"What's this?"

Hara asked after Hyun Joong handed her an envelope while they sat by the riverside.

"Tickets to my showcase next month. You'll come, right?"

"De, komawo"

Though he had prepared himself mentally, the lukewarm response from Hara still left 
Hyun Joong feeling disappointed. The cold war between her and Young Saeng
throughout dinner, her helplessness when he offered her a lift home, the disappointment
in her eyes when Young Saeng left, he felt it all.

Hyun Joong's POV
It doesn't feel the same anymore.  Though she's here physically, her heart's no longer here…

"Hara ah…"

"De?"

"Do you remember the first time we met?"

"It was so embarrassing… how could I forget it?"

Hara smiled as she recalled how she shut the door on Hyun Joong when she saw him
standing outside her place, and how the rest after knowing she was a fan.

"Our first date?"

"It was the first time I watched a movie alone until you arrived towards the end of it…
why are you asking these?"

"About what I asked you the other time…"

Flashback

"Can I continue to see you like this? Although I may not be able to spend much time with you,
and might always end up being late like this…"

"About my question the other day… have you thought about it?"

End of Flashback

"Mianhae… I…"

Hara's POV

I don't know, I haven't thought of it…

"Kwenchana, I think I already know the answer"

"Eh?"

Hyun Joong hesitated for a while before leaning over towards Hara, who froze upon their
close contact, and began kissing her gently on the lips.

The moment however didn't last for long, as Hara pushed him away in shock.

"W-what are you doing…"

"Why are you still awake? Don't you have work tomorrow?"

Hana asked as she entered her sister's room after seeing that the lights were still on when
she returned late at night. She chuckled upon seeing Hara hitting and almost strangling the
life sized bear on the bed and proceeded to sit down on the bed beside her.

"Arrogant… annoying… irritating… petty… narrow-minded… stubborn… dumb hamster…"

"Have you used up all the words in your dictionary? You've been crying?"

Hara pushed the bear away after finally noticing the presence of her elder sister and
buried her face into the pillows.

"Aniyo. There's nothing to cry about"

"I see… it must have been the dust that got your eyes red"

"What do you want to know?"

"What happened?"

Hana listened as Hara began pouring everything to her, from how Young Saeng stopped
talking to her after the fight on the day she returned to work, and her brief meeting with
Hyun Joong earlier on.

"He kissed you?!"

"De, but I… pushed him away…"

"Why?"

"Because I… never expected it. And I…"

Flashback

"W-what are you doing…"

"Getting my answer"

"Mwoh?"

"It's Young Saeng that's in your heart"

"…"

"He can be really stubborn at times, but I'm sure he'll take better care of you"

"Mianhae oppa…"

End of Flashback

"And what?"

"I'm going to sleep"

Hara lay flat on the bed and placed the pillow over her head, wishing that her sister would stop probing.
She was afraid, for some reason, that things would get too much for her to handle if the truth was out.
And she felt particularly guilty towards Hyun Joong.

"Yah…finish off what you wanna say before you sleep"

"Good night"

Hana's POV

This girl's just afraid Young Saeng will react otherwise, since they haven't been talking for days…

It's pretty obvious already…

"Just admit it, you've fallen for Young Saeng oppa…"

Following that, Hana was instantly chased out and smiled as she returned to her room.
She was about to turn in for the night when she heard the door open and found Hara peeping in…

"Don't you attempt to call Kyu oppa now…"

"I won't. I'm calling Young Saeng"

"Andwae!!!"
