PERSONALITY » He's the definite 'Don't judge a book by it's cover type'. He seems like a sweet and nice boy but if you approach him he can give you look that can be read as 'Why'-are-you-talking-to-me?' look. Don't misunderstand, Jinhyuk is not one to talk much but when he does it'll usually be because he's annoyed or if he sees something he doesn't like. But he doesn't really like talking, he's more of a listen and observe quietly type. So watch up he's a sneaky eavesdropper. But when he sees something like he doesn't like something just snaps inside of him and makes him charge to that person and he won't physically hurt you but verbally since he's quite an observer he knows everyone secrets.
But once you get too know him he's a gjust a great guy. He makes everyone laugh with a simple joke and/or body gag he just likes making people laugh because it gives him a self-assurance of doing something right. He is also very open-minded, he's not a judgemental person, you could a admit a very personal secret he wouldn't care about it he judges a person by their charater not their race, orientation, religieon he only focuses on YOU AS A PERSON and he can make you feel loved and secure. His sister does not call him the 'Best Brother EVER' for nothing he is an amazing big brother figure. He'll take of you when you're sick, help you with the choreography even if it takes hours, he'll give you wise advice he'll do anything to make you prosper and move foreward. He is also very loyal to his loved ones. He would send money to his family and to his biological father to pay the rent, buy them gifts not even for a special occasions, to show that he is still devoted them as their son, and he won't ever forget them as the people who made him, him.
BACKGROUD »
(The Beggining) Until he was 15 he lived in Busan. His mom was a nurse so he didn't have his mom around all the time. He spent majority of his time with his hawk-eyed; father. His father taught him that socializing was bad and he should focus on his studies. So at school he'll be the quiet kid so always reads a book and hang-out in the library most of his time. He didn't have any friends since he was afriad that his father would yell at him. But in 2007 before he started high school his parents gotten a divorce and his mom won custody of him and they left Busan and moved to Seoul.

(It's A New Life (Sorta) ) He's life in Seoul was majorly different from his old life back in Busan. He got a phone, his own TV in his room that he can watch anytime and for as long long as he wants and got an extended curfew of 10:00PM. Most kids would happily take the advantage of that but Jinhyuk was more carefula dn cautious of his actions. He was always home reading his books and nothing else.
(Extended Family) His mom started dating atleast after 2 months of settling down in their new home and in 2009 she got engaged to Lee Namjoon and at that wedding he was the best man. He was a bit distant of his 'dad' because he was different of treating him then his actual dad. But in 2010 he got a present of little angel of a his sister. Lee Jinhee. When they married his name was registered as a Lee.
(A Reason To Smile) He gradually watched his little sister grow up to the cute little toddler she is. As a big brother he would feed her, bring her to the park and push her on the swings, and when she didn't want to go to bed he would strum on his guitar (as a present from Namjoon on their first Christmas together and was self taught) and sing her a song followed by him tucking her in her sheets and kiss her on her forehead. He loved hearing his sister giggle because he felt like when she laughed was a releif that he was doing something right. Since his parents were still busy after school he would pick her up from school and sometimes eat ice cream without them knowing.
(School Time) As for school he was a straight A+ student being ranked #1 in his class. Kids in school will occasiaonally say hi and start talking to him to get on his good side since his new dad was the princapal of the school. He was somewhat a flower boy and would get confessions dialy but he would reject them since he didn't think he would make a great boyfriend.

When he started dancing it was almost like each movement he made with the music it was like his feelings, were just flowing out and when the song was over it's like a final goodbye and he can breath. Whether he's sad, angry, happy or any emotion that he's feeling he won't explain it by words but by dance. Dance is not just a painkiller for him it's his own language.

