After what seemed hours the doctor in charge came out and said that they are allowed to see him now. Everybody wanted to see Jongin so they burst in the room surprising Jongin because he was sitting silently in his bed,

“Are you okay?” Chanyeol asked

“I’m fine, my head hurts sometimes but I’ll live” he looked at Sooyoung who was near the door away from anyone else and put his hand out for her. She smiled and took careful steps towards his bed. When he reached him he put her hand inside his, he pulled her closer and up the bed so she could sit next to him. He made sure his hands were on Sooyoung before looking at the others again

“So, how is Jaehyun?” Jongin asked

“He is fine just a broken leg” Seulgi replied while sitting on the bed with Sehun close to her

“We have to thank him, if he wasn’t near you, you would have been meat now” Jongin stated

“Sure” Sehun replied

“And Nabi? Or should I say Hani?”

“She is in Radley” Baekhyun replied and kissed Wendy’s forehead.

“You know what are we going to do about Sungjae and Soojung?” Yeri asked

“You should make it clear to them that you are together and nothing will keep you apart” Kyungsoo stated while leaning on the wall

“Kyungsoo is right, we should make it clear to them” Jongin looked down at Sooyoung because she was awfully silent

“Okay” she mumbled before putting her head in the crock of his neck. She didn’t even know when she fell asleep.

She woke up in the middle of the night still in Jongin’s arms. She glanced at his face, and she isn’t going to lie, the light of the night sky hitting his face is a thing she doesn’t want to be over. She looked around and found Kyungsoo sitting in the chair next to her sleeping so, she slowly got out of the bed and put her hand on his shoulder

“Hey” she whispered. Kyungsoo opened his eyes slowly

“Hey” he mumbled and sat a bit up. He rubbed his eyes as Sooyoung grabbed the glass of water and handed it to him

“Thanks” he mumbled and drank from it

“What are you still doing here?” She asked with a horsed voice

“Well, Sehun left with Seulgi because he didn’t for her to be alone in the house since both Seulgi’s and Jongin’s parents are gone. I made the others leave and I stayed so that I can take you home” Sooyoung smiled at him

“What about Jongin, is he going to be alone?”  Kyungsoo glanced at Jongin’s sleeping face for a while and cracked a grin

“He’ll be fine for a few hours I guess besides, Jaehyun is here too” Kyungsoo pointed towards the door. Sooyoung turned around and found Jaehyun leaning towards the door with his crutches looking at them. Sooyoung walked closer to him and hugged him

“Thank you for saving Seulgi and telling her the truth, even though Hani is your friend. I’m so sorry” Jaehyun was speechless. It took him a while to realize what was running out of his eyes but when he started having trouble breathing he burst out crying and clinging onto Sooyoung like his legs weren’t working anymore.

Once Sooyoung and Kyungsoo made sure Jaehyun was in his room they headed towards his car,

“I’ll take you home to shower and I’ll drive to mine to do the same. Once I’m done I’ll come pick you up” Sooyoung didn’t want to fight with him so she just nodded her head. Kyungsoo smiled and drove away, when they reached the hospital again it was eight in the morning. While they were talking they heard voices coming from Jongin’s room. When they opened the door Sooyoung saw Irene with a guy next to her and three other handsome guys near Jongin’s bed,

“Joy!!” Jongin’s eyes light up when he saw Sooyoung near the door

“Hey” she said

“This is my boyfriend Joonmyun, I told you about him” Irene said

“And this is Jongdae, Yixing and Minseok” Kyungsoo continued

“It’s really nice to meet you” Sooyoung mumbled as she got closer to Jongin. He didn’t spare any time and pulled Sooyoung up the bed and into his hands. Sooyoung heard laughter and a whistle before breaking the hug and hitting his chest

“Stupid, what if you hit your head?” She yelled which made everyone stop moving even breathing

“Sorry I just wanted-“

“You just wanted to do your thing without thinking about the others who care about you. What if you had hit your head and something wrong happened?” Kyungsoo slapped Jongdae’s head because he started giggling

“I’m sorry” Jongin mumbled. Sooyoung breathed and hugged him slowly

“I’m sorry I just-“

“-I just don’t want to see you hurt anymore” she finished her sentence.

It’s been one week since the incident and today Jongin can return home. The results about their points were out and their teams won so they would have to work together to compose a song.

“So, Sehun and Seulgi have already made a choreography” Sooyoung announced to Jongin while he was looking at her with a smile on his face

“Baekhyun with Chanyeol and Kyungsoo worked on the music, while me, Irene, Wendy and Yeri worked on the lyrics” She finished packing his last things and zipped his bag before looking at him. She rolled her eyes at the look he was giving her

“Did you stare at me like that from the moment I came in?” She asked him

“Yes” Jongin said and hugged her, taking all her scent in his system

“I love you Sooyoung” She froze on her spot. It was the first time he said it and he wasn’t expecting an answer

“I love you too” she mumbled and Jongin grabbed her shoulders to remove her because he wanted to see her face, which was red by the way

“So you are my girlfriend officially” he stated and Sooyoung glanced in his eyes

“I thought you had figured it out” she looked at him in disbelieve and took a few steps away before trying to walk away but Jongin caught her and she started giggling,

“You are such a tease!! You know that” they laughed together and stayed there for a while.

The entered Sehun’s house and headed straight to his studio. When they opened the door they saw Baekhyun with Chanyeol picking on Kyungsoo, Yeri with Irene dancing to some music and Sehun with Seulgi and Wendy talking and laughing. When they heard the door open they all turned their heads towards it and smiled before running towards Jongin and hugging him.

“Seriously I can’t breathe!! Sooyoung save me” Jongin yelled and they all started laughing at him.

After three hours practicing, they all sat down and stayed silent because they were tired. Jongin crawled towards Sooyoung and laid on her stomach,

“Get a room!” Chanyeol mumbled because he was located near Sooyoung, but when Sooyoung turned to give him the glare Yeri made herself comfortable on top of Chanyeol while laying at his stomach as well with her body in between his opened legs. Chanyeol froze to his spot and looked at her head like he was dreaming. Sooyoung giggled at his reaction which earned her a glare from him.

“We are going to win this” Baekhyun said and they all looked at him, he was holding Wendy to his side and played with her hair

“How are you so sure?” Seulgi questioned

“Come on we’re the dream team, no one can win us” Everybody started laughing at that comment. Sooyoung felt Jongin putting his head on her shoulder

“Can you sleep with me tonight? My parents are gone again” Sooyoung turned her head and nodded at his smiling face.

The ride back to Jongin’s home was a bit awkward for Sooyoung. It was her first time at his home and on top of that his father wasn't there. When Jongin opened the huge door Sooyoung was surprised with the decoration. It’s so elegant and chic,

“My mom decorated the house..You know before the accident” Jongin mumbled from behind her. She stared at a portrait of a woman you resembled Jongin a lot

“She is pretty” Sooyoung turned to face him. He looked down and held her hands before looking in her eyes
