She stood there, talking to her friends whom she had not seen for a long time after debut, when she heard his voice, calling her by the only name he called her.  "Excuse me," she said as she turned around, and quietly they left, knowing that there were unsettled matters.  "What brings you here?"  

"I've missed you, and I wanted to drop by to say hello," he stated quietly. She gave a small smile in return, trying to seem like she wasn't forcing it. "That's nice of you." She responded before turning her back to him.  He hesitated for a moment, before revealing his true intentions.  "You know I still love you."  

She whipped her head around, anger and disbelief in her eyes.  "You want to talk about love?  I'll tell you what love is.  Love is coming back here as a favor to a friend despite knowing you would still be here.  Love is having to come back here and forgive all of you leaders who broke me.  Love is," she glanced towards the door where a female stood there and had called his name, "wishing you to get together with her even though I still love you."  She blinked, her tears showing in her eyes.  "Love is when you should have defended me in front of them two years ago, when they told you to broke up with me using such underhanded methods."  

He stood there silently, a tear falling down his face and his eyes glistening, knowing that what she said was true, knowing what they did to her but yet keeping silent for fear of being deemed disobedient and stripped of his leadership role.  

"Love is to let you go no matter how much it hurts for me."  

She turned her back on him and walked away slowly, her tears clouding her vision while he stood there, unmoving and staring after her.  Only then did he let the tears fall.