( (Un)employed) Once he graduated (In 2012, age 20)he was in a slump. He didn't want to go to college because it's not where he wants to put himself and spend his life doing things that he didn't want to do something he isn't passionate about. One of his cousins that owned a dance studio and ask if he can do the weekly classes since the other dance instrutor was in America for family issues. He agreed and started teaching at his studio. His students (mostly the girls) were watching him demostrating the dance they would take videos and send them to their friends or post them online usually the title will be 'Amazing and Cute dance intrutor killing it'. This video garnered him attention he had a lot bookings for him to teach a dance routine and particually a company called SM offered him a full-time job as a dance instrutor. Of course he accepted he thought of being the choreographer of famous idols life SHINee, TVXQ, Super Junior etc. But after months it was a living nightmare. No one would listen to him most of the time, had to make a full choreograph routine under a week, and also because of a other issues. He finally left and told himself never ever do that again. So he came back as umemployed.
(I'm Sorry) When he got accepted to Synth Entertainment of course his family was happy for him. Except for his little sister. He was always for her. He would do everything with her, dress in matching costumes for Halloween, sing with her for her birthday, feed each other food anything you think they might've done it with each other. So when she figured out he was leaving she hated him. Whenever he tried to get close to her she would run away and cry. And when it was time for him to leave as he was waiting for his little sister to say goodbye to him but she never came. His mom went to get her but he didn't hear her say a goodbye but heard he shout "I hate him." as the words were said he just went inside the car and left. He wish he could say that he was sorry but he couldn't in the car ride tears escaped his eyes. And he vowed to himself that he will reunite with her soon and say 'I'm sorry'. Each day since his training he'll sent his family a video updates say he loves them.
AUDITION/SCOUTING »
He was audition was pretty striaght foreward. He he went in, danced and left. He got a call back a week later. He didn't know what to do next since he thought he didn't that the camera was rolling. He came back witth no clue of what to do. So when it was his turn, he froze. Everyone was waiting. He then remembered his lullaby he sang to his sister. So he sang with his heart with pure sincerity. But unfortunaley did not pass.
A year later he grown as dancer, singer and composer. His skills grew and grew everyday. He would practice non-stop at his cousins studio, practice his singing technicality until his he would he thinks he mastered the song (which usually takes 3 hours) and spend countless hours of playing his guitar and writing lyrics. The rejection gave him the drive to work harder and he didn't even know his shyness was fading away. He became more confident of his actions and his music. He stated joining dance competitions, singing competitions and sometimes local talent shows exposing his guitar expierience. He entered another local talent show, he played his guitar in the beginning and right in the chorus it changed to a full show expierience, live vocals and spectacular dancing. In the end he ended up in second place (the magician won) but when he left and about to jump in to his parents car he got called oout by a man in a suit and was confused but curious so he went to talk with him. But it was more of showing then talking he handed him a card and told him that he has the idol pointential and left. He glanced at the card and it was from Synth Entertainment. he smirked and this time he'll make sure he'll get in.
When he auditioned in a week after the event that happened. It was the same judges and when they saw him enter the room they surprised since most auditionees forget Synth and move on to another company. He sang his 'Offcially Missing You' by Geeks and the judges were impressed by his improvment. A week after he got accepted and for the second round he freestyled and the judges that were there saw a majorly different Jinhyuk. He showed the passion and fire that he had buried and now found. He was the only one that the judges smiled at. When the judges asked why he wants to become a trainee He simply said "I want to tell my stories with people through my movements."

TRAINEE LIFE UNTIL NOW »
As a Synth trainee he was astonished by how so many trainees had a story and why they wanted to (hopefully) debut as an idol. He gained respect from trainees because he proved that there can be second chances and nothing is over when you work harder the next time. He was progressivley growing out of his shell and he could hesitantly start a conversation with other trainees, joke around and just act like a regular man in his 20's. Gun Hoon is beyond impressed by his dancing. He said that his dancing is always on point. He follows the choreography perfectly, expression was good and Jinhyuk wasn't afriad to add in his own moves to make it his own. When he sees him in the practice room practcing and being almost drowned in his own sweat he sees a boy with passion and dedication, and to him was everything that a idol should be. But he only felt superior with his dancing since every other trainee was an all-around performer. Don't get him started on his rapping he almost peed himself last time he was yelled at by Sangchul but he would compliment him saying that his songwriting was good and give him minor critique, when he was with Hoyeon it was so tense since he always seen other guys get verbally abused when they were off beat and when he starts singing he never makes eye contact with her because he felt like he'll meet the eyes of the devil. His relationship with Hyunsoo mutual. Hyungsoo barley had anything bad against him since he sees him balancing his social life wth his trainee life perfectly. Don't get him started on Kaji after seeing the outfits she makes he seriously wonders if she actually went to an Arts University. Biological Father|| Nam Minhyk || 45 || University Teacher || He was always the strict father, the one who wears the pants together. But truth is he has trouble coping with his feelings. He wanted to tell his son that he wa so proud, but he never knew how to tell them.
He would always be the silent but proud type. Whenever Jinhyuk got an A+ he would always give him a thumbs up an barley audible "good job." He came from poverty and didn't have the proper education but he worked hard and studied hard to get where he is now. When he was still working for SM he got offered to be apart of a new boy group but declined because he knew that SM was not the company that everyone loves and would want to stay. Since you know the sudden kicking people out or the occasional quiting because of doing what they want and the persistant usage of words from former SM idols of being treated unfairly and not respecting them as human beings. Before they could make him sign the contract like blackmailing him or something he declined the offer and quit his job as a choreographer.

