remember about how once when he was "studying" at their house in Mokpo he fell asleep and her sister sarcastically said he "died from brain overflow" and Sophia freaked out and thought about all her fairy tales where when the princess is dead they wake up with a kiss so she kissed him. He didn't wake up to that, but instead woke up to Joseph yelling "COOTIES!!!!" and then some loud thumps as Sophia chased him down the hall.) Anywho. Got distracted. They're a pretty innocent couple and while Sophia likes to keep it on the down low, Donghae wants to broadcast his love to the world and often does dumb things like try to surprise her at school, show up at concerts with flowers and screaming things like "THAT'S MY GIRL!! WOOO! YEAH!!! SARANGHAE SOPHIA!!!" or wanting to take her on public dates, but as long as she doesn't see anyone she knows she'll ease up a bit... But Hae likes to make it difficult. :p Luckily to most strangers it looks like an older boy with his younger sister. (I mean they both act like kids anyways, so it's no surprise getting that reaction after seeing a Disney movie or in an amusement park) They're more into the little things, like making a pillow/blanket fort in Hae's apartment's living room with some mild annoyance from Siwon, having an indoor picnic with food they attemt to cook themselves until they give up and order takeout, camping/stargazing outside on thier tiny apartment balcony (because there's no backyard so they like put blankets and pillows out there and make a little bed and stargaze and cuddle), and all sorts of that cavity-inducing cute stuff. Even though he's a grown man, he doesn't want to rush her into anything like most guys would, and while his friends might nag him about their ideas of dates or 'getting more serious', Hae'd rather keep it simple, friendly, and sweet.

→ I feel like her brother Joseph would be willing to help with some Zodiac stuff if he was asked. Like whether it's just some tech stuff like sound checks or helping them find gigs (since he does that anyways with his band). Although his band isn't trying to get recognized by talent agencies Also- I think it would be precious if either he had a crush on one of the zodiac girls or one of the zodiacs had a crush on him, just like an innocent little thing but it's only one sided. Obviously it's more likely for him to than her unless someone were to read this and put it in their app but you know. Just an idea. 
→ Within the EunSiHae apartment- it's kinda a combination of the Siwon "The Gentleman", Hyukjae "The Party Animal", and Donghae "The literal Boy Nextdoor" Jus sayin. They're like those people that you wouldn't think go together but they do. 
→ I found this thingy about how each sign has a "power color" or whatever, and it'd be cool if the all had those colors as like fan colors per say or their represented color as well as just their signs. So like Gemini would be yellow. 
Scene Suggestions:
→ Donghae wanting to surprise pick Sophia up from school, but lacking common sense, as he normally does, starts waving and shouting her name and her friends question who he is. She panics and says that he's her cousin and runs away to go get him to shut up before leaving with him. Her brother than walks up to her friends and ask where she is so they don't miss the bus and they tell him that their cousin picked her up and he's just sitting there like *all our cousins are in America...* and he covers for her (to their parents) until she gets home. Then he investigates her and she confesses. 
→ Incident where Siwon is out of town on a business trip with his father only to recieve a text with a selca of Hyuk smiling and a Hae hunched over a toilet behind him with the caption "wish you were here!" and he forwards the text to Sophia with "Can you go retrieve your boyfriend before Hyukjae gives him alcohol poisoning?" Sophia and someone else (her brother or one of the girls-maybe how one of the girls finds out idk) go get the wobbling fish and take him home.