Higher numbers mean more talent, so giving him one or two points in a certain aspect means that he is a total failure regarding that subject, 4-5 would be around average and 8 or 9 points mean that he's very talented (or if we are talking about the visual aspect; very handsome).
This helps me to make sure that all the trainees are evenly matched and makes it easier to compare them to the other trainees.

In his singing it's not bad but not great, Hoyeon says that he sings with heart and had good technicality but has trouble controlling his breathing and stability of his voice but he can still put himself in the music but she also says that he has a voice that makes people want to hear more of. Rapping? He can wrap a burrito, presents, diapers but verbally rapping is not his strongest skill he's like a fast paced chipmunk.
Dancing, a lot of trainees including Gun Hoon joke around saying he's the rencarnation of Michael Jackson. Gun Hoon comments that Jinhyk has powerful expressions, movements and his improvsations that he does in the choreography and made it his own. In other word, Beyond Amazing. His favourite genre to dance to is definatley hip-hop but he would add in a lot of popping-n-locking in his solo stages.His favourite style is popping'n'locking and of course he is not the 'King of Krump' for nothing. When he's doing varierty it counts more on the timing or when you give him his time to shine. He's not one of those variety who always try to make a joke and/or act stupid to make him look stupid or cute to some people. He'll just wait for the time to make a joke. But he's not one to always be quiet, he'll make sure his presence is shown by joking around with other trainees and making himself involved in things that he knows when people think. Visual. He's is not that good looking but he is certainly not ugly. His only weak points of his visual is his Skinny figure and sometimes his Colgate pale skim.

PERSONALITY»
Good Points: She is known for her dorky personality, which entails strange laughing, and overall funny faces and gestures. People love that she is willing to through aside her image for a little fun and laughter, she can laugh like an old woman, show care for her fellow members, and even show off a side of her that deals with her .
Bad Points: While she has a fun personality there is also a dark side to that coin. Taeyeon sometimes will let her emotions get the best of her, which causes her to either say or do things that would appear weird. She (because she was upset) made a racial comment on air, she will lets her mood become apparent despite where or when people are looking. On an American interview she looked bored and didn’t pay attention to the speak. When she claimed she was sick and could perform onstage for an event, fans saw her back stage moving about. She is known to give members that cold shoulder at times. All of these things people say they don't like about her.
INTERACTIONS» When Jinhyuk was working in SM he met SNSD and they were kinda surprised that he wasn't fanboying the shizz out of him. To Jinhyuk he was strictly a Choreographer to them. Taeyeon kinda had a crush on him at first sight so she was the most 'flirty' with him .Like complimenting him on his dancing skills, when he would accidently trip she would be the first person to help him up. But Jinhyuk will just say 'thank you' and shrug it off. She thought he was playing hard to get, Jinhyuk that nothing more, nothing less of her human nature.
FIRST MEETING/HISTORY»
Part I: They both met when he was teaching SNSD the choreography and that's when Taeyeon first met eyes with him. She completly fell head over heels over him. But Jinhyuk showed no interest the only member he knew and was fond of was Hyoyeon since she was the main dancer. You know when they do the pelvic (?) at the beggining of I GOT A BOY let's just say when he was demostrating it a lot of thoughts came in her mind. The other members clearly saw that she was crushing badly so they backed off. The next day of learning the Choreo Hyoyeon twisted her ankle. He immediatley went over there and tried to help her. So when he touched her ankle to know that it was swollen Taeyeon got mega jealous and bursted and snapped "Don't touch her!" Jinhyuk kept his cool and replied using honorifics "As the choreographer I should make sure she's okay to continue dancing. And that requires some touching." He confirmed that it was twisted and should stop dancing. He helped her up and told the rest of the members that should stop dancing because he didn't want somebody else hurting themselves. Tiffany said that "He was so concerened about Hyohyeon it was like he really lik-" and then Taeyeon snapped by saying "Don't even dare finish that sentence!" then she stormed out.
When she stormed out she saw them in the Cafeteria (I don't know if they do but you know Bio purposes). She saw Jinhyuk aiding her. Elevating her foot on a chair and putting an ice pack on her ankle and getting a first aid kit somewhere and bandaging her ankle. Hyoyeon suddenly asked "Who's your favourite memeber in SNSD?" he immdiatley replied that it was her. She asked why "Because I prefer dancers over singers and it helps that you're pretty too." he replied Taeyeon left with the determination of being his favourite.
Part II: 2 weeks past and Taeyeon was still having trouble with the dance and she was headed to the practice room for dance and saw Jinhyuk dancing very intrigingly. When he was done she went inside and gave him a round of applause. She told him that she needed help on the dance. He agreed since he didn't want to seem rude. At one point of the dance she accidently fell over him and due to his frail body fell down on the floor with her on top. She got up and helped Jinhyuk too.
Once he stood up she came out with her feelings "Can you help me with my heart too? I want you in it." of course he was taken by surprise by her sudden confession. He knew it was wrong since she was avery popular person with a strong fanbase and he had a lot to live for. He replied "Sorry, I can't help you with that." And I was about to leave but Taeyeon grabbed his arm to make him look at her. "Will this change your mind." She grabbed the back of his head and pulled him to her lips and kissed him. She was enjoying it but Jinhyuk was enrageed by her actions. He pushed her away and wiped his lips. His first kiss. He just left her there in shock.
Part III: Taeyeon was met with the news that Jinhyuk was leaving. She quickly tracked him down and asked him why he's leaving he said personl issuses. She grabbed his wrist nut he immediatley jerked his hand back. "Don't you dare touch me! You are really something. I, Lee Jinhyuk hate you. From now whenever someone mentions you I'll always picture you. A selfish person. Just forget everything about me and I'll forget everything about you. That's the best decision for both of us." When he was foot out the door she said to him her final words "I, Kim Taeyeon will never forget and I'll do anything to get you to be mine." She vowed.
Part IV: Taeyeon wasn't kidding when she said that she'll do anything to get him. She asked Hyoyeon if she could call Jinhyuk and ask him where he was what he was doing. Hyoyeon told her that he was a trainee at Synth Entertainment. She went over the next day and found him with his earbuds on. She went up to him and pulled out his earbuds. He was shocked that she was there.
Many other trainees recognize THE Kim Taeyeon was there in the flesh. They Jinhyuk why she was talking to him (they didn't know that he used to work for SM). He said that she was asking for directions and just left. Taeyeon took the chance to ask his the other trainees about Jinhyuk. They said he was a really chill and funny guy to han out with once you get to know him. They exposed that he was a big Hyoyeon and Dara fan. She asked if they could give her Jinhyuks number of course they agreed.
So almost every morning and night she would text him good moring, good night, eat well, work hard, stuff like that. He would read them but never reply. Taeyeon never goes a day without checking her phone every five minutes to see him reply.
Their relationship as of now is just one-sided love but Jinhyuk is trying figure out his true feelings for her when she's with other boys.

- When the news came out about Taeyeon and Baekhyun dating Jinhyuk gets jealous
- Jinhyuk confesses his feelings towards Taeyeon by a video message of him playing his guitar with a song written just for her. At the end of the video he held a sign saying 'I have fallen for Kim Taeyeon. Be Mine."
- They end up secretly dating but Baekhyun found out and demanded him that they break up or he'll tell the press
- They break up but a challenge involving the traineeso woo some female singers (Ailee, Hyorin, Jieun, Dara etc) one of them bein Taeyeon and they get paired with each other and sang this song
- Gun Hoon brought the trainees to a dance battle while Jinhyuk was performing he twisted his ankle
- The trainees figure out Jinhyuk relationship (you can figure what could happen)
- If he and another composer collaborated for their own song
- Him and his best friend that's a trainee (you could choose) and just fool around
- On the finale his whole family (including Nam Minhyk) came and his little sister ran on the stage to him crying saying that she's sorry and that she missed him
- On the finale his father (Nam Minhyuk) confessed that he was sorry he wasn't the perfect dad and he'll support him in the music industry
- (When Jinhyuk didn't like Taeyeon) Taeyeon sent Jinhyuk a box of fried octopus (she heard it was his one of favorite foods, Source: Hyoyeon) he tasted it and he later got severe rashes and swelling of his throat and rushed to the the hospital. The octopus was squid (typical)
- The boys have a sharing circle where they tell their secrets/confessions (Jinhyuk confessed he's always stress and before he danced/turned to music he would punch the wall and one time made a hole).
- Tried to talk to his little sister but she yelled "I HATE YOU! I HOPE YUOU NEVER COME BACK!" and hung up he started throwing everything in his room making a tantrum
- They (trainees and/or staff you know to bond but you can decide) play the trash and recycle game (you got two containers one labelled 'Trash' where you place something you're never going to do again and the labelled as 'Recycle' where you place what you wanted to improve on
COMMENTS & QUESTIONS » I'm pretty shabby with my writing so I know this is bad but I tried. I love stories written in a boyspov but sadly it's hard to find. So I was so happy to find one and make my character. I hope you don't mind my scene requests about Taeyeon (She's my queen beside Ailee) and since she's dating Baekhyun I thought it would make an intersting plotline for him and I just simply love Too Seungwoo I hope one day a someone would confess to me by singing that song. I hope this story goes well for you. And I hope Jinhyuk is to your liking
